Rey was confused by the sudden attack of a new foe. Then she heard what Durandel shouted and with her attention taken away from her current fight, the black brute rushed in and bit into her ear. She yelped and was shoved over on to her back.

Rey yelped and struggled feeling teeth sink into the folds of her neck as she scrambled with her back legs. "Get... OFF! " She snarled and with a new vigor was able to shove the brute off and whiped onto her paws.

With some new battle wounds, she immediately turned tail and bolted past Nova and Durandel. She shouted "Run!" to them just as she disappeared into the forest.
