A blood-covered carpet, splashes of blood on the wall, a knife embedded into the chest of the victim. From the crime scene, a shadow dashed away according to eyewitnesses, the shadow ran down the street and turned left when they arrived at the intersection. Where they ended up after that was a mystery, but the convenience store located right by that intersection had cameras rolling, could they perhaps help with identifying the assailant?

The victim needed redemption and the family of the victim needed closure. Parents aren’t supposed to outlive their children so how could you not feel for them as they bawled their eyes out at the news they received the morning after? But fret not, there are still clues to go on and the murderer will surely be found since a capable team has been assigned.

The story takes place in the fictional city Grimmore which is located in California. It will revolve around a team of homicide detectives that has to tackle gruesome crimes as they try to keep their own life together. They are all battling their own demons as well as taking down true monsters.

The premise of this roleplay is to tackle the life of those who work in the homicide department in this town, the cases as well as their personal life. There will be different cases that vary in difficulty, the idea is that those who join this roleplay could contribute with their own cases. This will, therefore, need a joined effort to evolve the story. The idea is that the one who created the case will state what clues could be found on the crime scene at the beginning of the post that introduces the case. Thereafter they could always use NPC’s to provide with more clues or ask another writer to provide the others with information. In the end, there will be a showdown with the perpetrator and thereafter another case will be introduced.
