Kevyn Shikoba Conway

The typical Irish hooligan, to say the least.

a character in “The Multiverse”, as played by Riverstyx777

Groups

The original Gae Ceann: An exclusive club of paranormal and normal entities which are brought together for their love of one another, their motorbikes and the underground crime world.

Description

At the middling height of five feet and eleven inches, this upbeat young lad has a light frame of muscle to match that even of larger men. Kevyn has long blonde locks that frame his face and stretch down to just about the middle of his back, usually poorly kept back in a dark green bandanna. His steel blue eyes are always questing about, seeming to bore through nearly anyone with a guilty conscience. Intelligent to a point of near-annoyance, most of the biker's knowledge lies in engines, transmissions, electronics, or whatever else is classified as mechanical. And most of this is self-taught in his scant twenty-three years of life.

Image
Macha- A brand new(ish) Indian WarChief DarkHorse, heavily modified and tuned to maximum performance. The CC output cannot be rightly registered, as this monster of a bike exceeds most Dyno-tracks. Her name comes from one of the Irish goddesses and that of many names in Irish history.

Kevyn Shikoba Conway's Story

The loud grumbling of a well-tuned engine could be heard off in the distance even over the sounds of gunfire. It wasn't long before a single head-light could be seen leading the dark green body of a sleek Indian DarkHorse Warchief, mostly new save for a few dings and dents and usual wear-and-tear. At the helm of this beauty was a young-ish male with long blonde hair trying valiantly to escape a matching dark green bandanna. He pulled up to a stop at the dojo, seeing a few somewhat familiar bikes parked before it. They were of his gang, sure, but he hadn't the chance to work on either bike yet.

Upon killing the engine and hearing the sounds of gunfire echoing within the dojo, the male would pull a Lupara from its waiting holster on the frame and kick the stand into place. Suitably armed, he planted a boot to the door and kicked it open, keeping his profile low and sawn-off at the ready...

"Now whot in tha hell is going on!?!"

The female instinctively pulled her Duel Pistols out of their holsters, aiming them forward as her arms crossed over each other. A stern look on her face as the gun fire and yelling startled her. She wasn't expecting. Desperately for the source her eyes flickered then darted to Ruby. She was wearing the Gang's leather jacket. A smirk filled her face and was about to put her guns away but then the door behind her was kicked down and they were once again aimed in that direction at what seemed to be a male who wanted answers. He too seemed to be in the gang.
"Well isn't this nice?" Evianna commented sarcastically. She looked Kevyn up then down, sussing him out. No, she couldn't kill a fellow gang member. Although it was tempting to devour him. The shapeshifter didn't feel like fighting for food anyway. Spinning her pistols around on her fingers they were then swiftly placed back into their holsters. Shifting her position to see both of the members.

Well, that was interesting. At least nobody was being shot, at least nobody important. Kevyn felt the appraisal of both the females bore into him, and tried to shrug it off. Slipping the Lupara into a waiting holster on his back, a smirk would play across the mechanic's lips as he listened to both speak. His blue-greens shimmered oddly as his gaze matched theirs.

"Aye, a nice show, I'd wager, but I missed damn near all of it," he finally stated, that smirk coming out full-fledged now. "Name's Kevyn, Kevyn Conway. Mechanic an' occasional VP of Gae Ceann, naturally. I've not frequented this place before, but I'm not one to say no to a bit o' trainin'..."

Evianna smiled then rolled her eyes rather playfully in response to Ruby's comment and giggle. She was intrigued by her Gauntlets and such along with her fighting style. Very impressive. "Very impressive skills, Ruby." Evianna said, a grin slowly shifted on her face. "Oh a Gunsmith? Charming, I'd simply love to converse with you on Guns and such. You see, I feel my weapons need to be improved A LOT. You see, I'm not from around here. I guess I underestimated this place." With that said, her grin changed to a charming, soft smile. "Evianna, nice to meet you both. I guess you could say, I make use of unwanted corpses." Speaking of corpses reminded her of her hunger, her stomach decided to growl, furious that it wasn't fulfilled with human flesh.

"So, Kevyn, Mechanic huh? Very handy, my poor bike needs a lot of fixing from the last Mission of sorts I did with Renny." Evianna wasn't sure if they knew of the Vice President yet, didn't matter. "So, we're obviously part of the Gae Ceann, I'm an Enforcer. Wanna go out and kill something?" The female said bluntly and calmly. She was really hungry. Hopefully the two of them were just as brutal as she was.

A low chuckle drifted from the male's lips as he took in both of his comrades-in-arms' comments. Of course, the gunsmith's biting remark stung a bit, but he'd have to be as dead inside as Pop (Ben the Boss-man) not to feel it. He'd received worse verbal scathings than this, of course, and thus shrugged it off by lighting one of his trade-mark hand-rolled 'cigarettes' with a Zippo bearing the Gae Ceann crest. Slowly exhaling after a deep hit, Kevyn let out near-perfect smoke rings before deciding to respond.

"Hungry, Evie (yes, that is what he's going to call her), are ya?" Kev would chuckle again, a smirk dancing about his lips as he took another drag. "I've nothin' ta sate yer hunger at the mo', but mayhap we ken scare somethin' up... An' Ruby, was it? Them would be fightin' words were yeh any other poor sod. Aye, but naught's tha word, eh? We shall have a spar eventually, mark me words..."

Evianna cringed at the smell of the smoke, she was a bit of a health freak, but that didn't mean she didn't drink now and then. Fanning the smoke away from her face. The new nickname he had bestowed upon her would have to do, she wasn't THAT picky. He stomach growled crossly once again. "Maybe. Yeah, I'm starving, and I can't eat you two now can I?" Evianna said openly, she didn't really care who knew she saw them on her dinner plate.
"Hm, scaring someone will have to do. We could attempt to be good and scare some cock sucker who thinks he's hip" the female suggested before sussing the two enhanced humans of sorts curiously. This was going to be a fun day. She could just tell.

Kevyn took another deep hit and was in the midst of handing the joint over to Ruby, whom he began to think of calling Gunney-Mare (yes, that would do nicely!), when the sounds of at least half a dozen motorbikes came in through the slightly ajar door. One by one, these motors (if they could be called that, he'd heard better roars from a lawn mower) died off as their riders reached their destination.

"Hey! En't these rides belong to those Irish bastards off Laterna?" A rugged male voice called.

"Yeah! That they do! Let's mash 'em up some!" Replied another, stereotypical male biker voice.

"Sounds like we've some company, lasses," the mechanic growled, drawing his Lupara in the same instant. He walked over to the door and kicked it open all the way, standing slightly to one side as he did so. "OI! YOU BLOODER BASTARDS TOUCH MACHA AND I'LL GUT YOU WHERE YOU STAND!!!"

This was followed by a not-so-warning shot from the sawn-off that blew the head clean off the biker nearest Macha (the dark green pretty thing).

"Wing City Blooders, naturally. What they're doin' this far out of their turf is beyond me, but they en't makin' it back, strike me dead if'ins I'm lyin'!"

Of course that not-so-warning shot was answered by a smattering of small-arms return fire, and Kevyn just barely had time to duck his head back into cover as a hail of bullets struck the doorframe...

The mechanic wasn't all-too surprised at his companions' prowess in dismantling the scant enemies. Actually, he wasn't surprised at all, given the stories he had heard of them. This wasn't a terribly well-planned coup on the part of the WC Blooders MC, but there wasn't much to be expected of the poorly led gang. There were two Blooders left, these ones thinking him an 'easy' target compared to the seemingly super-hero-like females, but oh, mistakes had been made! And more were being made...

With a sinister chuckle, Kevyn discharged the second shell from the Lupara into the nearer one's face, slipping the spent shotgun back into its holster. Perfectly timing a duck as the final fool took a too-large swing with a tire-iron, Kevyn came up with a seventeen-inch blade straight into the biker's stomach. In an instant or two, along with a bit of tugging, the sod's intestines came spilling out as the blade was pulled free. With continued precision timing, that same blade whipped around and through the still-yet standing Blooder's neck. Gripping the man's hair with his free right hand, he completely beheaded the fellow without so much as breaking a sweat.

"Well, then... Now that wasn't so hard, was it? You'd think they'd have learned by now not ta mess with us, eh? At least not unless they be rollin' deep numbers. But, I'd still tip the odds in our favour, all things considered," following this was a deep chuckle, and the mechanic would light another of his sweet-smelling smokes, still holding the severed head. "Well, back ta base, neh? Evie, yeh'd best get yer fill now..."

With that, he'd return to Macha, fastening the severed head to the handle-bars.

The Falcon was in the middle of tightening the intake valve on a rather... junked Enduro bike that he had filched from the local scrap yard for the usual discount: two hands and a bit of copper wire, when his phone started ringing quite loudly and obnoxiously. Well, it was one of his favourite songs, "Seven Deadly Sins" by Flogging Molly, but still, in the midst of working, it was quite an annoyance. Having not expected it, and being quite focused, he jumped about a foot in the air and tore open his right hand quite badly. Tucking the wounded hand into his armpit, he checked the screen just in time to see that one Gunney Mare had left him a message.

An invitation, and a wish for booze. Well, he wasn't one to keep a lass waiting, that was for sure. Quickly cleaning and dressing his wound with the air of one who has had much practive, Kevyn grabbed two bottles of his favourite whiskey and was out the door in no time at all.

In quite a feat of speed and skill, he made it to the diner not long after the call was made. Macha grumbled to silence even as he burst through the door, bottles in hand. "Well, I'm here! Where's me grub?"

"Aye, lass, I'm sorry ta say the only drinks I know how ta make are whiskey or whiskey on the rocks," Falcon would reply with a grim smirk, wiping a bit of sweat away from his forehead with his bloodied bandaged hand. "An' who is yer pretty lil friend, Mare?"

He swiped three glasses from the bar as he made his way over to the two females, making sure to scoop some ice into each as well. After he seated himself nearer to Gunney, he popped open the bottle of whiskey reserve and professionally poured out an ample serving into each glass. Once finished, Kevyn would take a hearty swig, exhaling pleasurably.

"Ahhh, now that's the stuff! Dunno what vintage this is, but it might be from the days when Pop was actually young!"

All but buried beneath a pile of parts that hadn't found a proper home yet, Falcon was dead asleep. The slow drip drip of blood could be heard even over the sound of the occasional snore and snort. As always, Kevyn had managed to find a way to hurt himself whilst digging for a unique gas tank he swore he'd tossed in this pile. A knife, long forgotten in this heap, had slashed his left forearm quite badly. And, naturally, he ignored it and had continued searching. Until the forty or so hours of sleep-deprivation caught up to him.

He was pretty much dead to the world, but a swift kick in the ribs might jar him a bit...

Gunshots, screaming, and pressure on his wound... Yeah, that would be enough to wake just about anybody up. Of course Falcon jumped about a mile, landing back on his rump and staring bleary-eyed at Ruby and a stranger kneeling before him. Great, more fun to this already fun-filled day!

"Gunney, lass, why are yeh shootin' up me shop?" Falcon would ask a bit groggily. "An' who tha hell are you?"

The last question was directed at the stranger of course. Casting about for one of his weapons, all he found was the knife that had cut him. Well, that would do...

"This en't a revolving door business, yeh got that?"

"Fuckin' Christ, Mare! Stop shooting up me shop! Some of these parts are irreplaceable!" Kevyn would shout, finally getting to his feet and shaking out the cobwebs. "And yeh, a pig? Tha fuck you doin' here? I en't got shit fer you! I don' see no warrant!"

With that, he'd lope over to the workbench where he left his Lupara, grabbing it. Then he walked over to where the pig was hiding, having not been fooled by the doppelgangers. With a stout kick, the body of the said taxi would be lifted away and clattered against the wall. Falcon would then shove the sawn-off directly into the diminutive fellow's chest, forcing him into the wall as well.

"Yeh threaten to burn down me shop one more time and yeh'll wish I let Gunney Mare over there take care of yeh instead of me..."

The strange officer didn't seem to want to talk. At all. This was rather frustrating, and only proved to piss Falcon off even more. It didn't help that some of this anger would be directed toward Gunney for shooting up his shop, but he tried to channel it away. Instead, he devoted his energies into shepherding the fool out of his shop, planting a hard boot on the man's rear-end for good measure.

"If yeh en't gonna talk, then stay the fuck outta here! An' if I ever catch yeh 'round here again, neither Mare nor meself will be missing our shots!" Kevyn shouted after the retreating figure before slamming the door and locking it. It was then that he'd finally notice Ruby's shirt being ripped a bit, the torn bit now serving as a bandage. Well, it'd certainly suffice, he had some medkits floating around somewhere, but that could wait. A sly, maybe slightly embarrassed smirk appeared on his lips as he continued to appraise his still-as-yet new lady friend.

"I thank yeh for tha help and tha impromptu healing, me dear Gunney Mare, but did yeh HAVE ta shoot more'n half a dozen holes in me shop?"

Kevyn would take one of the glasses and take a wary sniff. He tried to hide a look of disgust after sipping, then just chugging the entire thing down in a matter of moments. He would then grab a bottle of whiskey from the mini-bar along the same wall, taking another heart swig straight from the bottle. Both alcohols burned in his belly, but it was a nice feeling, especially after the minor ordeal they just went through. Of course it wasn't enough of a buzz for him not to notice yet another compliment about his body from Gunney, and a bit up redness would creep up from his neck. It wasn't his fault that his work kept him fit, was it? Shaking that thought away, he focused on the rest of what the femme had to say.

"No offence, m'dear, but I'll always prefer this 'diesel' than that lighter fluid there any day," Falcon would reply first off with a bit of a chuckle. "Of course I'll learn, maybe. An' guns mounted on our bikes? Sounds like a Gae Ceann Original!"

Well... to say he hadn't expected this since the day he had met Gunney Mare would be quite a lie, a very big lie. The punch did take him a bit off-guard, but he was more worried about her hand than his belly, oddly enough. Then she faltered short on her rant and literally jumped into his arms. Which, he could easily handle, even the plastered kiss, which he returned with just as much enthusiasm or maybe slightly less. The fiery lass WAS truly a handful (in more than one sense of the word) in his defense, and he would have feared for his life if it were any other individual leaping savagely for him.

Of course he had to be the one that broke the kiss, though he still held her gently and easily in his arms. "Well, now... Yeh know words work almost as effectively, doncha, m'dear?

Many things were running through his head at break-neck speeds, reminding Falcon of the times he just went out on Macha just to see if he could top her out even more. Those were times when he had felt most free. But now, here, in his own shop, he felt like he was soaring as high as his nick-names-sake. It was even more liberating, though he'd never say it where Macha would be able to 'hear'.

Instead of answering his Gunney Mare, Kevyn would ardently return her continued kissing whilst heading toward his bedroom. He'd nibble on her neck as she spoke again, one hand already tearing the already ruined shirt off her back as he laid her in his bed...

"Aye, I'm rather inclined ta agree with Perri over there," Falcon would drawl after yet another puff on his trademark rolled smoke, the misnaming actually intentional, as he was the sort to use pet-names. "I'd say that Evie should be allowed ta feed as is her wont, but only on tha guilty. No innocents, no witnesses, an' sure as hell not out in tha open. I would go one step further and propose that this should be done with at least one gang-affiliated chaperone. O'course... They don' have ta watch terribly close if they be the squeamish type."

Kevyn would chuckled and extinguished his smoke in the ashtray, musing on what had been said. He wasn't all-too surprised at his adoptive father's anger, as he'd had plenty of experience on the receiving end of that many a time in the past. But, that was in the past, and he turned out [mostly] all right... At least he liked to believe so... Being caught stealing parts from ol' Betty back in the day and being rewarded by getting adopted by the Dullahan was rather a decent trade-off, all things considered...

He waved the bartender over, whom brought him a bottle of whiskey, naturally, without a word. From this, he'd take a deep, hearty swig straight from the bottle before flashing his deep blues around at the lads and lasses gathered therein...

"I highly doubt that any one of yeh be tha squeamish type, however... That being said, we don' need ta strip her cut. We need capable members, an' I've personally seen a bit o' what tha lass ken do..."

Benjamin leaned back and heard the various votes and opinions of this club. The brothers and sisters aspect of the club was going down the drain quick, or at least, he'd have to drill in the aspect later. The president leaned forward and put his elbows back on the table and looked at Evianna with his cold green eyes, his lips pierced in a grim line.

"That's a confirm on the vote then. Evianna, you're being patched in with the rank of enforcer with the Perro's excellently voiced rules. No Innocents. No witnesses and you bring a tag along until I have confidence in you." Benjamin said across to her, leaned back and lighting another smoke.

The biker took a patch out of his coat, sliding two white patches across to the man-eating minx. The patches had her chosen nickname, her rank, her riding name and of course the "Vankoryth Original" badge to attach to her cut. "Wear em' well."

Benjamin quickly changed the subject to another pressing matter.

"Vote on this fight club. Personally, Aye. It could do well for the club."

Noel snickered and raised his hand just to bring it back down to his drink and take a long drought from the tall glass of beer he had ordered awhile ago. "I am all for it so long as the profits on it do well for us. Hell could be a bit fun to see a couple of people in it for the sport of it." Moving his now empty glass to the side the cook simply leaned in a bit only to look around at his fellows just to then wonder something rather interesting. "I doubt anyone here will say no to a little fun. Am I right guys?"

Evianna listened intently to her fellow Members of the gang and took it in maturely as she usually did with everything else. She nodded in agreement with Benjamin's rules and acknowledged Rayan's understanding of her situation.

"But the innocent one's are the sweetest." The female said sarcastically as her blank expression turned to a wide, devious grin. It was a joke to her, a sort of dark humour to most. "Got it, no innocents." Evianna said quickly after her comment bluntly and seriously. She watched as the President pulled two white watches out of his coat and passed them down to her. The shapeshifter took them with a pleased expression on her face and another nod of thanks.

She never would have thought eating innocent people would end up being a big no-no in the gang. Since she was so used to surviving off the only thing she could eat without feeling sick, she hadn't thought of the moral side of it all. But of course she could control herself, the comment on being accused on being unable to do so was rather offensive to her and irritated her. But she knew that person was a higher rank than her, as much as she wanted to talk back, she didn't. I would have eaten a lot of people in this little group by now if I couldn't control myself you daft, ill bred, sack of potatoes.. Evianna kept her thoughts to herself and made sure to bite her tongue to avoid speaking her mind.

The subject changed quickly and they seemed to be discussing a, fight club? Sounded profitable, interesting. The shape-shifting 'minx' listened carefully as people began discussing their opinions on the matter.

The Ghoul would seem slightly disapointed at the outcome, an expresion which was not even a third of his actual thoughts and feelings. If they wouldnt allow the gal to publicly eat people, then what would they think about him slicing people up and using them as meat-shields? Oh well, as long as they wouldn't find out all would be right... The discussion would be postphoned for now, or so he hoped.

As for the fight club stuff, depends. Gerekn wasn't exactly capable of holding himself back when fighting, it is rather difficult for him to do so. The fight club seemed fun but if they wouldn't allow killing... Then they could count Jimmy out. There was one other possibility though, which would be accidental death. That would be risky though.

"Would we be allow to kill? And what if it does happen?"

"Fight club, eh? In tha basement, I assume..." Falcon mused out loud, before spotting the arsehole that had remained after Ben tried to throw him out. With a half-sigh, half-growl, he planted his boots on the floor and stomped over to Ub, grabbing the strange fellow by the back of the neck with his right hand. In his left hand would appear a seventeen-inch blade, wickedly sharp.

"Oi, arsehole! I believe me father already asked yeh kindly ta git out. Well, now I'm asking yeh unkindly ta git tha fuck out! Yeh don' belong ta our gang, an' until yeh do, stay tha fuck away!" With that, he'd steer the sod to the door, at which point he'd take a nasty swipe down one of the fool's arms. Not nearly enough to kill him, but more than enough to draw blood and provide a warning. After this being done, he'd plant a boot squarely in Ub's behind to launch him out the door. Upon which he'd slam the door shut and stump back to his seat very near the head of the table.

"Aye... I support this idea fer a fight club, so long as I get ta bash some skulls in meself," Kevyn stated, lighting another of his 'trademark' smokes as he put his boots back upon the table. "I don' think it should be ta tha death, however, seein' as how we want ta avoid killin' tha innocent as much as possible.
