Dey winced at the sudden hostility coming from the wolf before her. She hadn't been ready to receive sharp words from a wolf such as him, and oddly, despite just meeting him, felt that the exchange of hurtful words would have been normal... had she known him from before this moment.

As Dey was too tired to offer a cutting response, just focused on breathing and glaring daggers at the stranger. I just need to calm... be calm... She repeated the thought, trying so hard not to focus on just what had happened moments before... "What's the matter, she-wolf got your tongue?" Dey almost whined at the memory of that venomous she-wolf, and how she had nearly killed Dey.


"BattleDemon, are you alright?" Dey was still reliving the ambush when she realized the stranger was talking to her. Irritated, she realized that before, he might have actually been calling her Battle and not that... I'm so dumb... "Why is everyone calling me that?" She muttered to herself, and growled at the stranger. "My name is Dey not whatever it is you both keep calling me! Does it look like I even know you?"
