Many years ago, Bernard (his birth name, but he prefers Alain now), would have been considered rather friendly and cheerful. There wasn't anything he wouldn't do for anyone. He was happy, and loved to help. However all of that changed when a man named Francois Bellmonte betrayed him. Now he is consumed by the need for revenge for what was done to him. Being in prison for fifteen years can do that to you. However Now he is out of prison and looking for revenge, and he is well funded now too and he will spare no expense in his search for revenge.

Religion - Former Denizen of the Catholic Church, however he has been excommunicated for his "Crimes", of which he was falsely convicted for.
