Jaiden nodded as Zoe said she thought she had met Neden, "Well, if you've been in town long enough, I think it'd be safe to guess you have. They used to have like...weird blonde hair, but now they've dyed it brown. Dress rather weirdly, and kind of an odd-ball? But uh...In a good way. They've come a long way..." her voice dipping by the time she came to the end of her words, whatever she was trying to say Jaiden had lost track as she shook her head. A small smile crept across her lips as Zoe said she didn't have much stuff with her, but she would need help tracking down the things she'd need. "I don't think that'd be much of a problem." Jaiden said with a wink.
She gave the other woman a small nod as she confirmed that they were indeed talking about the same Alex. Of course they were, why wouldn't they be. Why wouldn't that just be here luck? A small sigh escaped her lips as she combed her fingers through her hair for a moment, "Yeah uh...I'll uh...I'll be sure to talk to him. You deserve more respect than that." the witch muttered under her breath. A small exasperated chuckle escaped her lips as Zoe stated he must have always been like that, "Oh, you have no idea. Pretty sure if you were to look up the word royal douche bag, you'd see a picture of him." Jaiden rubbed the back of her neck before continuing, "And it beats me what Phoenix sees in Alex. I've known them forever, and I never once thought they'd end up together...It's weird." a small shiver ran down her spine as she shuddered at the thought. "But that's none of my business to get into." she gave a small shrug before taking a sip of her drink. Her eyebrows raised for a moment at her next statement.
"Well, there's a lot of good people here...And well, I'm sure you'll come to meet a lot of them." Jaiden said with a smile. "Like Rosie. She's one of the teachers from when me and Phoenix and Alex were kids. She's pretty cool and chill, I think you'd like her a lot actually. And then there's Neden, who, once you can get passed the uh...theatrics of them, well...They're pretty cool too." a small chuckle escaped her lips as she paused, looking out the large glass window that they were sitting next her. Her mind wandered for a few moments before she blinked back to reality. Her eyes focusing on the woman that sat opposite of her. "I'm sure you'll come to love it here. Aside from uh...recent events, Greythorne is a rather nice place to live. I'm glad you decided to give this place a chance. Even if it's just a place for you to come back to and not permanent, it's a nice town..and good people."
"Okay so, after this what do you wanna do? Or, if you had any plans, I'd get that. I don't want to intrude on anything, you know?"
