Vintu

Vintu's culture is centered in the respectful worship over Lac Long Quan's spirit, and are very big on the prospect of marriage. Most of these marriages are arranged and are purely for political regard. Marriages don't always spawn children, as they are used to unite two houses.

Vien

A city dusted with magnificence

Vien is where the prides and joy of Vintu can be found. The royals live in Vien, and the Lac Long Quan arena is there as well. After a regime change, forests were planted around Vien's border.

Nobody talks about the odd Neighborhood. Natives pretend it doesn't exist, and nobody ever really comes out of there.

Freeport

Freeport considers itself part of Vintu as a region, although it does not consider it under the strict rule of the Royals in the Silver Palace . Freeport considers itself, and is widely respected, as a free and independent state. Despite this the cities remain sisters. Freeport has it's own representational monarchy which does the bulk of tending to high politics in tandem with a council of leaders from across society in Freeport, giving the stamp of approval and delegating taxed funds for use by the city. They are very well loved for this. Otherwise the people are self organized, a series of guilds and smaller privatized organizations running Freeport through the aforementioned Council.
