Georgie laughed as Viv said to make sure that she wasn't hungover whenever they arrived. They'd dealt with a severely hungover Georgie a couple of times, so she was pretty confident that a hungover Viv wouldn't be enough to turn them away. There was something about the thought of Viv meeting her dads that Georgie really liked, but that also made her nervous. She shoved that feeling aside. She only needed them to like her as one of Georgie's friends, because they weren't going to be anything else.

She sighed and ran a hand through her hair as Viv asked about her plans. "I've got a blog post I need to finish and get posted, and finish editing the video I'm posting on Tuesday, and... I'm pretty sure there's plenty more on my to-do list I need to get started on. Or finish. Or both," she said with a laugh. Her finger traced the edge of her coffee cup as Viv asked her about Hayley. "I... Yeah, I think so. Not today, I think my liver needs a day or two to recover. But... I've been out of the dating scene for so long for... so many different reasons, and I... I think it's time I started trying again, you know? So... I think I'm gonna text her and ask her out for dinner... maybe tomorrow night? Or is that too soon after... you know?" She asked. "Is it too like... eager? God, I really haven't done this in a while," she asked, laughing a little nervously. "I like her. I don't wanna ruin it before we even get a chance to see where it goes," she admitted, not really looking at Viv for fear it might just unsettle her, make her reconsider. There was a part of her that felt wrong about all this. But Hayley knew exactly the place Georgie was in, she knew she was trying to get over someone, and she was okay with that. It was easier to just ignore her feelings for Viv and move on.
