Lily as a human.Personality
Around her witch family and friends she's very nice and loving, but out in the world she's a cold blooded murderer. She craves killing, it's almost her food and water.
History
Lily was once human. She stayed in an apartment complex called Ethan Street Apartments, and Jamie Condrey was a neighbor that she only met once, when he moved in. She was about 17 or 18 when she became a witch. She saw a woman being attacked in an alley, and she went to help her, and the woman turned out to be a witch that mauled her, infecting her. She is now 21 and still a witch.
So begins...

Lily Phoenix opens her door and walks out of her apartment. She looks down at him. "Having issues?" Her voice sounds like music.
Lily Phoenix shook her head, her short black hair falling around her heart shaped face. Though her eyes were gray they were warm and welcoming. "Not at all. You disturbed my cat, however."
One year later....
Lily walks down the street late at night, trying to get home as fast as she could. She never liked walking at night, it terrified her. But she had been stupid enough to do it tonight. Far off down the street she heard a scream. She gasped and took a step back. Then she heard it again.

The woman was screaming for help. If Lily didn't do anything, she could possibly be responsible for an innocent woman's death. She ran towards the sound and stopped when she saw a woman huddled in an alley. "E-excuse me? A-are you a-alright?" She stammered. The woman looked up at her and Lily could've sworn her eyes flashed red. She took a small step towards the woman. "I c-can help you.." The woman stood up and Lily thought maybe she did need help, and would let Lily help her. Then the woman lunged at her. She didn't even have time to scream.
Lily Phoenix stood up and turned her head before he could see the flash of her eyes. She looked back at him and whimpered, drawing him closer.
The streetlamp above them turned on and when she saw his face she gasped and jumped off him, retreating into the shadows.
Lily Phoenix woke up in an abandoned building. She thought about last night, and about how she had tried to kill Jamie. She hadn't even realized he still lived in town. She was stupid for sticking around. Andrew told her to leave, told her it'd been easier. And she hadn't listened.
Lily Phoenix walks into the kitchen and opens the fridge, pleased to find food inside. She thought about Jamie as she made herself a sandwich. She had really scared him...
Lily Phoenix shook her hair out of her face and glanced out the window. It was daylight. That was weird; she never woke up during the day. After all, it isn't as though she could leave during the day. Someone would see her, and she'd get caught.
Lily Phoenix walked out of the abandoned building, a plan already forming in her mind. Tonight she'd find a survivor camp and claim she's one of them. She'd lure some random guy into coming "home" with her, and when she had him alone.. She licked her lips in anticipation.
