Aura shook her head at Nyxies suggestion. She didn't think that Averery could loose his footing and fly so far away. "I don't think thats what happened." she reached down and picked up a good sized rock from the ground. "Kayla, How far do you think you could through this?" If she was right, then the other girl could be developing a power like her. The feelings of emotions she had been having must be some kind of power. As she had never been one to care about other peoples feelings before.

Phaine grabbed the scroll out of Louisa's hand. He opened it...but not all the way. "I can't open this!!" he said loudly. He could open it, but he couldn't. You get that??? He gave it back to Louisa. Then, an urge wept over him. He wanted to say some to Louisa, but couldn't. He remembered the first time this urge came over him.

"I love you," he muttered under his breath hoping not to be heard but probably have been heard by Louisa.

Leigh-Aleyn got up and found two daggers. He walked back to Jasmine and raised his hands. "Take one, or two," he said.

((Hey Dude!! Thanks for posting!! I could kiss you for this! Anyway, have you read the previous posts? Kayla used her powers for the first time and send Averery flying. Everyone there is concerned with him now. And Nate just joined Louisa and Phaine. Okay everyone quick announcement here. I am going to auto things a bit to keep things going. I didn't want to have to do this, but I am going to auto Kapugen's chars so all main chars are together. Sorry for the hold up. I'll be putting this announcement in the OOC too.))

Everything seemed to happen in a blur. The girls and the princes had made their way back to the breakfast parlor. This included those who were absent during breakfast. Louisa was trying desperately to remember what she was going to say, but was still distracted by Phaine's confession to her, or at least she thought was one. Her face was a deep red color and she couldn't make it go away. She was probably imagining things. Before she had a chance to say anything, Nate had shown up and a servant came to tell them Averery had been hurt. When they got back to the palace, they found out he was fine, but Kayla obviously wasn't. They were trying to figure out what caused Averery to fly across the training area like that when Andun came in.

"Good morning young ones. Nice to see you up and about. So what has happened?" he asked.

Jasmine took charge and told him.

"Hmmm, interesting, I think I know what has happened to you Kayla. The fragment might have lend you some of its powers. The creator of the Jasper, Jennah, was admired for her feats of strength and she put her abilities into the Stone. In fact it wouldn't surprise me if all the girls gained different abilities."

"That would explain things." replied Jasmine.

"Indeed, was there anything else?"

This time Louisa did speak up.

"Well, last night I had a dream and a person gave me a clue to get started on the quest. Phaine and I followed the clue til we found this scroll. Phaine tried opening it, but he can't."

Andun thought that one over before saying, "It probably has a magic seal on it. Why don't you try opening it Louisa."

Louisa looked at him, perplexed but decide she would try to do it. She looked the scroll over and found a barely noticeable seal on it. It was pretty worn down, but Louisa recognized the Sasuren emblem immediately. Now why would a scroll from her kingdom be here? Louisa touched the seal and it lit up before the scroll opened up. At the same time, the Amethyst fragment started to glow and Louisa became surrounded in a violet glow. Her eyes become transfixed on words that normally were foreign to her. The scroll was written in ancient writing and Louisa found herself reading the words out loud in a voice that wasn't her own.

"To the outskirts of the sea of sand you must go,
Where those who always roam to and fro,
Proove your worth and the next clue is yours."

Once the words were spoken, Louisa felt faint and dropped to the ground, with the scroll still in her hand.

"Louisa!" Jasmine said.

First Moselle, than Kayla, now Louisa. She wondered if she was going to be next.

"Looks like Louisa did gain powers from her fragment. That was ancient language and the Creator, Astelle, was said to come up with the written word and spoke ancient language fluently." Andune explained.

All this was going too fast for Torrence. He looked at Aura and then at Louisa.

"I am sure Louisa will be okay. At least we have an idea where to go next." he said.

Averery had to agree with Torrence. He kept trying to reassure Kayla that he was okay, but she still was pretty distraught. He took her hand and smiled at her.

As Auralee went with the others inside after the events in the courtyard and she immediately noticed a deep embarrasment and flattered feeling coming from the girl who went to the library. Something had happened, she guessed, that made her feel so strongly. Aura figured it was about one of the boys and crushes. On her island, she had been around many who thought of nothing but boys, and although she hadn't ever noticed it then, the look on Louisa's face definately said boy.

When Andun came in and told Kayla about the powers embued in the stone fragments. That explained her amazing strength but, "Could the creator of the jade feel other peoples emotions." She burst out. It would explain the feelings she had been getting. She it was so weird to feel others emotions, she had never cared about ti before, judging thoughts wasn't something she was good at.

Next, Louisa touched somthing on a scroll she was holding. Aura couldn't see anything at first, but suddenly the girl was bathed in purple. Aura had moved closer, what was happening seemed very similar to last night. A voice of different words suddenly resounded through the room, speaking of going to a sea of sand. Sea of sand? Desert? Oh good, she thought. Now they had at least a direction to go with. She smiled. Things were picking up and finally making at least a little bit of sense.

After Louisa dropped to the ground Phaine went to help her up. "Are you okay?" he whispered.

His mutter is louder than his whisper...true...T-T. After that, Phaine went over what Louisa said. He shrugged and turned his back on everyone. He needed to do something to concentrate. Fight or train. He was glad he had his training cloth here. He walked inside then found where his clothing was. He grabbed his training uniform: Hard leather, but flexible, pants and shirt. Pretty much it.

He walked back outside, grabbed his dual daggers and started concentrating/training. We need to travel across the sand. Maybe talk to some people, and either fight or do something to prove ourselves. He slashed masterly as he thought. "Everyone get the jist?" he asked lightly.

I should start paying attention to how people get around here. Do they just walk? That wouls suck. Anyway to get to the place we need to go is perfectly fine with me! Phaine's eyes had a set look at the horizon.
