Introduction
One hundred of the most dangerous, depraved and cunning criminals from across the galaxies are packaged onto the Hellbound and immersed in the tightest security any world has ever known composed of nine-hundred armed guards and another one-hundred non-combat personnel. After being stripped of any posessions, thoroughly probed and admitted new attire on the ship proper are the 'passengers' allowed admittance to Hellbound, and that's just the guards and maintenence personnel. War criminals, drug lords, serial killers and many more crimes on a whole other level of insanity are locked into coffin-sized cells and put into cryogenic sleep while those working on the dreary Hellbound are confined to either their rooms--which are little more than glorified cells--their posts, or the mess hall in which each non-guard worker is alotted fifteen minutes a day and each guard thirty.
Surrounded by twenty-six layers of compressed carbon fibers and steel, several hundred automated sentries and nearly a thousand other lifeforms, a large portion of which are unfriendly, is a normal day on the Hellbound. Are you being fitted into your 'cell', looking through the tiny finerglass window as your body is flash-frozen? Or maybe you are a guard, looking in from the other side and smirking knowing that another piece of filth is going to a...better place?
Sadly, in all likelyhood, you will not survive the trip. As with almost every catastrophe in history, something about this particular voyage deviated from the norm. Against all odds and contingencies, one of the prisoners has escaped. Not only that, but this individual won't be content until every last sentient being on the Hellbound is a gorey pile of flesh-ribbons.
Ok, so this is a futuristic deep-space type roleplay. I'll be straight with you when I say it was thrown together in about a half hour, but I do have high-hopes for it! Below are a few character skeletons. They are by no means mandatory but provide guidlines for those who are into that sort of thing. The rest can be filled out as much as you deem fit, although having a few sentences hurts your chances of being accepted. The 'race' tidbit must be followed though.
Race: This will be at the top of any character sheet submitted, providing a general overlook of the race's physical and psychological capabilities. Each race is allowed one passive ability(such as enhanced sense of smell) and one active ability(such as brief invisibility). I will make alterations to those that I deem too powerful for a racial ability. This is not because I'm picking on you, but balance is an issue I would like to get out of the way as soon as possible.
Guard/Staff Character Sheet-
- Code: Select all
Full Name: (self explanatory)
Age: (...duh)
Gender: (i'm just giving you freebies at this point)
Appearance: (Just a paragraph or so describing your character. Each guard is given a standard set of riot-armor complete with a shock-baton, one side-arm and a combat knife. Each staff member is given a drab gray and black uniform with the tools of their trade and one side-arm)
Station: (Where on the ship do you patrol or work? Cells, engine room, life support, bridge and the mess hall are all options. Medics, engineers, cooks and janitors are all needed around the ship)
Motivation: (why did you join the crew of the Hellbound? It wasn't the glory, and sure as hell wasn't the pay)
Prisoner Character Sheet-
- Code: Select all
Alias: (most of the criminals aboard the Hellbound no longer have traditional names)
Age: (...)
Gender: (go nuts)
Appearance: (A paragraph or two of your character's physical description. Every prisoner has a plain gray shirt and pants made of some cheap, itchy material and nothing else)
Charges: (what made you so special that you weren't simply executed but thrown onto the Hellbound instead? Make it believable, make it worthy of that dank little cell of yours headin' towards Hell itself)

Re: [OOC] Hellbound
Aaaand, wouldn't it be alot easier if I just PMed you instead of freezing yourself in time and space? *floating*
Re: [OOC] Hellbound
And I think so. Mayhaps. I know they're in space and their entire culture is into war.

Re: [OOC] Hellbound
I read this thing about an orc race who genuinely have a great time fighting, and it's their idea of a party... idk if you know of them, but I was in love with the description.
Re: [OOC] Hellbound
>:U imma make you an orc.
Re: [OOC] Hellbound
But haha, all righty. <3 I'm stupid picky about my modern/scifi roleplays, but if it is as epic as this sir, then I am in.
Re: [OOC] Hellbound
...
But I will be poking you about my next rp, and will find you since we're both in Grey & Spectral :3
