______________________________..L O N G before the modern ages, magic existed. It was a sacred thing, and cherished
______________________________..among many. But, like many things, it soon diminished from the face of the Earth. It
______________________________..was forgotten by humanity and became myth. During those ages of wonder and the
______________________________..impossible, a lonesome man created a book of fairytales with adventures of heroes
______________________________..and foes big and small. This book contained a powerful spell, and with great power
______________________________..came a dangerous price. Dark, demonic magic sprouted from the book's thin pages,
______________________________..and began to torment the people of the man's village, spreading across the land. The
______________________________..man collected the malevolent creatures back into the book, and sealed it for the rest of
______________________________..time. If this horrid book were to ever be opened again, the world would most likely
______________________________..come to its end. The only way to seal the book is to gather all twelve characters of the
______________________________..fairytales and use the spell the creator used to seal it in the first place. The creator died
______________________________..making sure that the book lie in the right hands. This legendary book became an
______________________________..heirloom, being passed on from generation to generation; currently somewhere deep
______________________________..in the dark, abandoned halls of Ichiro High School's supposedly "haunted" fourth floor.
______________________________..But surely such a ridiculous myth about an old book couldn't be true?
______________________________..Ichiro High School's "seven mysteries" are extremely popular with the students. One
______________________________..of these mysteries is a book titled "Yōsei no hon", hidden somewhere on the fourth floor
______________________________..of the school. Every school cultural festival, a scavenger hunt for the seven mysteries
______________________________..is held. In the history of this annual hunt, only two students have ever located the book.
______________________________..This year, after the hunt, a rumor began to spread that someone actually found it. Strange
______________________________..things began to occur all over the city, including at the school. Due to the myth surrounding
______________________________..the book, many began to believe it was true. Had the student who found it opened it?
______________________________..With citizens and students going missing, people receiving strange injuries, and accidents
______________________________..happening left and right, twelve teenagers will discover the surprising truth and their own
______________________________..outstanding abilities.
______________________________..By now, you should know the basic rules of any roleplay on this site. This section will
______________________________..discuss the rules unique to this roleplay specifically instead of going over the basics.
______________________________..Firstly, you can reserve a character in the OOC under "Reservations". You can reserve
______________________________..up to two characters, but they must be two different genders physically speaking.
______________________________..Reservations are not first come first served; you can compete with others for a
______________________________..certain role. There will be a deadline set in which I will choose the characters. Your
______________________________..reservation must include your faceclaim, thoughts and dialogue colors, the role you are
______________________________..applying for, a brief description of your character's personality, and a short summary of
______________________________..their history. The password to reserve in order to make sure you have read these rules
______________________________..is your favorite fairytale. Once I have chosen the characters, you will have roughly three
______________________________..days time to complete your character. PM me if you need an extension (must be for a
______________________________..good reason!). Please make sure to follow the instructions on the character sheet.
______________________________..Lastly, regarding posts once the roleplay has began. Posts must be at least three
______________________________..good paragraphs. Of course, more than that is even better. After the introduction,
______________________________..you must post within two days of it being posted. PM me if you have any conflicts. Now,
______________________________..instead of suddenly disappearing all out of nowhere, if you cannot be part of the roleplay
______________________________..anymore, PM me so I can write you out. I believe that is all. If not, it will be addressed
______________________________..later at a different time.
