Setting

These holy cave ruins are rumored to contain messages from creator themselves. Nobody has ever managed to navigate to the deepest part of the cave, however, as all of the messages appear to be in riddles. What could possibly be so important is unclear, but powerful magics will inexplicably cause those trying to cheat their way through the cave to find themselves back where they started. The rooms are as followed:

Entrance
The entrance is free to enter but leads immediately to a dead end with some cryptic scriptures carved into the wall.

Solving this puzzle will cause a doorway to materialize leading further into the ruins, into the main room.

Main Room
This room is similar to the entrance in layout, however, there are two inscriptions on the walls, each with a unique message.

The first inscription, to the left, is as followed:

Solving this first puzzle will reveal a stairway to the topmost floor of the ruins.

The second inscription, to the right, is as followed:

Solving this puzzle will reveal a stairway leading to the first level of the basement.

Top Floor
This dead end contains a single treasure chest and a short inscription above it on the wall.

The treasure chest is empty until the message is read. The gift inside then seems to be different for every person that looks into it. The treasure chest will then remain empty until the person consumes, destroys or returns the gift.

Basement: First Level
This room contains yet another inscription. Shortly after someone finishes reading it, four spectral enemies will manifest in the four corners of the room. These eldritch monsters will attack anyone present until they flee the room or perish. The inscriptions read as followed:

Solving this puzzle will reveal a stairway leading to the second level of the basement.

Basement: Second Level
This particular room is very large, with several floating platforms hanging above a large drop and a staircase leading back up to the beginning of the room. Three switches lay on the bottom floor that will only stay down when a large amount of weight is put on them, say 80 pounds. If one long jumps their way across the floating platforms they would make their way to the other end of the room, where an inscription and three large boulders await. The boulders are colored red, blue and green. The switches are colored yellow, pink and blue in the order they're found.

The inscription up top reads as followed:

Solving this puzzle will open a stairway leading to the third level of the basement. However, placing one of the rocks on the wrong switch even once will cause the puzzle to lock-up and become impossible to complete until the following midnight, when it will unlock for another try.

Basement: Third Level
This room is a small and featureless cube with a short inscription on the wall.

If you solve this puzzle, a stairway leading to the fourth level of the basement

Basement: Fourth Level
This room is littered with obstacles and pitfalls. As usual, the inscription lays upon the opposite end of the room. After someone reads it, doppelgangers of everyone in the room will manifest themselves and begin attacking their originals. The inscription reads as followed:

Basement: Fifth Level
The fourth level of the basement is a medium sized room with inscriptions of a theatrical dance all along the walls. The dance appears to describe a terrible battle and two friends being turned against each other, ending as the friends are about to come to blows.

Solving the puzzle will open a door to the final basement chamber.

Final Basement Chamber
As one enters the final chamber an immense power is felt in the room, far beyond anything a mortal is capable of emitting. An arcane symbol is inscribed into the floor. In the back of the room lies an impossibly ornate pearly white chest that glows faintly in the darkness. It cannot be opened until someone reads the inscription above it on the wall, which reads as followed:

There is nowhere to go but back after this.
