Setting

A testament to humanity's resilience, these magnificent windmills still stand to this day. Unfortunately, few really understand how to operate them and the power lines that could have distributed the power around the region have been damaged by the ages. They are one of the only significant sources of electrical power still standing in Sinnoh, however.
