Cole Maibara's Story
Cole Maibara would find himself walking into a bar, his blade sheathed and kimono a bit loose fitting right now. He wore his average clothing, along with some fingerless black gloves with a white stripe going down the middle. His navy eyes scouted the area, and sighing, going over to the bar and ordering a drink. "This is certainly an interesting mix of people"
Cole Maibara 's eyes turned to look at Kaide, and he just shook his head, sighing. Cole took a sip of his drink and walked over to the wolf..or wolves, he couldn't tell, mainly cause he wasn't looking at their auras, so he'd tap the man Stylar's shoulder, and thought for a second, then grinned. "Excuse me, your aura is a bit odd, to me anyway...would you happen to be a werewolf?"
Cole Maibara looked at him and chuckled. "Yes yes, I can tell" he'd wave a hand. "I am Cole Maibara, soul reaver" he'd tilt his head. "your aura is a bit strong for a wolf demon," Cole remarked, smirking. "I wanna know how your aura is stronger than normal?"
Cole Maibara watched as Boss turned into a werewolf, and chuckled. "Very nice trick, puppy" he'd laugh a little, keeping a close eye on the thing. "Tell me..have you ever eaten a soul?" He'd tilt his head, keeping his eyes on him, trying to ignore the loud stoned guy.
Cole Maibara narrowed his eyes and smirked, tapping the hilt of the blade. "Mainly because that's a taboo. Commit that, and I'll have to kill you..so tell me, have you eaten any souls?"
Cole Maibara drew his blade, and sighed. "I have a job too, and that's to keep trash off the streets." he'd spin the blade by the chain on the butt of the blade. "and working for the devil? Which one?" his grin widened and he'd take a stance. "I choose to do my job." When he heard Kaide he'd bring a finger up, flipping him off.
Cole Maibara continued spinning the blade, and shook his head. "You become the evil that takes the lesser evil off the streets so you can become the big guy" he'd open his eyes, aura burning furiously. "and the devil isn't someone you're supposed to work with..even if it is to take souls to hell, it's to make more people for his army.."
Cole Maibara sighed, and watched the man disappear. "No matter what you slap onto your title, you're still a dog of the devil..." he'd look to Ashley. He wondered why this man would think Cole'd harm her...he isn't a cold blooded killer...not towards those he finds innocent anyway. The man Alastar caught his attention, and he'd shoot a dirty look to him.
Cole Maibara looked up at boss and sighed, repeating himself. "No matter what you slap onto it, you're still a dog to the devil, the devil IS evil, so you're saying you're good? That makes you a good guy doing bad guy things for the leader of all bad things? Is that what that makes you? Think about it"
Cole Maibara shook his head. "and I wouldn't let him kill my family, if I were you." he'd point the blade at Boss. "I've watched enough of what the devil can do, he turned my sister into a doll for multi-raced beings, so I was stuck watching, without anything to do" he'd narrow his eyes. "and if he'd try to kill your family, kill him back"
Cole Maibara grumbled a bit. "Maybe you didn't do your research..how many devils do you think there are? Do you think satan is the only one devil that was in charge? There were others, what do you think happened to them?" he'd tap the blade on his shoulder, looking to Kaide. "Yeah, I know, that's why you're supposed to become dangerous too, to defeat him.."
Cole Maibara chuckled a bit. "Yeah, and I'm sure if someone doesn't deal with that, he'll make them deal with it somehow..." he looked to Boss. "and the devil is a son of a bitch, do you think he'd abide by his promise? He'd kill you once he found no more use for you, which believe it or not, always happens"
Cole Maibara looked at Boss, and chuckled, then Kaide. "Because, wouldn't you care if you knew that there was someone fucking with every being he can, and you could be next?"
Cole Maibara shook his head. "Not exactly. I never said you'll be set free if I win." he smirked. "Though I'll guarantee I won't harm you and your family...however.." he pointed a finger at boss. "You're gonna help me out when the time comes to fight satan"
Cole Maibara chuckled a bit. "Not only are you putting your son at risk by working for the devil, but you'll die eventually...." he'd turn his head, sighing. "..if you have someone you want to protect, you SURVIVE and DON'T die...you MAKE SURE you survive"
Cole Maibara laughed a bit. "You won't be working for me..you're mearly helping me with my goal, that's also helping yourself." he'd smirk. "I guarantee that no devil, or any other being will harm your family during the journey"
Cole Maibara shrugged. "Basically..my teacher volunteered to become the 'king of hell' afterwards..basically all he's doing is keeping the evil in." he'd look at Kaide. "If manipulation leads to him being happy with his family without any supernatural and evil entity hanging off of his shoulders, then yes"
Cole Maibara shook his head. "No, but if you have an angel purify you, then you'll no longer be a demon..." he'd chuckle. "and we've got a seraphim with us"
Cole Maibara then sighed. "Also, the reason why eating souls is illegal is because it ruins the balance, ruin the balance, and you pretty much fuck the entire world up...I don't think you'd want that, now would you?"
Cole Maibara nodded, and then pointed the blade at Boss' neck. "Just a fair warning, the people in the group are a mix of crazy, to completely sane, to assholes, to gay men"
Cole Maibara sheathed his weapon. "Yeah well, next time, look to focusing your aura to gain power." he'd then turn to Kaide. "I've been called a shit head before, does that make me a shit head? No, so don't listen to them"
Cole Maibara shrugged to the question of when they started. "Whenever" he'd sigh. "Though I'd suggest not to get real excited over this"
Cole Maibara sighed and nodded. "Well, that's great and all, but this won't take one day.." he'd look to Kaide. "It's gonna be dangerous, trust me"
