Personality::
Toby is a bit cocky in a subtle way, he's a jock so you can't blame him. He likes whatever will spice up his life, he wants to live with a thrill. He acts like he doesn't care about much, but when he's with someone alone he'll show that he does. He just doesn't like to be seen as a softy in public. He loves teasing his bro, as well as the other jocks, but it's all for fun. And since he is older than Tanner he's usually the one in charge around the house. Unlike Tanner he's on good terms with his parents, probably because he's their first and favorite child.

History::
Tobias is a year older than Tanner, and also grew up in Riversdale. He was always into sports, and anything wild. From a young age it was obvious that he only fit in with the popular crowd, and he didn't think twice on that. He loved his group of friends no matter how annoying they got, probably because he knew them for so long. Throughout his junior high and high school years he's dated many girls. But most recently, whilst skating at the skating rink on a date with some cute girl he met at school, he crashed into Jane Thomas and he couldn't take his eyes off her. He literally fell for the girl. and once he was heading out to drive the now awkward date home he slipped his number to Jane who he found out worked at the rink. He got a text from Jane that night, and they started meeting up in private at the local Barnes and Noble or a small diner. He asked her out officially a few dates after, and it wasn't hard to figure out she was an outcast by the way she looks. But he likes her the way she is, and glad that he gets to call Jane his girl. Well not publicly, since their relationship isn't known to anyone but themselves. At school, he pretends like Jane is the one he cannot stand the most, but they both know that it's an act.
