"-made the mistake of believing you were the same wolf. That's why I ran after you and then I got you mixed up in that mess with the traps...for that I'm really sorry. So you see, I was just hoping you were that wolf I used to know that way she could help find me refuge with the Alvas until the Tenneth and the Canicus learned the truth." Durandel finished.

Apparently Dey was not very good at paying attention as she was tuning most of what Durandel said and was mostly thinking how boring and dull this wolf was being. That is until she heard the words 'mistake' and all of a sudden she was listening to him again. "Wait! so you actually don't know me and now your apologizing for it?"

She looked at him for an entire five seconds before she... "Unbelievable!" She muttered under her breath, hating herself and this brute for wasting time. Time is important. She didn't know where that thought came from, or if it even was a thought but she felt it to be right. "Thanks for wasting my time you brute!" In the back of her head, some alarm bells began going off and it didn't take her long to realize that it was dead silent....

The wind was gone, the birds were no longer chattering and a thickening tension began to build in the air. Dey went completely still, feeling an itchy feeling in her pelt, as if someone were watching them. She looked at Durandel and was about to say a few words of caution when a loud bang cracked through the air and the ground seemed to fall from beneath her and strange orange colored smoke began to rise up.
