stood in the Reactor room, where he had made his personal dwelling, in the Nuclear Power plant. How he went about obtaining the Power plant... Well... that was a trade secret. He himself had been sitting in a lounge chair at his personal super computer, designing some sort of super weapon. Of course... a regular person would need a Hazmat suit to enter Krv's personal quarters or just wait outside the door for Krv to answer their call. However right when Krv was putting some more specs onto his design, one of his workers; an assault unit, had come onto the intercom. "What do you want Unit 2476?" He said as he answered the call.

"Sir? There's some one at the gate here to see you... Shall I let him in? He says he knows you." The soldier claimed. Krv raised a brow, and though a moment... Now who could it possibly be? Meh, he'll find out sooner or later.

"Let him through... ANd know this 2476, if you interrupt me while i'm working again, I will not hesitate to turn you into one of my little.... 'projects'." he said to him and the Soldier cowered and buzzed who ever was at the gate through.

Krv heard Riy's voice and smiled He stood from his chair and grabbed an arm band with what looked like a glowing red jewel in it and put it high on his arm near his shoulder and snapped some sort of jack, to a hole in his chest. He walked to a heavy metal door and entered in a code and stepped into a decontamination chamber. There were things sprayed on him and then the door on the other side opened. "Ah! Riy! Glad you could be here..." He said with very minimal excitement in his voice. "What took you?" He said and approached his associate. "You don't need that Hazmat suit.... Unless you plan on heading into the Reactor room any time soon."

"I need you to Tell these grunts, what to do, when I am unavailable. You are to make sure that no one fucks up... IF they do, kill them... If they fail a specific task that i have set up for them... Kill them. I don't care if they have families, I don't care if they have lovers... If they fail me... They die. You are to go over the experiments that i have ordered my scientists to create and send me a report... If I find a flaw, you Terminate the experiment and start over. If you find that the scientist has become too attatched to the experiment, you kill him... Do you understand?" He said and began walking down the hall, there was a sort of heat coming off of him, after all he wasn't wearing his complete suit. Only the pants.

"You will find your room on the third floor of the primary business building All of your accomodations have been relocated there... Along with a suit i had manufactured for you so that the men would realize that you are one of us." He said and rounded a corner and entered into a rather large and open room. There were mutated beasts in cages, mutated humans that acted like animals or zombies, military grade weaponry and of course... what villain hide out would be complete without a nuclear warhead! Yes that's right! As they walked, the engineers were working on constructing some sort of gigantic nuclear warhead... Painted on the hull of the thing were the words "Planet Killer" and a skull and crossbones with a red radiation symbol on the forehead, Krv's calling card. "This, is the laboratory... Where my scientists are working on the latest and greatest weapons and other things."

"That, dear boy, is the Planet Killer. My ninth symphony. When it is complete, I will destroy this world..... and From the ashes.... A new one will rise. MY world... A world perfect for my kind. I will no longer require the need of that infernal suit or this... device." He said and pointed to the device on his left arm, which had some sort of cord attatched to his chest.

Krv looked at Riy and raised a brow. "What about them?" He asked and continued walking through the lab, the various sounds of machinery at work, people shouting over the noises and the roars of the monsters. "The way I see it.... They will either Adapt, or die." He said with coldness in his voice. The sort of cold that told the listener that he had experienced far too much for a normal person to cope with. The kind of coldness that comes from years of abuse, lonelines, and just barely trying to survive. "Survival, at any cost. Even if it means that millions of others will die." He said lowering his voice, it almost seemed... Regretful... not really but it would seem that way.

"Get changed for one." he said and plucked an old Soviet handgun from a holster on his own leg and handed it to Riy. "Your weapon." He said with a sadistic smirk. "When you've changed, head to sector B Your office is located there. You will have a computer, with your assigned tasks for the week. When you have completed them send me a report. In the mean time, I will be planning other excoursions. Such as obtaining money, among other things." he said, infact he was planning a bank robbery as they spoke.

walked into the bar, his heavy boots thudding onto the ground as he walked. This mysterious figure was wearing the latest and in military anti radiation suit technology... Though, it looked as though it had been modified? There were metal plates here and there and some sort of wrist computer on he the left arm, and upon the right shoulder there was a skull and crossbones with a red radiation symbol on the forehead... Possibly his calling card? Behind this person, there were two others dressed in similar attire, though their gear didn't look as advanced as the one that led them in. "Wait by the door." The first commanded them in a distorted, electronic voice. "I shall call you when If I need you." He said and proceeded further into the bar. The heads up display within the suit's gasmask began to scan any possible threats and look for potential ways to defeat them if a fight were to break out. Then again... That's what Krv brought his goons for... So he wouldn't have to fight. At any rate, the suited man sat down at booth and took a rather leisurely sitting position in the booth as if he were waiting for some one.

"I am here, merely observing. If I am to strike fear into the hearts of these... Humans... and other creatures, I will need to know what makes them tick. Besides, i have heard rumors about this place. The kinds of people that dwell here... Perhaps some of them will prove to be useful to me." he said and looked over the holomenu, though he couldnt take off his suit, he ordered a bottle of champagne and a meal to go for when he got back to headquarters.

"Why are you here, shouldn't you be tending to your tasks? Or have you completed them?" The Devil asked his second in command. Perhaps this man would prove to be more useful than he thought. Perhaps there would be no need to terminate him when the time came. Of course, that was good news to Riy, but Krv wouldn't tell him just yet.

"You incinerated the Abominations as instructed? Good... Good. I shall also assume the report you send at the end of the week will be flawless? No deaths, or foul-ups?" He asked raising his brow... Of course, Riy wouldn't be able to see it beneath the mask, but this of course was implied. Oh how Krv hated it when some one messed up his work, it always set him back. "I can also assume that you took care of those that did foul up or become too attatched to their work?"

"You didn't answer my question... Did you incinerate the abominations as I instructed?" Krv repeated himself. He slowly reached his hand to a pistol that was strapped to his thigh and slowly unfastened the snap and removed it. He then placed the pistol on the table infront of him and waited for Riy's answer. Of course... What Riy said next quite literally meant life or death. As Krv waited for the answer, he glanced around the bar and saw some one in a navy uniform?? Or was it just some one wearing a patrol cap? Either way, Krv would quickly look to other patrons in the bar.

Krv nodded and looked to the device on his left fore arm and flipped a little switch and a small vent would open on the chest of his suit. "Good good. Glad you know how to follow orders." Krv chuckled slightly. As he spoke, the vent began to expell a sort of... heat from it. This was a way of cooling his suit's core when it began to overheat. Not moments later, he flipped the switch back and the vent closed. "Much better. Perhaps when i have created my new world... There will still be a place for you... Perhaps, I will give you the offer of a life time, or not. That is a long time from now. Only time will tell if you are worthy." Krv spoke and cracked his neck.

"Some one useful. So far... I see no one..." Krv took his pistol and put it back into the holster and stood from his seat. "Perhaps I shall come in some other time. When there are more.... desireable people." Krv said finding no one in the bar that could be of use to him. He adjusted himself and began to head out of the door. "Come, Riy... I have an idea on how we could obtain some money for our.... Experiments." He said and the two henchmen guarding the door saluted and followed behind Krv as he headed into a painted black and red APC.

Krv sat in one of the passenger seats of the APC and looked at Riy. "Simple... My plan is... We rob a bank." He said and the other men started to chuckle and cock and load their weapons. Riy then reached under his seat and handed him his uniform, along with a mask to hide his face. "There you are... Make it fast."

"Consider it a chance to prove yourself to the Boss." One of the men sitting next to Riy said. "Play your cards right he might keep you... Otherwise... well you get the idea." The henchman chuckled and the others joined in aswell.

Krv grabbed himself one of the laser assault rifles that he had designed for his men and powered it on. Slowly but surely the vehicle came to a stop and the door flap dropped and all of the men, all six of them eight counting Krv and Riy, rushed out Krv first. "When we get inside I want two of you guarding the door, the rest, round up the employees and customers." he said and they proceeded into the bank, with a quick couple of shots into the cieling every one stopped what they were doing and turned to Krv. "Everyone on the ground! Do as I say and you wont die." Krv said and nodded to the rest of them. They fanned out and covered the tellers, telling them to get their hands into the air, before they could press the alert buttons. There was a police officer with his weapon drawn ready to take out Krv when out of nowhere, krv turned toward him and put a couple of laser blasts into his chest. "Now... If you'll excuse me... Can anyone direct me and my associates to the Vault?" He said loud enough for every one to hear.

"Really? No one's going to tell me where the vault is? I guess I'm going to have to start killing you all off then." Krv said and walked up to a kneeling hostage child and put the barrel of the assault rifle up to the back of his head. That's right, Krv was heartless enough to kill a child and feel nothing. However before he could pull the trigger, one of the tellers shouted out at him.

"N-NO!!! Please no! I'll take you to the vault... Please... Just don't kill the boy!" One of the teller's screamed and walked around the counter and up to Krv.

Krv chuckled and picked the boy up by the arm, forcing him to stand. "It seems we have a winner. Take me... Units 246 and 247 cover the rear, kill anyone that comes in." Krv then looked to the boy and cracked his neck with a light chuckle, and the woman began to lead him to the vault. "You're being a very brave young man right now... Let's hope this lady doesn't do anything stupid eh?" He said and looked down to the young man.

raised a brow as the flashbangs rolled in, however they would have no effect on Krv for his RR suit had anti-flashbang and concussion technology enlaced onto the suit's gasmask, only his men were effected. However as he heard the soldiers roll in he chuckled and turned around holding the child infont of him with the gun pointed at the kit's head. "Unit 552, activate jammer so they cannot radio out for reinforcement..." He said and one of the henchmen pressed a putton on his wrist device and it sent out a silent frequency disabling any radio contact for the soldiers. "You will lower your weapons or the boy dies. I and my men are going to take what's in that vault and leave... No one has to die, seargent." The Devil of Chernobyl spoke through his mask his voice being distorted and sounding rather electronic. Of course, Krv could destroy the entire city block if he wanted to but that would defeat the purpose of robbing the bank. "Woman, go open the vault! 443 take the bag and load it up.

Meanwhile the guards that were guarding the front door, and now behind ind the soldiers that had just walked in had their weapons trained on them ready to fire. "Like I said, No one has to die... especially not this little boy." Krv said and his laser rifle began to power up as he put the barrel of the weapon to the kid's neck.

"You'd let these civilians die?" He said with inquiry as one of his men grabbed one of the hostage and had his gun on their neck. "Isn't it your job to protect them?" He said and put a hand to his hood. "How's it coming, 443? We've got company." He said and ignored the singing of the marines. "They're a bunch of buffoons and horrible singers, I'd much prefer to get out of here before they start the chorus." Krv joked, trying to lighten intensity of the mood.

"Ran into a bit of a bump when the female tried to run, but I'm at the vault in the process of opening it. I wasted the woman too, like you would have requested, sir. Just a matter of time before this big son of a bitch opens." The man on the other radio said and Krv chuckled with slight amusement and pressed a couple of buttons to activate the APC sitting just outside of the bank, not moments after, the machinegun would activate and fire off a couple of rounds at the reinforcements and drive off down the road attempting to distract them.

Meanwhile back inside the bank, Krv still had the boy firmy grasped by the shoulders and his weapon still powered up and on the boy's neck. "Isn't it usually customary for the police to negotiate a peaceful release of the hostages?" Krv joked, of course, Krv wasn't going to negotiate shit, once again, he was trying to distract and lighten the mood. "110, kill your hostage." He ordered and the henchman holding one of the hostages put a bullet in the back of the skull of the person he was holding and then grabbed another one as a human shield. "Your move Seargent."

"Fuck that code shit... I'm doing a bypass." 443 said and began to hack the bank vault's computer. "Damn it! A fire wall... This might take longer than anticipated." 443 continued.

"Hurry it up..." Krv said as he saw the ONI or whatever agent come in and just kill the marines. Well that was interesting. "Suppose you're here to stop me too?" Krv asked the soldier before him and looked to Riy, he nodded to him and pointed a thumb over his shoulder at 443 as if he were telling him to go help his comrade. "Start talking." Krv said to the ONI agent and grabbed the boy again and moved to another spot and leaned against a wall.

dropped the corpse of the boy and chuckled. Krv always had leverage. "246, 247, Help Riy and 443 load the bags... the rest of you keep an eye on the hostages." He said as he looked to the mother of the child, who was wailing and bawling like a baby, and put a bullet in her head as a mercy kill. It wasn't very often that Krv did a mercy kill... usually he forced them to live with it. But, today he was feeling rather generous... if you could call that generous.

"Well aren't you smart?" 443 said to Riy rather sarcastically and gave him a bag. "Load it up with large bills. Boss doesn't accept anything lower than a 20 note." 443 continued as the other two grabbed bags and began loading up the scratch into the bags.
