Crystal Creation
Chelinka has the ability to create Crystals out of 'nothing'. This however isnt true as it uses both her own power, but also the energy in the air and around her. These Crystals are loaded with power and energy, and could be used as a power source. They also strengthen her abilities that are based on time. The creation of these Crystals is rather random when talking about form and shape. There is also a high chance of shards being released in the surrounding area. Another thing worth mentioning is the fact that the hardness and sharpness of the Crystals is incredibly high. Breaking in would take a tremendous amount of force. Cutting it however, would only work with either a Crystal the same sharpness or higher. She can direct the creation to a specific path of form, making her capable of creating rough forms or encasing objects in it.
Katana Mastery
Chelinka is an expert in the use of a Katana's, and primarily uses them as weapons. She usually sticks to an old one she had gotten, simply because of the memories. The weapon itself has nothing special and is even a bit worn on the edges. That doesnt really matter though, as she usually coats it in a layer of Crystal when fighting. ( Yes, she is capable of doing so. )
Time Manipulation
Chelinka actually has the minor ability to manipulate time itself. This ability takes a lot of energy and power, but could be used in devastating ways. Her core ability is to slow and speed up time around specific areas. For example, she would be able to speed up the time around her, giving her an advantage when fighting against others. Another possibility would be increasing the speed of a projectile or slowing an opponents movements. This takes a lot of energy though, and it increases in the amount it drains very quickly. Fore examle, holding it for 5 seconds after each other would take the same amount of energy as holding it for 1 second 15 times in a row. Her ultimate ability is to stop time itself, but this doesnt only stop the time for the people around her, but also for herself. It also takes an insane amount of power and energy and will most likely leave her exhausted for at least 2 minutes.
Cat Form
Chelinka can, believe it or not, change into a cat! The only interesting thing about the cat is that it has a incredibly high amount of power radiating from it and of coarse the bell attached to its tail.
