CODENAME Little Red.

Jo is a woman of science - more specifically,
chemistry. She loves Sherlock Holmes - both
the character and the BBC adaptation, mainly
because she finds Sherlock and herself quite
similar. Jo is also a fan of tea, having a liking
for black tea. She loves wolves as well, along
with the color red. Speaking of wolves & the
color red, Jo's favorite fairy tale is definitely
Red Riding Hood. She also enjoys reading a
good book from time to time, namely science.
books. However, she likes fantasy and poems.
Jo is also rather fond of technology and hats.
She finds England intriguing and has a nearly
an unhealthy obsession with criminology. Jo
prefers the taste of mint, but likes the scent
(and taste) of champagne and strawberries.
Jo dislikes history more than other subjects
in school. She also doesn't like most sports.
Jodene strongly dislikes coffee and Starbucks,
although she has never been in the latter. Jo
is into literacy and noticeably dislikes most
protagonists in books or movies. She doesn't
like people who are strictly and apparently on
"the good side", and people who shun the evil
(as strange as that sounds). Jo isn't fond of the
color purple, mainly because it doesn't look
too good on her. Jo thinks immense stupidity
slows her down dramatically. Jo tends to not
like science fiction or historical fiction of any
She doesn't like to call people, preferring to
text. Although Jo likes social media, she hates
using social media - and hashtags.

Jo is somewhat of a control freak. She has to understand everything, and is absolutely paranoid about being manipulated. She is almost like a robot in a sense. While she will admit that she has friends, Jo isn't very well-versed in the art of feelings. Sure, she understands that people's chemical reactions to things translates to emotions, but Jo is rather insensitive in this way. While she understands the science of feelings, she doesn't understand the heart of it. Jo will go to extreme lengths when it comes to manipulating someone's feelings to achieve something, but she's not particularly aware of how wrong this is.
Jodene is very diligent. She is definitely a hard-working person, and could never be called a slouch. Although she's never been known for needing to put much effort in her work, she isn't lazy. She's extremely efficient, though her methods are a bit unorthodox. She remembers practically everything; however, she can't just pick a memory out of her mind. She has this method which involves almost going into a trance-like state. It's rather strange, but Jo doesn't care much about others' opinions. It works after all.
Jo is a highly competitive person. This doesn't prevent her from being a good sport, though; she takes her losses rather well, although she does feel a bit bitter when she doesn't win. There's no such thing as friendly competition in her world. Although she definitely competes with friends, the actual competition part for her isn't relaxed at all. Jo doesn't know about the others, though.

Since her family were such geniuses, they expected Jo to follow suit. While she's awfully observant and deductive - able to draw extremely accurate conclusions just from conversation, appearances, etc. - her academic intelligence falls in the "extremely stupid" range in her family's points of views. Jo has only skipped one grade, unlike her older brother, Alexander, who has skipped three and finished university at the age of 19. Jo didn't even become valedictorian, for God's sake. She wishes to be a chemist, but her skills are more suited for something along the private detective line, and whatnot. But those jobs are extremely low-paying, says her family.
Jo has connected with the FBI - yes, you heard that right - privately over one incredibly tough case under extreme circumstances when she was about 15 or so. They didn't involve her with themselves that often since she was just a child (technically), and it was against the rules. But Jo has one connection within the FBI - her uncle. Of course, Jo's older brother had the authority to allow her to sort of intern with the FBI, but he had to pull some serious strings, and Alex and Jo have a rather...difficult relationship, per say. The two were quite close in their childhood, but as Jo started falling behind in the family expectations, they had grown apart. Alexander does care about Jo, but he isn't good at expressing his feelings. At all.
Jo may have gained the slightest sliver of respect from some of the FBI agents, but soon enough, her uncle was murdered. He had a high position in the FBI, and had a great deal of influence over the FBI. So after he died, everyone went back to pretending Jo didn't exist. At least, unless she managed to get a professional job, working with the FBI full time. Right now, Jo is trapped between her aspirations of joining the FBI and her will to become a chemist for the money. Her parents and brother certainly aren't helping.
