Vice typically appears as a young man around the age of 22 dawning a dark purple robe laced with gold, his skin typically very pale with large black veins which turn into bright white in dark lighting he is a powerful shapeshifter and not only that one of high royalty, he's lived a very long time in an underground kingdom a place called Khaten.

He is the last the royal bloodline of the city the family was largely inflicted with a virus that was unique to only shapeshifters it contained they family knew that if the royal line was ended there wouldn't be anyone fit for leading the people of Khaten, so a dark pact was made, Vice remained uninfected to the virus and the family saw to that he would remain in power no matter how long as the family along with several of the royal staff gave their lives to insure that he would remain the king until time ended, but this pact did so with not just a cost of the family but part of Vice himself, he became inpowered by dark eldritch power turning him into what he is now. A powerful eldritch shapeshifter having the ability to master any form of magic with ease to turn into things that would normally be far too difficult and straining to turn into for any other shapeshifter Vice was shortly feared but highly respected both in his kingdom and outside it. Lord Vice is a powerful and feared lord of pure chaos and it would be wise to stay on his good side.

His personality is usually cold often rather uncaring towards the plights that are not his fellow kin, loves to act cruelly when he can be bothered to justify his action using his power torture those that often would cause problems for his people, or to those that would attack him. He rarely shape-shifts to keep his appearance consistent when unleashes his shape-shifting power he shows his eldritch form in all its splendor he can only stay in that form before his mind loses controls and the full beast appears, able to wipe army's with ease if he so chooses, accessing the power of the cosmos and powerful blood magic, on top of the incredible arcane he know's, few have been able to best him he, however, will live due to the family's pact to be roborn once more in the womb of the cosmos. Although these situations rarely occur after all his duty is to his people any act of war he weighs all other options before acting so rashly his ability to negotiate is quite notable even if he prefers the other options his duty is to his people and always will be.
