Origin

Nestled in this system, among the cluster of planets, lay one of the many that had been developed by Civilization. This planet, known as "Origin", is a melting pot where one can live and resides, able to utilize the wonders of magic as well as the elaborations of technology. It is a world where one could find anything and everything, not just what they might need, but also what they might want. Large, urban cities, filled not just with hackers and criminals, cops and office workers, but also mages, sorcerers, and the like. Even those that some might dub "Monsters", but for this world to avoid any qualms about racism, hostile creatures that appear to be of mythical nature are known as "Demon Beasts". This is to avoid any conflict with any sentient races. This world utilizes all sorts of technology, and possessed a sort of nexus of magical energy which makes it easier to travel to places that are also a Nexus, like Terra. It also experiences a strange phenomenon known as Magus Weather, which is a kind of whether where strange and abnormal things happen. This can include Razorwind Storms, Dissolving Rain (Though it only effects softer substances, like cloth), Firestone Hail (which doesn't actually start fires, but can burn you), and other such anomalies.

There are five continents. Rosetta, Caikora, Sevrianna, Duskus, and The Dark Continent. The planetary Capital is located on Rosetta, and is known as Hayslem. Duskus is a continent with an unusually high concentration of dangerous Demon Beasts, to the point of it being essentially overrun, and the Dark Continent only appeared recently, and has barely if really at all been explored.
