Setting
The chilly oceans of Sinnoh are few and far between if you stick to the main routes. The beaches can be a nice place to forget the troubles of the world. However, one cannot help but find that they are almost depressingly empty. Only a few people inhabit this location, perhaps because the water isn't so great for drinking. Because of the large area of this location, it's population estimate is very much wildly spread out.
