When her Papa told her to choose her traveling animal carefully, Nezin didn't consider just how careful he wanted her to be. It was only a day and a half into the trip to the Saffron Fields and her group was currently stopping for the 10th time to nibble on sweet smelling flowers and patches of dewy grass. It was her, and five other wolves that were traveling across the Zeno plains in order to reach the yearly harvest festival. Not only to see the festival but to collect some of the uncommon goods that merchants brought with them to the event. The goods would do the Seti pack well and the sweets would be favored among the pups, not to mention the spiced bread that the elders constantly whined for.

Nezin flicked her ears and looked up while her mouth rhythmically chewed a clump of grass. She couldn't help it, the urge for a deer to eat everything that smelled nice was insatiable, and that's exactly what she was. A deer. And so was everyone else. Their tails flicked and their ears twitched but the aura coming off of them was that of annoyance. None of them had guessed that the stupid things stopped this much. The plus though, was that they never stopped for too long. In a few more minutes the grass was gone and they were trotting along again, the wolf-fashioned baskets that were banded onto their backs quietly rustled as they brushed against the long blades of grass. They would reach Saffron by nighttime and then they would part to browse the Festival and meet up again when it was over. If Nezin was still in her Wolf Form she would be bouncing and humming excitedly. She loved the Harvest Festival.
