So I submitted a "work in progress" with my idea of what information there should be. Please let me know if there's anything you would like changed.

My character isn't a perfect self-insert as I'm 23 and I think it'd be best for the story to keep the characters younger, but she's going to be very similar.

For anyone else wanting to create a character, if you need inspiration you can go to my profile and check out the character sheet layout that I have to get you started. =)

Ooooh this looks good! In addition to the questions xXcandlejackXx asked; do you have any restrictions or guidelines for the character sheets? Can we use pictures for the characters? And do you want to be anime/illustrated or realistic? Is there an age group you'd prefer the characters being in?
