Ellie is the cute adorable hufflepuff you see roaming around the halls of Hogwarts. She initially seems cute from a distance but Elise is extremely flirty and promiscuous, she just doesn't flaunt it all the time. Elle is good at keeping her shit secret and good at playing it off like it is nothing. She enjoys attracting people, caring for them and loving them as she has such a natural instinct to be that figure in people's lives. Elle thinks that human touch is one of the purest gifts you can be given, and well she considers herself a fairly nice person considering she's given out that contact to quite a handful of people.

Elise is fun, outgoing, and riot to be around, but she knows how to shrink into the background and it would be as if she didn't even exist. She enjoys getting reactions from people in the best way possible and she only does things to make others feel better, or to help them heal. Her biggest passion is healing people whether that be physically or emotionally. Elise is just very pure in the fact that she wants to see people succeed or she wants to see them achieve everything they ever thought they would, so naturally she has no problem playing second string in comparison to everyone else because everything she wants to achieve is already being done.

This could probably be why the sorting hat placed her in Hufflepuff right away.

The only downside to Ellie is the fact that she has a short fuse, so once you spark it she is quick to spiral into anger and rage. She can turn into screaming fits or physical aggression. She is the last person you want to piss off because she will yell, call you names, and basically just be a moody B word to anyone who comes in her path. Part of it is fuel from being half veela, the other is purely just her personality.

The smell of fresh smoke. The rumbling of voices echoed. The clatter of metal trollies scraping across the ancient station's stone brick floor, as well as the thudding of countless footsteps of first years. The old train station that secretly held the platform known as Nine and Three quarters was alive once again. First year students were mixed among the older students that were simply saying goodbye to their loved ones and got onto the train, as the young ones shed a few tears as they'd be leaving their wizarding parents or guardians for the first time.

Where were they off to? No other place than Hogwarts, the School Of Witch Craft and Wizardry. It was once the most popular wizarding school in the world, secretly tucked away in Scotland. Hidden away from Muggle knowledge, as well as the rest of the world, that was until May 2nd, 1999. A tragic event that shook the world by storm, The Batte Of Hogwarts. The Dark Lord, whatever else one may want to call him, Lord Voldermort who was once called Tom Riddle, and his band of Death Eaters and followers attacked the school simply for the last Horcrux, as well as Pure Blood Supremacy and to end all blood ties that weren't pure. But there was one thing that stood in his way, Harry Potter, The Boy Who Lived and all the students that gave their lives to help defend the old school, and each other. But as years passed, the death of Voldemort and few of his underlings still hiding in the shadows, Hogwarts had since slowly come back to its former glory.

It has been two full decades since the Battle Of Hogwarts happened, and the reopening of the school. A handful of old professors returned to the school, as well as a few others. This would be a hopeful year for the students, as some are going for their last year, or their first year at the famous school. Students young and old said their goodbyes and slowly boarded onto the train.

That was two weeks ago...

The sun crested over the tips and walls of the ancient castle as the surrounding animals and wild life awoke with the rising sun. Most of the professors and staff were well awake for a few hours by the time came for the students to wake up and prepare for the day. After struggling to find themselves rolling out of bed, most half dressed by the time they hobbled into the Great Hall, still adjusting their uniforms, they split into groups for their respective Houses and sat down as they awaited for breakfast to be served with came in waves with varieties of food that would make any normal muggle salivate with a single smell. But for these students, it was all too common and familiar, almost immediately falling back into routine as they all woke up after finally getting some food into their bellies, well, some woke up faster than others.

Jessie was busy wiping the sleep from her eyes as she had fallen asleep far too late the previous night as the first few week gitters were still in her system. Even if it was her last year, she still felt a bit of anxiety course through her veins every year she came here, even if this was their second semester of this year. Some things just never changed apparently. But, some things did and some part of the young Slytherin could feel it. Something was off, ever since she stepped back onto the grounds, Hogwarts itself felt a bit off, even if the others didn't feel it. She was shaken from her thoughts as the tong of one of the first bells sounded, signalling they had thirty minutes left before they'd have to prepare for their morning classes.

All that the young blonde had on her mind to help distract herself from her thoughts was the fact that they'd be having a Quidditch game latter that day in the mid afternoon, with another one to follow later that night. First up would be Gryffindor vs Slytherin, and then Hufflepuff vs Ravenclaw in the later hours of the day. They'd still have time, and at least she'd have something to look forward to. Not that things were ever a bore, especially considering she had all her friends, things were just tense, and she didn't think anyone else felt it, and if they did, damn were they doing a good way of hiding how they felt.

Jessie was about midway through her breakfast as she looked around the crowd of students, busily digging into their food. Her eyes scanned for a specific face, one she still didn't see since she woke up. Tilting her head to the side as she spoke, "You haven't seen Cas either right?" she asked the platinum blonde male Slytherin and wrapped one of her arms around his shoulder. "Assuming they've overslept again, huh?" she said teasingly to Eden. Removing a small piece of paper from her cloak, she quickly wrote something down and after casting a short enchantment spell, she watched as the paper formed into a small paper airplane and quickly dashed out of the Great Hall and disapeared out of sight. "That should help wake them up a bit, don't ya think?" the Slytherin teased as she put her wand back away in her cloak.

Leaning back over to Eden, laying her head on his shoulder, "You ready to fuck up some Gryffindors later today, mate?" she said with a jovial smile as she let him go from her iron grip, making sure her voice would have been heard by a few certain students that sat down from them by only a few chairs. Casting a small wink at one of the students, a certain red haired, female Gryffindor, before looking back away to her fellow House mates and listened to their ramblings as they finished their breakfast.

The morning sun began to streak its way through the large, stain glass windows of one of the dormitories as multiple figures were still fast asleep in their beds. Being back to the old routine after only two weeks of being back for the semester hadn't full set in yet, and often times some students were still fast asleep as others were already down to the Great Hall for breakfast. It was only when a piece of paper that was shaped like a poorly crafted airplane was sent under the crack of the dorm door and found its target in the ear of a sleeping red head. "What the fuck..?" a soft voice mumbled as the figure that received the pointed end of the paper to their ear sat up grumpily. Rubbing the sleep from their eyes, Castiella un-crumpled the paper and quickly read it over, their eyes widened. "Oh shit! We're gonna be late, again! Shit!" they cursed, tossing the blankets off of them as they quickly jumped out of bed, taking a few pillows and tossed one each at the other three sleeping forms in their respective beds. "Kai! Lex! Elise! We overslept, again! Hurry up and get dressed or we're gonna be late...Well, later than we already are!" they shouted, bare feet stumbling across cold, hard wood floors sent them quickly running to find socks. Seeing as it was still just getting into spring, someone must have forgot to set the heater in the room to go all night, which would explain the cold air in the room.

Cas came back a few short minutes later as they had finished changing into their uniform as they finished up brushing their hair and applied as minimum of makeup as they could within a few short minutes. "They're gonna kill us if we're late like this again, already. Ya'll already know the drill. I take the heat for it and you get off as easily as they'll allow. Got it? Besides, they can't be too mad at us...We're only...thirty minutes late for breakfast, fantastic." their voice dipped off into a minor mumble as they checked their watch on their left wrist. Looking back up at the others that had finished getting dressed, "Alright, let's go already, bitches." they gestured as they flung the dormitory door open and began to make their way out of the room behind the other three, while struggling with their tie as the small group made their way to the Great Hall.

The small group stumbled down the halls as they tried to quicken their pace, they needed to get there for at least fifteen minutes. Cas would feel bad if they had made everyone late and had them miss out on getting their breakfast. The four exchanged small talk and jokes as they made their way towards the main archway to the Great Hall. "Monroe? A word, if you please?" a voice called out, which caused Castiella to stop and turn their head nervously to where the voice had called from. Cas gave a small wave and gestured with their hand to give them a moment. "Hey uh, you three go on ahead, I'll just be a moment." the Hufflepuff said with a small smile as they turned and made their way over to the figure that had asked to speak with them.

Castiella shambled over with a coy smile on their face, leaning against the wall, "Morning, Professor." Cas said nervously, ringing their hands together. "I trust you slept well, Castiella." the professor said with a chipper smile. Cas sighed as they rubbed their face, "How much trouble am I in?" preparing theirself for the worst. The old woman sighed, placing a gentle hand on the student's shoulder, "Just try to keep them in check, yes? This may be your last year, but Cas. You can't drag them down with you. It's your duty as an older student, the Quidditch Captain, and most importantly Prefect to be an example." Cas gave a small nod of their head, rubbing the back of their neck as they did so, "I know...I know. I'm sorry. Things are just, rough. You know. I'll try to be better, but I will have to take this next meeting off...If that's okay?" the old professor gave Castiella a small smile, "I understand. You don't need to apologize. Just, go get some food, maybe that will wake you up a bit." Cas gave the woman a smile, "Thank you, McGonagall. I owe you." they gave the headmistress a small nod and smile before turning and made their way back to the Great Hall, and found themselves making their way to where their friends were. Cas took their seat in the middle of two of their friends, "Boom..." Cas poorly imitated the sound of an explosion as they placed their head on their hands that were placed infront of her on the table, looking up at Lex, "They're gonna kill me one of these days, I can feel it...Or worse, gonna get expelled." Cas muttered teasingly before lifting their head from the table and placing it on Lex's shoulder as they sighed.

The brunette had finished getting ready by the time it was six in the morning and her classmates were waking up to get ready to head out to the hall. So instead of waiting for them all to get up she went in to bug her twin, Callum. Kiara hoped onto his bed and began to shake him awake.

"What do you want, Kiwi?" She heard him groan the words and swat at her to get her hands off of him. Kiara's only reaction was to smack his hands back while shaking her head.

"I just wanted to make sure you didn't miss breakfast." Ki said rolling her eyes at her brother before getting up and grabbing his pillow out from under his head, while walking away.

"Ki, give it back!" She could hear him call after him, but all she could do was reply with, "You'll get it back when you wake up." With that she tossed his pillow to the side of the door before walking out of the dorm. She began to grab the current issue of Trinkets, Troves and Tremendous Inventions. This was the one issue she was waiting for. for awhile. Kiara wanted to read about what kind of inventions were being made in the magical world these days.

One of her favourites was the spell checking quill that Professor Arthurs had come up with for dyslexic witches and wizards. Simple objects that help people get the most out of their lives were the sort of inventions that she thoroughly enjoyed. So today she was hoping to get inspired by whatever this issue had to cover.

Kiara began to walk towards the exit of the Ravenclaw tower so she could make it down to the Great Hall before all the people would flood in. Ki had her favourite spot and that meant getting there first, of course. So as she walked down she sat down on the edge of the bench with her one knee crossed over the other showing off her new high heels she had gotten for Christmas, her mom knew just what she had wanted too, so it made it even better. The shoes she was sporting were a pale pink similar to a nude colour. The strap was around her ankle. They were a Christian Louboutin brand under the name of Very Cathy.

The Ravenclaw student didn't boast her wealth a lot, but she did take great pride in her heels and the ability for them to give her the confidence and power she needed to walk though the halls of Hogwarts.

Flipping the glossy cover over to look at what kinds of things they'd be talking about in her issue of inventions, she could hear some of the students start to pour in. Part of her eventually overheard the conversations that were going on between the Slytherin and Gryffindor tables. She just wanted to give both of them a run for their money so they could stop shitting on each other.

Callum eventually came in with his hair groomed and his tie done up right. "You better hope mom and dad never find out that your shirt is not tucked, they'll have a cow." Kiara said nonchalantly.

"Whatever, they can get bent. My shirt not being tucked is the least of their problems."

She rolled her eyes and looked over to Crispin, "Whats your bet on the Slytherin and Gryffindor quidditch game today?" She asked with her eyebrows raised.

Elise definitely hadn't set an alarm the night before, it wasn't on her mind as she was catching up with Lex, Kai, and Cas. They had been her dorm mates since she could remember and the fact that they pack of them were up to being their idiot selves last night, it meant that none of them set an alarm. It was only a recipe for disaster as one could had hoped.

The blonde had been having one of the best dreams that she's had in awhile. It definitely was a certain type of dream, so the fact that she heard Cas's voice wake her up from it she mumbled and as her eyebrows knitted together. Were they serious right now? Who cared if they were late? It happened so much that they hadn't done shit yet. Ellie opened her eyes squinting, but she could tell by her voice that she was serious.

With a sigh she shook her head throwing her covers back. "You really suck sometimes, y'know?" She said with a bit of a chuckle and then began to quickly throw her stuff on. Ellie had thrown on her trousers, bra and white blouse. She 'accidentally' forgot to button some of the top buttons as she was 'rushing' before just grabbing her yellow and black tie after she had tied her blonde hair up in a messy pony tail.

She was a pro at getting ready with little to know time so she also managed to get a layer of foundation and some mascara on. The girl needed to be somewhat prepared for the day, you never knew who was going to look your way.

"Mon cheri! Do not take all the blame, I will gladly do it next time. I got irresistible veela charm sometimes." Ellie said with a laugh when Cas had returned to the table with the rest of them.

Instead she blew Cas a kiss before throwing her hands up in a heart shape with her hands, "Merci beaucoup, darling. I appreciate your efforts, always." With that, Elise began to comb through Lex's hair to make it look more presentable and less tangled for her. The girl was way too sweet to be dragged down by the oversleeping demon that lurked around.

She retracted her hands when she was done though, "So, anyone excited for the dance coming up? I say if we don't have dates we can all go together, if that sounds good?" The blonde said throwing it out so no one had to feel bad about lack of dates or in case no one wanted to talk about who they wanted to invite out.

Jessie chuckled as Eden confirmed that he was ready to kick some Gryffindor ass later, which she was looking forward to greatly. She felt the corners of her lips curl into a grin as Cassie called back with her own quip, "We'll see, if you decide to show up on the pitch that is!" Jessie retorted. Looking back at Eden, as he shifted his position on the bench so he could look at her properly. She tilted her head quizically for a moment as he brought up the Valentine's Dance they were going to be hosting for the Tournament this year. She rolled her eyes as an exasperated sigh escaped her lips, which quickly turned into a clenched jaw and furrowed eyebrows at her friend's next comment. Quickly getting a good right hook in his arm as he tried to get away, "I honestly don't know what you're talking about. I don't have any date in mind, nor do I plan on going, honestly." she retorted under an equally hushed voice as she shot him a heated glare for a moment. "Besides, if I had anyone in mind, why the hell would it be Gryffindor? They're all a bunch of stupid and pret-uh...Pretentious assholes that I have no interest in whatsoever." she recovered quickly. Brilliant save, Jessie. Truly. Barely being able to catch herself as her mind scrambled to find the right words.

"And for that, I hope you get taken out by a Bludger later toda-" Jessie was cut off mid-sentence as she was suddenly pushed forwards into the table by someone passing behind her. Causing her to lose her grip on her cup and spill water all over herself. The young Slytherin shot her head over her shoulder to see Shane quickly stomping his way down the aisle between the tables, "The fuck is your problem, mate?" she shouted at him, only receiving a small shrug of his shoulders in a response. Tossing her hand up quickly for a moment to give him a quick middle finger, before turning back around.

"Scratch that, I want him to get taken out by a Bludger." she mumbled back to Eden, grabbing something to help dry her off. "I honestly don't know what I did to piss that jackoff off so badly, but at this point I don't even care. i just want it to stop." Jessie muttered. Her eyes scanned the room to see Shane sitting down at his table, returning his smirk with her own thousand mile glare. Maybe if she stared at him long enough he'd combust. One could wish anyway, god knows how many people would pay to see that happen.

"Well, now that my morning has been officially ruined, I really am glad we get a game today. I need something to hit." Jessie grumbled. There were very few people that genuinely pissed her off in this school, and even fewer people that she enjoyed being in their company of. And sometimes, even those people couldn't help out way the countless assholes that resided in each house. "How much trouble do you think someone would get in if...I don't know...Somehow Shane's hair were to somehow turn purple? Or even green? I know he hates green. Especially...bright green? Like Slytherin Quidditch uniform green." she questioned Eden, "Hypothetically speaking, of course?" the young Slytherin gave her friend a small wink and smile before going back to finish the last few bites of her food before classes started, seeing how they had Potions first meant things were going to be tense right off the bat, which was just wonderful and exactly what she needed with how her day was going so far. If things were going like this so early on, hell knows what the rest of the day held in store for her. And she was not in the mood for any of it.

Cas shot Elise a short look as the half Veela told her not to worry about it, or that she can take the heat next time they got in trouble, thanks to her Veela charm, getting away with things happened to be easy. Well, easier anyway. While Cas did appreciate the perks it came with, they knew they couldn't abuse that so much, that and they needed to step up in matters of being a Prefect. "I think it's best we don't uh...Abuse that as often anymore...I don't think we can get away with it all the time, El. But I do appreciate it." Cas said with a small chuckle. Giving her a playful wink, as well as returning the heart-shape gesture to Elise before turning their attention to the tables across the room, seeing a bit of a commotion going on between Slytherin and Gryffindor. Their jaw clenched slightly as they tried to notice what was going on.

Cas arched an eyebrow as they somewhat heard Elise's question, taking a moment to try to piece together it fully. "Oh uh, I'm actually not sure yet. I know it's part of the Tournament and everything but, I may pass it up. But, we could always go as a group, like you said. But don't let me stop you from all finding dates, ya know? I want you all to be able to enjoy yourselves." they said with a smile, before looking back over as they heard voices shouting off in the same direction as before. A small growl erupted from their throat, which sounded more like an annoyed groan as they could feel their blood coarse through their veins, a small burst of anger crept through them easier than it would otherwise, seeing as the fullmoon was tonight, which would explain why they slept in so late again. "Excuse me for a moment, ladies...I'll be right back. Just give me a second to deal with something." Cas flashed them a quick smile before standing up, and began to make their way across the room towards the commotion between Gryffindor and Slytherin. Just being able to make out that it was Shane clearly bothering Jessie and her friends. Of course he did, why wouldn't he? He was always being a royal tool, and Cas wasn't sure if it was them being a werewolf that made them prone to annoyance, or just Shane existing at all.

The Hufflepuff took a deep breath, as they formed a tightened fist by their side as they sauntered over to the long haired, male Gryffindor. "I'm just gonna say this once...And once only..." dragging their black painted nails across the table to the cup in front of Shane, holding it with their hand, and took a sip. Water. Perfect. Cas flashed him a small grin before swiftly dumping it onto his head. Water spilling all over him. "You fuck with my Snakes again, or anyone else for that matter, and we'll have issues. Do you fucking understand that?" they questioned. Shane simply shook his head as he attempted to dry himself off.

"I don't know what you're problem is...But how about you fuck off-", Shane started as he turned towards Cas. Who simply only grabbed him by his shirt, and pushed him into the table. "I don't give a single flying fuck what you have to say. But you pull something off like this again, I will bring it to the Professors, and I really don't think it would look good on you for that. Now would it?" Cas mused. Shane clenched his jaw as he looked up at the Hufflepuff, "No...No it wouldn't." he replied dryly. Cas returned a wry smile, "Good. Now sit the fuck down and leave them alone." Cas said as they released his shirt from their grasp as they stepped back, finally looking around to see that dozens of students and even some teachers had stopped and been watching the entire encounter unfold.

Castiella straightened out their clothes, "What?" they said with arms raised, as if encouraging anyone else to try something. The other students simply shook their heads and went back to their business, not getting involved. "Good..." Cas huffed, shoving their hands back into their pockets as they made their way back to the table, casting a quick glance up at the few teachers that were in the Great Hall eating breakfast as well. Ronan, the Quidditch coach for Slytherin shot them a small wink and nod of approval before going back to her food. As Castiella made their way back, they noticed several origami otters fluttering around the Hufflepuff table, taking a quick glance at Mac, they stuck out their tongue and flashed her a wink. Sitting back down next to Lex, Cas let out an exasperated sigh, "Sorry about that...I smelt some bullshit and just...ya know...Did what I do best." Cas gave a small wink to their friends.

"But in other news, as for the Tournament. I so put my name in. Even if I'm not chosen, it's worth to put my name in, seeing how it's my last year and all. Figured why not. Might as well try." they shrugged, turning to grab at least some food while they still could. Mainly just some bread, two apples, while also dropping a few cookies into their pockets for later. Truly was a miracle how their robes were always kept clean and not stained with food by now.

"But, what I was thinking is...For those that are picked by the Goblet, we should maybe all hold bets to see who lasts the longest before they tap out. See who cries first, ya know, the usual that we've heard rumors about from other people." Cas said with a small chuckle and grin before going back to eat some more food before classes started. But their mind was busily focused on the fact it was going to be a full moon that night, they'd need to figure out some way of getting out of the castle again, they were slowly running out of viable options and excuses, and they weren't one to reuse answers. God forbid someone catch onto it and figure things out before they had a chance to explain for themselves, yet again.
