This RP is about their lives in Ikebukuro. Some days can be normal, and others crazy. Even some people are now saying Ikebukro is a "hot spot for the strange."

Ikebukuro is a place that has always been captured by gang violence, so much so that it is viewed as a normal part of day to day life here. The "Urban Legends" are viewed as normal too... OPEN AND STILL ACCEPTING!

Basically, you just pick out of the characters who you wanna be, and I'm normally Izaya.

Yellow Scarves and Blue Squares, two famous gangs on the streets of Ikebukuro who are mostly made up of high school students who have just gotten caught up in a war. Not only that, but there are also other rumors spreading around the mysterious city.

In the busy streets of Ikebukuro you can always find something interesting going on, and in the shadows you can find the dangerous secrets of Ikebukuro and it's many strange residents, all with their own stories.. their own secrets.
