Setting
The Underground of Sinnoh is a maze of slowly collapsing tunnels, spanning the entire area of the Sinnoh region. And yet, in spite of their poor maintenance, these tunnels house an enormous amount of people. Many an outlaw is attracted to the maze-like layout of the underground and thus the community is saturated with every sort of vice you can imagine. Anyone with any sense would tell you to avoid this place if you don't want any trouble, and yet people constantly flock in and out of the underground regardless. Perhaps it is prospect the true freedom combined with the large population or perhaps it's how easy it is to access.
There are a number of popular facilities hidden throughout the underground, each corresponding to one of several equally popular factions. Of all of the underground cliques, however, The Blake Clan reigns supreme. Lizzy Blake is the de facto leader of the underground. Many would claim it has no leader, but the wise know better.
