Durandel nodded when he heard Dey asking them to run away. Yet before he could do that, he did his best to secure Nova's escape from the fight. After blinding his opponent, Durandel watched him dash off away from the sounds of battle. Yet, Durandel had a delayed start since the wolf he was currently distracting had no intent of letting him escape. It would seem he would have to kill this wolf as well, if he were to escape. Then suddenly, the Tenneth came barging in and attacked the Hemlocks before him. The Venom Wolves were surprised by their sudden charge and proceeded to defend themselves. Taking advantage of this chaos, Durandel sped off, following in the direction he saw Nova run off to.

They were a good many steps ahead of him, but despite his tiredness, Durandel pushed himself forward running for his life. Durandel then made headway into the thick foliage, further aiding in his escape. Back at the fight, the Tenneth and Hemlocks fought against each other. Despite some of the injuries inflicted upon the Hemlocks from their previous scuffle, the noise coming from the trapped helped to even the odds. Some of the Tenneth howled in pain at the sound coming from the noise maker, making it easier for the Hemlocks to penetrate their guard. They managed to poison some, but the Tenneth were much healthier and fresh for the fight. Their stamina and numbers were beginning to win against the Venom Wolves.

Eventually the Hemlocks saw no point in continuing this battle and decided to flee. The Tenneth also retreated having their fill of the smoke and noise. Soon the battle was over with casualties on both sides. Yet when the smoke and dust cleared it was apparent that their targets had run off. "BLAST!" A Tenneth shouted. "They escaped! Alright, those who can continue follow me! As for the rest of you, return to the mountains and please do and try not to get yourselves captured, Prometheus will not be happy if you do." He warned as he ran off with the rest of the able bodied Tenneth.

Durandel soon caught up with Nova. "Hey Nova, now what? Where do we go from here?" Durandel asked, curious as to where they are running off to.
