Aurora Carlson's Story

Aurora Carlson pushed a brown curl from her face as she pushed open the bar doors. A soft sigh escaping her lips as she strode farther into the bar, taking a seat in one of the many empty chairs. "Bartender, Strawberry shake and a water." She offered the NPC a nod and turned around to watch the pub a bit idly. Wondering where Mindy had ran off to, or where Revvy was.
Aurora Carlson jumped slightly when she felt Mindy jump into her lap, she must have been daydreaming or something. "Oh Hey Mind, I got you a shake." She tried to ignore her questions, taking another large sip from her water. She really didn't want the child to worry, so she would try to skip on the matter as much as she could.
Aurora Carlson smiled down at Mindy before biting her lip and averting her gaze to Revvy. 'Oh great..Now they both get to know..' She thought to herself with a frown. "Well..Mindy.." She started off with a sigh. "I'm not sick, but I'm starting to change..I won't let it take me, but it's going to take some time before I can come out more." She explained, swallowing hard. "Please don't be mad, I'm not going to attack or anything, it's just my organs are switching back and forth, this making me very weak." She went on, switching her gaze from Revvy to the child. "And to make matters worse I can't eat any meat."
She did look rather pale, but she held her composure for her sister. "You're not mad are you?"

Aurora Carlson shook her head slightly, "Welcome back," She whispered as she looked back over to him. "I knew you'd make it back, though I'm a bit surprised at how long it took you." She teased, laughing softly. She then hugged Mindy back slowly, sighing softly. "I'm sure it wasn't a great couple of weeks..but are you alright?" She would then look down to Mindy, opening her eyes wide slightly. "I'm getting you what now?" She laughed once more.
Aurora Carlson simply laughed and watched the two, "Yeah, Disney land." She then stood up and grabbed Mindy's shake. "Yeah, I'm a bit tired. Coming Revvy?" She asked, wrapping her arms around Mindy with a laugh as she ran out the door with her..
The setting changes from gambits-bar to Main Street
Alone, oh how she felt so alone. Huddled up in the smallest corner of the abandoned warehouse she used to call home. She was frail and thin, not having eaten in days. Her hair a tangled mess and her eyes fully diolated with fear. "We musnt think about that Aurora.." She whispered to herself, shaking back and forth as she closed her eyes and sighed deeply. She needed someone, but there was no one around, nor did she want to hurt them. Aurora couldn't live with herself if she hurt Revvy or Mindy- especially Mindy. A few more deep breaths and the shivering and rocking subsided. Now she sat with her knees close to her chest, sobbing silently to herself. What more could she do but cry?
Keeping her eyes closed Aurora took more deep breaths, letting her once curly hair fall over her face as she cried more. Of course she had yet to turn into that 'monster' but she still felt like she was. In truth her organs were perfectly fine, and she was pretty much starving herself of contact with others and food. "Just hold in there for a few more days and we can go see them.." She added, opening her eyes and looking to the rusted floor. She was wearing no shoes- well you could imagine the condition her feet were in. She was practically covered in blood, but all of it was her own. The warehouse looked as if it would fall apart any minute, and yet she wouldn't leave the place.
Aurora Carlson started to shiver from the passing wind. All the doors were either broken or gone, along with the windows so it wasn't very warm. No words passed her lips for now, she simply pushed the end of her dress down over her knees and tried to stay warm, and sane.
The eyes that were once filled with happiness now told of sorrow and pain as they flicked up to Revvy. Like a scared child she moved to the right, the cuts on her hands and feet re-opening. Though she didn't flinch but shivered more. "You can't.. I'll hurt you.." She whispered, stopping as she wasn't able to bare the pair. But was it the pain of seeing him, or the rusting floors. "I don't want to hurt either of you.." She then proceeded to pull her legs to her chest once more, now closing her eyes and forcing back the tears that dared to escape those eyes.
Aurora Carlson shook her head slightly, "But I will.. I can feel it happening again.. and I can't control it.. You should have killed me and the others when you first saw us.." She admitted, tears now rolling down her cheeks as she looked up to him. Something in her voice was pleading for him to help while something else was saying to not come close. She was obviously confused with herself. But ultimately she had driven herself to this so much that she started to see things. The others around here or there, and it was truly getting to her. Sometimes she even felt like they were there with her. "I want you to help.. I just don't want you to get hurt.."
Aurora Carlson held still while he cleaned her face, looking up at him and smiling slightly. "I'm sure she would." Having Revvy there calmed her nerves slightly, but hearing Mindy's name mad her smile more and the thoughts went away for a few moments. "If you are going to help me, at least get me out of here first?" She looked around, trying to stand up herself, but finding herself simply fall back down with a wince of pain.
Aurora Carlson found herself clinging to him, shivering as they exited the warehouse where it was much colder. "B-because this.. This is the only place you two wouldn't find me.." She whispered, closing her eyes and trying to imagine the wind around them warmer and not so damned cold.
Aurora Carlson warmed up slightly from the light before looking around now that she was in a vehicle. Though she stayed silent, simply looking out to the sun and smiling almost.
Aurora Carlson again let him clean her face, not really minding the feeling of dried up blood gone. Though she still had many cuts all over that wouldn't clean with just water. "Yeah.. I've missed her a lot." She replied, smiling to him. "Thanks by the way, I'm not sure if you came looking or not, but I'm glad you found me."
Aurora Carlson tensed up for a moment, "As long as that bug man isn't the nurse.." She found herself, laughing, actually laughing at her comment. "You know I still have yet to see him, though I wouldn't go in search of him." Finally, Aurora was back to the normal Aurora. And after a bath she would look like her too!
"I have to admit, it would be interesting to see a bugman in a nurse outfit." She laughed with him, noticing him look over and smile, of course causing her to do the same. Though she broke the trance and blushed lightly, "So uhm.. How is Mindy? Kill any bad guys lately?" She teased.
Aurora Carlson nodded slightly, though she frowned for a moment. "Oh.. That's strange, I thought she did it often?" That just showed how much she knew about the kid when she was gone. Though when she hard him speak about the ship, she shook her head. "Then lets not waste it! Why don't we go on a vacation or something?" She shrugged lightly, though found it was a short gesture as the wounds on her back threatened to open, and yet she didn't wince. "But it's up to you two."
Aurora Carlson smiled slightly, sheepishly almost. "Ugh.. Revvy? I kinda can't walk..Without nearly breaking my feet." She then pointed down towards them, "There all cut up, but I'll try." She looked worried as she opened the door and put one foot out the door, quickly pulling it back in when she felt snow. "Jesus christ it's snowing!" She nearly shrieked, not daring to move back out.
Aurora Carlson offered a smile, "Please?" Truly she didn't mind him carrying her, but that didn't mean she wouldn't try doing it herself. Over time, she realized that she would have to do things for herself, but she guessed this condition was an exception. Though she lifted a curious brow at the tiger and the magazine, simply looking back at Revvy with a laugh.
Aurora Carlson reached back with a quick hand, trying to nab the magazine without him stopping it. If she succeeded she would toss it to the tiger and laugh loudly. "Run snowflake! Hurry!" Hopefully he wasn't gone too fast or she would have thrown it in the door. That and felt like a complete idiot with a bright red blush on her cheeks.
Aurora Carlson ceased the laughing, watching the tiger disappear before looking up to Revvy and laughing once more. "Sure, like you don't order those things." She teased, though she still kept her attention around her, hoping to see Mindy soon. And of course she did, right in the kitchen as they passed, "Hey! Hey stop!" She grumbled, not attempting to get down and run for Mindy.
"Back up please?" She smiled before poking his cheek, "And stop blushing?" She shook her head lightly and leaned back slightly in attempt to stick her head around the corner, if that failed she would simply yell. "Mindy!"
Aurora Carlson sighed slightly, "What no hug?" she pouted almost and shook her head, "No I'd like a bath and a million pain killers." She laughed lightly and looked over to Mindy with a smile. Finally she was home, or at least somewhere she wanted to actually be.
Aurora Carlson hugged her back and smiled widely, nodding, "That doesn't sound bad." She then reached over to rough up her hair. "I've missed you kid," The smile seemed to grow even wider- almost. "Kay but your not seeing me naked." She pointed out to Revvy with a laugh.
