Dey stopped running, and immediately found herself confronted by Nova. Or so she thought, as he was just asking what her thoughts were on destination. She glared at him fiercely and looked about ready to hurl an insult at him when her legs gave out on her.

With her eyes closed and chest rapidly moving up and down, was able to let out a few words, "I..." Gasp. "Hate..." Another gasp. "You... both..." More gasping. "Already..."

Dey was in a shambles. Her paws were shaking (along with her tail), and her brain was just not comprehending how she was able to even move in that... fight. Questions from inside were assaulting her and she felt that answers were being held behind that clouded dam in her head. She attempted to break through it again but was only rewarded with an acute pain...

Dark, somewhere dark... It so dark... It hurts!

Dey flinched and pulled herself back from that dangerous darkness. Had she the courage, she may have kept pulling at those painful threads of memory and maybe would have crushed whatever thrall was over her. Yet, she did not know that, and Dey was as ever, more confused by what was going on.
