Eterna City

Eterna City is the largest cities on Sinnoh. With a population of over 2000 people, it is rivaled only by Jubilife. Though heavily inhabited, the city is filthy and in disrepair. Certain older buildings are holding up well, however, newer and less sturdy buildings have begun to crumble.

This city is home to both adults and children, the two living alongside each other in symbiosis. Earnest MacKenzie is the city's mayor, a moderate man that believes in finding "fair" solutions to the problems of his world. To this end Eterna City has a "karma" policy. When a crime or misdeed is committed, the offender is given a punishment befitting the crime. If that punishment is determined to be death, the person is either banished or executed depending on how much of a threat they are believed to be to the city. Earnest's "karma" policy has resulted in Eterna City having some of the lowest crime rates in the region, however underneath that apparent peace is a steaming discontent that occasionally reveals itself in the form of riots.

Though children are allowed to live alongside adults, and even to get their pokespirits, their powers are frequently taken advantage of and some flee to Children's City to escape this.
