Anthony Silvero's Story

Anthony Silvero breathed in some fresh air as he walked along the side of the street, bustling with morning activities: Vendors selling their wares, children giggling and playing, adults talking or pushing to get to their jobs. The alleyways seemed to be filling up with garbage for Trash Day tomorrow.
Walking along he suddenly had the urge to whistle a tune, his hands at his sides he began to whistle the melody of a song, whose name had been forgotten long ago, as he enjoyed the scenery. Occasionally he spotted a cat sun bathing on a window sill, their collars hidden in their fur but an idem like a little tag or a bell signaled them as owned pets. He thought about Samantha then, wondering if she was comfortable and had enough food. The thought caused him to stop at the entry of one such alley way.

Anthony Silvero kept thinking of Samantha until he heard something in the alley and turned to see who was there. Looking around he saw nothing, so he looked down. As his gaze shifted he soon spotted, what appeared to be, a little tabby kitten crawling towards him. Smiling he bent down to scratch her between the ears as he smiled.
"Hello there little one, enjoying this day like everyone else?" He mover his hand to scratch under her chin and paused, pushing her head up a bit to notice there was no tag or collar. "Aw you poor thing..." He slowly scooped her up in his arm to hold her body and scratch the top of her head, "You have no home huh?"

Anthony Silvero chuckled as the kitten meowed up a storm, the occasional mew in there. "Well I can't just leave a little tabby like you in the alley way... I think I can give you a nicer home than this..." With that he turned around and began to walk back the right way to his house, now with Tania in his arms and earning inquisitive stares from everyone around him, trying to see the beautiful little kitten. It would be a long walk back, no more than thirty minutes to his home.

Anthony Silvero continued his walk, scratching the top of Tania's head as he went, occasionally shaking his head when a child ran up to him, asking him to hold the kitten. "No, no... the kitten is very tired right now, I think it best if only I hold it." He wound through the opposite traffic, saying similar things until the crowd seemed to vanish and he walked up the long driveway to his home, the small villa was almost like a mansion as he came up to the front door and opened it to slip in. "Samantha, I'm home."
Anthony Silvero In response to his call there came a deep purr that echoes across the entry room as a large creature slinked down the stairway and sat in front of Anthony. The large cat waved its tails back and fourth as it sniffed at what he held in his arms. He chuckled and lifted Tiania by her neck, "No no..." He flipped her over for a second and rubber her belly as he looked, "...She... Is your new friend Samantha...." She set down the kitten right in front of the larger cat, "You two play nice, I have to go do something...."
Anthony Silvero The Savannah looked down at the kitten before it and let out a deep purr, tail waving back and fourth as it slowly lay down, its front legs sliding to either side of Tania, its bright green eyes glowing a bit as it leaned forwards to take her scruff and place the kitten just against her chest before letting her big tongue begin to lick and groom her fur.
Anthony Silvero Samantha, the apparent name of the cat, closed her mouth around Tiana's neck and pushed down to calm the kitten before continuing her grooming, one of her fore paws lifting up to rest gently on Tania's back to remind her of who she was dealing with and not to be so fussy.
Anthony Silvero Samantha's tongue soon seemed to change from a wet looking to almost dry as it licked back over the Kitten's tiny body, removing the wetness to clean the fur, licking over her face two and taking off those tears with the rest of the saliva before it removed its paw and slowly began to stand. Considering the kitten before taking her by her scruff once more and heading towards one of the many doors in the house.
Anthony Silvero Samantha pushed the door open with a paw and the room was strangely dark, save for a green light coming from a far table. As the large cat approached it could be seen that Anthony was creating te green light, focused on something, but as he looked over his shoulder the light faded away and he turned, holding something in his hand and, with the snap of his fingers the lights turned back on.
"You always have perfect timing Samantha..." He reached down and pet Tiana's head for a while before slipping something around her and tightening it a bit, he also held up a little golden tag in front of the kitten's eyes, "This is for you.... Need to figure out a name but..." He slipped it on the silver collar along with a little silver bell. "There we go..." As he finished, the large cat set Tiana down as well.

Need to figure out a name but..." He slipped it on the silver collar along with a little silver bell. "There we go..." As he finished, the large cat set Tiana down as well.
Anthony Silvero watched the kitten take off after having the collar put on her, the little bell ringing and tingling as she went and he chuckled, "Oh dear... I hope she doesn't get lost... Shall we look for her Samantha?" He looked down to see Samantha curled up for a nap. "Jealous of the new one are we?" He laughed and pet between her ears before leaving his magic room out into the main hall, he looked around for Tania, not using the magic trace just yet cause he knew the little thing couldn't have gotten that far.
Anthony Silvero gave a single circut around the main entrance and chuckled. "If you aren't in the open then that means someone is playing hide and seek..." He moved over to a dresser table and checked underneath it and stood, moving around the room one way and the next, slowly working his way to where Tania was hidden.
Anthony Silvero searched everywhere but didn't find the kitten. "Smart little thing are ya?" He hard the ringing of the bell as it darted for his kitchen and waited a bit longer before walking to the door. "He watched the floors and began to move around silently, staying away from anything that would make noise as he looked. "I got ya now..." He whispered it lightly and searched for Tania.
Anthony Silvero was watching the kitten turn on the faucet and held his breath. He remembered a spell from the other day and he shimmered and "vanished" watching silently at this strange tabby cat he had found in the alley way. What was it doing?
Anthony Silvero watched the kitten turn on the water and intentionally slide in to wash off her fur as he began to walk up to examine her closely, forgetting he had the pots out for early morning soup and sent them clattering to the ground as his invisibility vanished. "Gotta practice more I guess..." He turned and looked at the kitten, "You can use human items... are you some kind of magical creature or familiar?"
Anthony Silvero looked at the trapped cat and slowly turned off the water. "I think I need to examine you a bit... um... this should work..." He reached a hand down and rubbed her wet fur on her head and then let the magic crackle to life as he tried to scry and prob to see what Tania really was. Removing his hand uncertainly after some time. "Tania... That is your name and... you... were human?" He looked very confused as he removed his hand to look at the little kitten. "I... oh... oh god... Um..."
Anthony Silvero looked down at Tania astounded. A kitten that was once a human, or thought it was. He scooped her out of the sink and held her by her scruff once more watching water run off her fur from being drenched. His other hand reached for a towel, which he set her on and wrapped her up in before rubbing her tightly to get the water out, before removing it and chocking back a laugh as her fur stuck on end like a fuzz ball.
Anthony Silvero say her mewing in protest and held her up to a kitchen window so she could see the terrible state her fur was in. "The word snow ball comes to mind..." He set he towel down and began to leave the kitchen cradling Tania in his arms again, "We need to find a place for you to sleep and then something to eat. This... this is all too weird to me, but I guess I better work on what to do next..."
Anthony Silvero looked at the cat and scratch her her between the ears and paused. "Um... er..." he went silent again as he opened to door to a guest room and set the kitten on the bed. "I guess this can be your room... I'll leave the door open to it and..." He reached out to scratch her between the ears but pulled back again. "Well.. Want to get something to eat er... Tania?"
Anthony Silvero saw the nod and scooped her back up again, "Seeing as you are a carnivorous little creature now lets see if we can get something that suite your new form but your old... likes..." He went into the kitchen and set her on the counter as he snapped his fingers, the lights turning up as the kitchen seemed to turn on and he went around collection food stuffs and utensils to start cooking.
Anthony Silvero looked at Tania when she mewed, "We need to figure out a way so I can understand you but not freak out the normal populace... And I don't think that cutesy one paw for yes two for no will cut it with you..." He moved to the freezer and pulled out what looked like hamburger patties and moved over to his grill to turn up the heat before going to get a few more ingredients. "We'll have a burger since I am not exactly chief chef of a restaurant..."
Anthony Silvero watched her bounce up and down for a bit before putting the burger patties on the grill, "I guess I figured out something you like..." He watched the food but walked over to scratch her between the ears, "Hey... Forgive me if i impulsively do this stuff... I'm what most women cal, a cat person so..." He scratched her a bit more before going back to the burgers. As he did so, Samantha slinked in.
Anthony Silvero looked as she mewed then looked down at Samantha, "We are having burgers dear..." He turned back to continue cooking as the large cat looked up at Tania, hopping up so her forepaws were on the edge of the counter as she stretched out with her head to almost barely grab the scruff of her neck to drag the kitten from the counter and out the door into an empty room and set her down, her large form blocking the exit as she lay across it, eyes glowing at Tania.
Anthony Silvero hissed and tried to swipe at the kitten, "Listen here you little witch!" The eyes glinted as the cat spoke to her, not in cat talk speak but her mouth using real English. "Oh yes I know you are a witch that went to far, I can see it, you trapped in that helpless body, pitiful. Lets get one thing strait, Anthony doesn't need another cat and having you around will be a bother, but now that he knows you are a human that will cause problems. I don't want problems..." She hissed and lunged, pinning the kitten between her paws to look into her eyes, "Are we clear? If not..." A smile cross the cat's face, " I think you will taste quite delicious..." She backed off but snatched Tania up by her scruff to leave back to the kitchen.
Anthony Silvero took the obedient kitten and jumped up on the counter to set her down before jumping down herself. "Oh Samantha, good of you to bring Tiana back. Have you puzzled out my riddle yet?" The cat arched its back and hissed and he chuckled, "No matter..." He slid a small portion of a burger out for Tania, "Here you are..." He took his own and stood next to where the kitten was on the counter, "So you used to be human, I wish you could tell me what you used to do... I will work on that spell after lunch..."
