Physical Description: Judah is an older gentleman in red army fatigues – a strange choice of uniform given his job. He looks grizzled and world-weary.

Personality: Grizzled and world-weary, Judah simply wants to do his job and uphold order and US (technical) army neutrality. He doesn’t trust superhumans, but unlike Killian he usually keeps his opinions of them to himself, just in case the tide turns in their favor.

History: The Secretary of the United States Armed Forces, Judah is as far up the army totem pole you can get without being president. He earned his position through many years of service, including several raids against the KGB and the USSR. In one such raid, he and his team managed to finally corner Agent Oranchov (the latest body for Morbul), but most of his team fell victim to his magical powers. Only Judah and Alexander von Koopa (in his latest body) remained, and Judah had to shoot Oranchov down. Shocked by the sheer power wielded by one superhuman, Judah realized he had to step up his game, and the game of the entire army, if the United States was to survive – to that end headlining the series of bills and regulations branding the White Platoon as terrorists and forcing them to disband after their attacks on Majestic.

Later he worked as an ambassador for Haven. When Majestic tested their cold iron rounds on Zenmei, Judah was blamed because they used his sniper rifles even though it wasn't him. He continued to be unpopular around superhumans based on his attempts to uphold the law by arresting terrorists, and was finally killed by a giant robot. No one did anything to protect him.

Equipment: Judah only carries around a pistol these days.

Abilities: Judah does not have any special abilities beyond a keen tactical mind that he never really gets the chance to use.

Other: As an ambassador, an attack on Judah is tantamount to a declaration of war... or was when he was alive.

"So, how did you end up in Hellborne?" Leilanie questioned while training.

"Why do you care, kid?" The Thug Leader replied, "Why do you want to know how I end up in this fiery cooking oven like Hellborne?"

"You don't look demonic."

"Fine. If you must know, I'll tell you. Handsome Jack and I were working for a two-bit loser whom he calls himself "R.G.D." and he founded the Black Platoon."

"....Roger Dee... That little fucker just don't know when to get a life."

"Are you kidding? He actually killed himself because he could not get a cola for himself."

"Oh, the little scrappy is here?"

"Yep. He went completely insane and end up beating himself with an ACME brick. As for me and Jack, we had to appoint Mr. Thurston to help--"

"WHAT?!!!" She screamed.

"WHOA! WHOA! WHOA!!! Let me finish!"

"Anyway, Handsome Jack and I had to do what Roger Dee told us to do to get his... er... revenge."

"Let me guess... He looked up on Alexander Von Koopa's biography and history and found out that Morbul was sealed deep inside Hellborne. Is that it?"

"You seem to know that little runt more than I do. Anyway, Thurston was an appointed leader of the Black Platoon, even though he hated Morbul in the first place. We tried to kill him with robots and my boys, but it was unsuccessful. Eventually, Jack and i had a disagreement with each other and started fighting on who got the blame in the first place."

"Annnd... the Black Platoon never bothered to shed the light."

"Then some large debris struck upon the Black Platoon Space Station and BOOM!!! We were dead. The aftermath was bittersweet. Handsome Jack escaped Hellborne and I ended up being appointed as the new commander of Shu's army. There, you learned my back story. NOW GET BACK TO WORK!!!"

"Oh, I see." Leilanie pulled out her explosive shurikens, "But this intermediate target practice is too easy for me. I'm afraid I might blow them up."

"Uhh....."

"AAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!" The Thugs ran away, begging not to die from a humiliating death.

"Done!" said Mr. Thurston, appearing out of nowhere and holding a contract.

Judah looks over the contract, which generally reads as follows.

Be it agreed that Party A, Marshall Judah, agrees to a period of servitude under Party B, The Legions of Hell, equal to the time spent during Party B's assault on the world of the living. Be it agreed that upon the completion of Party B's assault on the world of the living, Party A's period of servitude is terminated, and Party A is free to do as he/she/it chooses.

"On... second thought..." The Thug Leader facepalmed, "Urggh...."

"The student becomes the master!" Leilanie laughed at The Thug Leader, "I guess I won't need your services anymore. I can train harder than your brainless minions."

"WHY YOU...!!!!" The Thug Leader stomps his foot on the ground so hard that he decides to take on Leilanie all by himself, "Fine! Call whatever you want to be! But if you want to be the master, then I like to see you take on me!" The Thug Leader pulls out two rocket launchers, "Dodge this!!" Then fires rockets at Leilanie. Even with rockets, Leilanie quickly dodges the rockets with her quick ninja-like reflexes. The Thug Leader keeps firing like a mad man. "I'LL TEACH YOU NOT TO MOCK YOUR OWN INSTRUCTOR!!!"

Meanwhile, Grimm falls from the demonic portal and crashed into the ground. For some reason, his corruption has spread around him, making part of Hellborne more sinister and scarier. He got up and shakes his head.

"Blast! Foiled again!" Grimm growls at his predicament, "That blasted Teensy didn't even pay me enough to deal with more imbeciles like that cheap blowhard. Well, I suppose I can give myself another chance. There's always a second chance just by escaping this damned world. In a meantime..." Grimm looks his surroundings thanks to his corruption, "Hmm... Strange... Hellborne is supposed to a darker place. It's already evil enough already! Bah... I'll get back to the game as soon as I get out of this place."
