Nicknames: When Chizaki was dating him, she called him Kazu-kun. However, if anyone calls him this he emotionally break down. This is considered his main weakness. Her older brother (pre-murder) Miyata, used to call him Yujitaka-san.

Personality: Kazuma is a sad train wreck, and quite bitter. He is a tiny bit perverted and has other (hidden) issues. A demon to enemies. Full of regret for murdering his girlfriend in cold blood. He's gay. Read his history for more.
Equipment & abilities: He is (as previously stated) a very good shot and uses guns, specifically a Intervention sniper rifle, and sometimes a P90. No special abilities (at the moment.)

+Chizaki Oath- It connects him to Chizaki's astral form. Because she is dead, it now connects him to the person she was closest with besides him.
+Sakura Crystal- A strange crystal given to him by Chizaki. Has once, strangely, brought him back from the dead.
+Enhanced Sight- Kazuma's eyes are enhanced cybernetic that have the ability to compensate for gravity when shooting and have night vision capabilities. He got this augment from a deal...
+Crystal Vengeance- More about this later...
+Nanoshot- These are special bullets that are made from the Corrupt Nano-bots Bella the Mesmerlink poops out. If fired into a human, the human will disintegrate, leaving no mess. Makes murder easy.

+P90: A Sub-machine laser weapon. Kazuma uses this to dispose of lots of enemies.
+Intervention: A Sniper Rifle with a Railgun upgrade. Kazuma uses it to assassinate his targets.
+Eclipse Thermal Cannon: A heavy cannon. Fires superheated plasma projectiles. Illegal.
Historical Background: Kazuma was born in the slums of a great Glitterworld, known as Earth, or Terra. Growing up, he learned he was a good shot. Rose from the slums to become a highly influential fighter in the Orion Installation. He then proceeded to fall in love with Chizaki, Miyata's sister, but murdered her in battle for they were on opposite sides. After killing her, his superiors promoted him, but he was upset with himself. he quit the military but remained a hired gun for the Orion Installation. He loved her, but a shard of love was forming for someone else...

The setting changes from river-aquaris to Wing City
Kazuma woke up in an alleyway, his head hurting like hell and no memory of what had last happened.
"Where am I?"
Kazuma looked at his body. He wasn't wearing his usual business suit, which meant it wasn't something gone wrong in an arms deal. He, however wasn't wearing his combat nano-suit either. He was, instead, wearing a medical gown. And it was missing the bottom part.

Trying his best to cover his..... umm..... Kazuma got up, looking for his backpack, which contained his P90 submachinegun, money from all the loot from his last adventure through Aberash, food, water, and general supplies. Unable to find it, a bolt of dread went through him.
He realized he had probably died somewhere, but the Sakura Crystal possibly could have kept him alive?
Kazuma then noticed that his backpack was laying riiiiight down the alleyway.
"I'll just go pick that up!"
He grabbed the pack. He did not know if this was one of the hostile planets, though, so he opened the pack, retrieving his P90 and holstering it at his side.
"Now, to find some clothes..."

After re-warping to the Glazk, Kazuma then beamed down to the beach to relax and also, check the target list.
"Hmm... who should I kill next..."

Kazuma slightly observed the child call to a spiritual bird..
"Interesting. I should log that."
He took out his scan-tool.

Kazuma decided to see what was happening in the ocean. After all, Kazuma felt bored, and the self-dubbed Kill List had nothing on it. He waded into the water, leaving his backpack on shore. He was now truly unarmed. He was shocked by the chill of the water. So shocked he screamed, drawing the attention of MANY people on shore.

He looked at the crowd of humans staring at him, and tried to shield himself...
He then noticed the boy who had summoned the... stormsparrow?
Kazuma noticed on the boy's face, was a small, yet visible barcode. Thoughts came flooding to him. A human product? A slave? A lab rat?
It sent chills down his back.

Kazuma realized what the female was saying and smiled. Two could play at the romance game.
"Sounds like jealousy to me", Kazuma said sarcastically and smirked... trying to turn her words against her.
And then the electric shockwave hit him.
Since Kazuma was implanted in many places, including his heart, with bionetic enhancers, he should have died. However, some strange anomaly saved him, as it only shorted his eyes and ears.

Kazuma immediately went (temporarily) blind from the electrical shock damaging his implant-enhanced eyes.
So he took it as a sign of hostility, or worse, an attack, as when he had battled before in combat he had experienced a similar event involving a EMP used to short out his squads' Exoskeletons.
Shocked, he got out of the water, opened his backpack, pulled out his P90, and powered up the laser cannon

Kazuma lowered the gun. He realized, that the boy was, in fact, not a threat, and the pulse most likely an accident, blown up by his fears from the War. He also realized that the man pointing a gun at his head, was. He sighed and mouthed "I'm sorry" to the strange boy who had unleashed the shock-wave.
He then, without warning, activated his beam system, leaving the man pointing the gun at his head stunned, and warped back aboard his floating base, the Glazk, which was floating over the Bay.
He was embarrased with himself, and that he would let his Orion Installation Soldier persona show. He had, after all, attempted to cut all ties with them besides being a hired gun for them. Kazuma's Glazk shuttle landed atop a building far away from the main street. Kazuma then proceeded to get to a hidden location, extending his Railgun Intervention rifle scope's view toward the street.

"Alright...I think now is a good time to get a drink as any." A man in a red uniform spoke as he walked down the streets passing by the people in his way. "Strange...I wonder what Echo is doing, she's gone off to do some stuff. but hey, I am like a free man now. Now...Where is a bar in this city..." He spoke to himself as he looked around.

Miyata heard the gunshot. He was intrigued. Not in any way scared. After all, he had nothing to lose, now that his beloved Chizaki was dead. He didn't run like an ordinary citizen would. Instead, he pulled out his revolvers.
After all, he was a cop. And a cop has to do justice.

Kazuma noticed the strange looking red haired female was. It looked like she was trying to use a sort of shapeshift to fool him. Unfortunately for her, he could see through her disguise using his enhanced biotic eyes. However, she wasn't the target.

As the Railgun went off impacting the ground next to him, he looked up almost expecting a certain android but instead found some random guy with a railgun. "Bounty hunters?...Can I even get a damn drink in peace!?" She spoke as he unslung his bolt action rifle and took a shot at him before running to cover, civialns of course fleeing the area to call in local police forces.
Kagami walked down the street, sighing. "Fights are more and more common these days." Although, the annoying voices returned to him momentarily. "Of course, I can always make a slight detour." Kagami grinned slightly to himself, taking a good look at the people off in the distance. "It'd be more like a chore, wouldn't it?" He turned to the side, asking himself a question. "Of course not. You never know who you're gonna meet." Kagami turned again. "Good point. Maybe I'll go greet them with a handshake... during a fight?" The railgun didn't peak his interest, but how it would be used. "War is an addiction for some." Kagami chuckled, bringing his hand up to his chest. "Let's go say "hi"." He said walking towards them. Now he had to see these people fight.
Kazuma realized his target was out of range. He pulled out his tactical radio. Kazuma turned it on and said into it, "Bella, I need a Tactical Artillery Shell Type IV on the building with the Target's Heat Signature"
The Mesmerlink Cat had seen many battlefields before. This was just another one. Bella sighed and meowed. Her Artillery Panel emerged and fired the projectile.

As Russian took cover in the house he was in, armor piercing round punching through the stone. He suddenly heard a small alarm go off as he raised hi arm to his face as a holographic warning popped up.
"Heavy ordinance inbound, artillery class round. Advised caution." An automated voice responded. The bastard had artillery? With a few taps of the floating icons, he decided to call in some support of his own. He then booked it for the back exit before the house was reduced to rubble. Of course he noticed one random person still in the area so he decided to be cautious. Might be out here for a fight as well...

Soon thousands of other cats on the MesmerLink network had picked up and were on standby for Project TunaFysh...
"Meow Bella Meow Fish Cluster" was heard on Kazuma's radio.
"What the hell are those cats doing now" Kazuma said. He then retrieved the illegal weapon from his pack. Kazuma smiled.

Well this was quite the party... Though part of her just wanted to sit back and watch.... Where was the fun in that? Raven made her move parkouring up a nearby building she took cover pulling out her rifle she took aim at Russian as he moved to avoid the shell she hoped he would never see her bullet coming... until too late.
Kagami chuckled. "They're all cute. Who needs guns? What happened to good 'ol fist fights or swords?" He truly did wonder. He dragged his left foot as he approached the two, studying them. "Which one of you won't mind dying if needed?" Kagami raised his head in excitement. He trusted fully in his ability to kill things. Or, at least, inflict major wounds. "Which one can distract me the most, I might add." He bared his teeth, hardly able to contain his new excitement. What would happen? How would it happen?
"Please, don't aim to disappoint." He was already behind Kazuma, or to his side, whispering kindly. Anyone could tell that this man had issues just by his boundary problems.

Kazuma, a bit annoyed by Kagami, decided to truly aim. He pointed the railgun directly at Russian.

As Russian took cover, more gunshots began to hit him from above. Thankfully, he never left home with his personal shielding however when he looked up he noticed another familiar bounty hunter. The one who tried to seduce him and had a cat fight with Echo.
"Lets make this a party why don't we!" He spoke sarcastically as he aimed his rifle at the fooftops and fired off another round in retaliation.

Kagami looked up. "Oh dear." He jumped up, slamming his right foot off a wall, gaining momentum. One, two, three, four. Too many to count. Kagami's body seemed to glow a dark reddish purple, zooming through the air. He took out one missile after another. No matter how much pain he went through, he stuck through it. Drawing a sword from thin air, he used it to cut through the missiles faster. Kagami stuck to the ones closest to hitting, taking them out first since they were the immediate threat.
