Description

Name: Dethrow Mercy
Age: 26
Weight: 183 pounds
Height: 6'2"
Race: Homo Novus
Hair: Violet
Right Eye: Violent Cyan
Left Eye: Neon Acid

Dethrow has slight telekinetic powers, such as thought wave detection, simple manipulation of objects, and aura detection. When he loses control of his emotions, aka intense anger or sadness, the powers are amplified. Normal military training, meaning he can fight without his guns but no more than the most trained human. He may be faster, more agile, and stronger than a human his size, but not by much. At most, his physical capabilities are that of a human amplified by a degree of 1.3

Dethrow usually is dressed in combat clothing, usually a thin, leather lined silk battle suit. He keeps it fashionable though, matching his hair color just right. Maybe a shade darker. The bullet around his neck is being saved for one person and he intends to use it only on that person.

Personality

He is rather easy going but tends to get serious when it comes down to business. Easy going, lax, helpful, polite. Sometimes a little too nice actually. Tends to leave himself open to his own emotions, as well as those of others. However, he always seems to be hiding something and usually he is. He knows a lot more than he lets on. He's also an unparalleled actor. Most of his sincerity is a lie just to get closer to his targets. Or his friends.

Equipment

Two guns adorn his sides, Neon and Violent.

Neon is a light grey magnum that fires ionized explosive rounds. The ionization property makes the target bleed out faster while the explosive factor makes the wounds even deadlier. Eight round magazines, fast-as-trigger-pulled fire rate. Laser sights that only his left eye can see. However it is very loud. .45 caliber rounds.

Violent is a silenced black steel magnum that fires high velocity, hollow point rounds which are filled with a body numbing toxin. 10 round magazine chamber. Thanks to the low caliber of the rounds, anything but a shot to the skull or the heart is non-lethal, making its name a sort of joke. .135 caliber rounds.

He also carries around a set of flash bangs in the form of the metal buttons on his coat. Each flash bang also has a bonus ability. There is smoke, tear gas, fire, poison gas, cyro gas, enhanced deafening, and enhanced level of luminosity.

He carries a bonus magazine for Violent and a two bonus magazines for Neon.

Dethrow Mercy stretched, cracking his knuckles above his head, yawning as he lowered his arms afterwards. Tired. Thats what he was. Absolutely exhausted. Chasing Felix around for hours was hard hard work. But what were old friends for? Groaning, face in his hands, he rubbed his sleep deprived eyes, groaning once again. "Maybe a drink...Then I'll wake up. Yeah, that'll be good for me." The bounty hunter soon stepped inside the Bar, looking for an empty booth.

Dethrow Mercy wiped his eyes free of any dirt particles, his eyes still adjusting after waking up from his little nap. All around him was the Wing City Gardens, and this little relaxation area was maybe a tad too relaxing. The young, violet haired man had fallen asleep, despite his best attempts. Then again, he did love a little nap now and again. "I wonder what time it is..." He murmured under his breath, wishing he wore a watch.

Dethrow Mercy slowly stood from his little bench, loving this little combination of city life and natural forest. It was blended perfectly and made him feel at home again. "Ah well. Plenty of time for that later. I need to find Mask...slippery bastard keeps dodging me at every turn." He had no idea if anyone was around, nor did he really care. His business was his own.

Dethrow Mercy barely registered to bump until the bumper spoke up. "Oh...Don't worry too much about it cat boy. Accidents happen." The guns on his sides, one a dark gray the other a light devouring ebony, gleamed in the midday sun. "And...Is there something about my appearance that bothers you?" This guy seemed familiar...but that happened a lot. He decided to test it out, flashing the same grin he always wore when he had cornered his targets.

Dethrow Mercy spoke softly, tilting his head to the side, his grin diminishing. "Me? What about me? I'm the Angel of Mercy? Whats so bad about little old me." He tilted his head to the other side. "I'm sorry but you seem really familiar. Like we have met before...Have we, cat boy?"

Dethrow Mercy smirked again, almost giggling. "Mimicry is the most sincere form of flattery you know. And I just told ya." Using his tiniest amount of illusion creating abilities, he formed a set of transparent black feathered wings jutting from his shoulders. "Angel of Mercy. Dethrow Mercy. I'm a 'Hunter ya know? Ever heard of me..." He too gave the feline male a look over. "Hm....Don't tell me, don't tell me your name..." He usually had a pretty good memory of all his targets.

Dethrow Mercy blinked and banished the wings, adopting a rather peaceful posture. "Why all the hostility...Unless you really have had a run in with me before...But I don't remember ever attacking you. However those eyes...the accent...Would your name be...Conn?" Dethrow seemed to almost purr, his hands on his sides, just above his guns, but he had no thoughts on reaching for them. "I remember you now. And your sister. Me and Mask hunted you two once..." He gave a little whistle. "What are the odds huh?"

Dethrow Mercy yawned, taking a slight step back, since he didn't have sanction to attack unless harmed first. "Don't worry. I've go no interest in Ceana. And neither does Mask. But I hope to change that...Er, not his interest in her, his interest in Hunting over all. My mate quit and I'd rather like him back with the Syndicate." He couldn't help but grin. "I wonder if your sis has nightmares about that mask he wears. That thing is terrifying."

Dethrow Mercy sighed and blew a strand of hair away from his face. "I can't read your thoughts but I know what you are feeling. And I am certainly not a lunatic. I just want a friend back." He snapped his head forward, even cracking it in the process. "And I have a feeling...That I'll see her anyway. It feels like fate. Maybe if I see her...I can find Mask faster. Destiny is funny like that Conn." He drew out that last syllable, licking his lips once again.

Dethrow Mercy laughed. "We have never killed a target before. My gun doesn't even fire killing rounds. My targets are always worth more alive then dead and this is a business..And go if you must. I was rather enjoying this little convo we were having Conn." He even gave a little wave, winking. "Hope to see ya again..."

Dethrow Mercy was hanging upside down from the gutters of a random building, yawning loudly. He was just watching people walk by, counting their steps, marking their attitudes, just watching. He wondered why people were always in such a rush. Why they were mad. Upset. Busy. He waited for things to come to him. He flipped back up onto the roof and jumped down....landing on something soft...Er...someone?

Dethrow Mercy blinked and let out a puff of air as he landed on...yeah it was someone. A girl. Such a cute one too. He quickly stepped off of her and blinked again. He was dressed so oddly...with two pistols right out in the open, equipped to his sides. "Oh...My apologies. I didn't see you there." Once again the odd man blinked before stepping over her and walking down the street, not even offering to help her up. He was walking rather slowly though.

Dethrow Mercy tensed and shot a look over his shoulder. One that implied that what she had done was not such a good idea. One that terrified all his previous encounters. He seemed to funnel fear directly into her soul for a few seconds before slowly calming down, and then smiling. "Hmmm...Can you repeat that? Sorry, I didn't actually hear you." That wasn't a lie either. He had totally blacked out. "Um...do I...You seem familiar..."

"You curse a lot. You should try to cut back on that. Besides, aren't you living in the past? Let it go." He smiled again and leaned against the wall of a close building. He could tell she wasn't going to drop it. "Such an odd one. Why apologize for an accident? And you didn't ask for my help either. How was I suppose to know?"

Dethrow Mercy blinked and leaned against the wall, confused by her words. "But...I didn't know you needed help. Thats like me trying to guess your measurements without having ever seen them. Its impossible for me to just guess. I could've offered, but then you might have had an ego and refused my help, due to pride. I never assume anything. It leads to miscommunication." He stuck his tongue out, enjoying this debate.

He blinked and shrugged, hurrying back up onto the roofs, following her close behind. He slipped in the back door to the cafe and quickly found a servers outfit, changing in the bathroom. He pulled a small color tablet from his pocket and swallowed it, his hair turning blonde and his eyes brown. He then stood out by the cafe pickup area to take customers their orders, but he was really watching her.

Dethrow Mercy watched through slitted eyelids, having left out the back door and climbed on top of the roof. He was as stealthy as a feline in the night, even when moving, and he seemed to just...not be there. But he watched all the same. He didn't feel anything for the girl. But he knew a bad situation would only get worse, and he valued life too much to let a threat like that go unpunished. He whistled something to himself and just...watched for now.

Dethrow Mercy wondered how he would react to that. After all, he had been the one to knocked her down. He crept from roof to roof, still watching...but now one of his guns was unclipped from his belt, but its safety was still on. This man was an asshole. Scum. Someone that Dethrow took pride in breaking. Mentally. Physically. Emotionally. He felt his dark side begin to grow stronger, his hair changing back slowly.

Dethrow Mercy sighed and touched the door...barely touched it. However it flew off its hinges and slammed against the wall as he made his way into the house. It was like a a bomb had gone off in there. He could smell the hate and terror that the room gave off. He didn't bother with the man...but he looked at the woman and gasped from the doorway...

Dethrow Mercy couldn't help but let a single tear roll down his cheek before smiling. Laughing. "I take it you are Charlie huh?" He finally got the man's attention, by roughly grabbing his arm. He was surprisingly strong for one so thing. His grip was like a vice and it only hurt worse by the nails that sunk into the abuser's flesh. "You ARE Charlie, right?"

Something stopped the mans hand from physically touching his neck. Instead, it just clenched itself around it but without being able to actually touch him. "I'm not a kid you human filth. And even if I was, I'm still more of a man than you'd ever be." He pressed the gun to the man's head. "You are not very intelligent. Always look at what your opponent is holding before going on the defensive. Stupid bitch."

Dethrow Mercy blinked but his tone had no emotion in it. "I don't kill things you stupid woman. I break them. I make sure they never recover. I shattered their minds. Take apart their world. Leave them as a husk in some alley, too shattered to even speak or move." He cocked the hammer back before pulling the gun away...only to bring it down hard across the mans face.

Dethrow Mercy shook him once again, trying to wake him up more. "So she can hear it!" He fired his gun at the wall beside Serenity's head. "You! You stay awake! You watch this man suffer!" He growled as he threw the man again before delivering a kick right into his groin. "Say it again!"
