a character in “The Multiverse”, as played by Midnightclub

Description

Name:Nespral
Age: Unknown
Origin:A place outside of the dimensions called The Abyss

Forms:
Spirit Wolf: http://i202.photobucket.com/albums/aa149/MoonLitNightSky/Anime/wolf-1.jpg This is his true state, this was his form when he was a neutral spirit before the demons enslaved him. It is also the easiest form for him to take. In this form he looks like a large wolf with blue tinted white fur and an accentuated mane. His eyes are blue and when he is casting a Spirit Spell, they turn completely white.
Demi-god: http://images.epilogue.net/users/el-grimlock/anubis.jpg His newest form, This is one of his most powerful forms. Thanks to a recent spell, he has gained almost full control over it and does not have to worry about whether it is used for good or evil. It takes a lot of energy to use this form's powers. He takes the form of a man with a wolf's head. The color of his eyes turn green as does the tint of the fur on his head.
Demon: http://towrp.wikispaces.com/file/view/hellhound.jpg/153812253/hellhound.jpg His old Slave form, his other powerful form. It is relatively easy to keep this form and he has much control over the powers thanks to a recent spell. He becomes a gargantuan wolf with sickly yellow eyes and a fiery mane. His fur is black with a red tint.
Natural: He can become any creature but is restricted to using only physical attacks. Usually, the creatures appear as albinos of those species.
Vessel: His Spirit Wolf form appears but it has the other being's features as well. This is a combination of Nespral and his vessel, His most powerful and most vulnerable state.

Powers:His powers are reflective of which form he is in.
Spirit Wolf =Spirit Magic,
Demigod =Creation,
Demon =Chaos,
Natural =Extreme Physical Abilities,
Vessel =Combination of all forms' powers and his Vessel's abilities and form.

Nespral's Vessel/s: Alexis Winchester

Personality

Nespral is basically good, but he is wise. He acts as a neutral, knowing that in the end short-term evil can lead to long-term good. Though many years in his life have passed, he is still youthful and energetic in his personality and spirit. He prefers to act as a negotiator or mediator in fights and is a pacifist. There are limits, however, and those that wish to cross them may find themselves in an eternal coma.

Equipment

Magic (and power) Types
Spirit: A type of magic known only to Spirit Wolves and very few vessels. It allows the wielder to affect or control the spirit energies of living beings. It also allows the caster to see the beings' souls even through walls. This means that Nespral can cause someone to become frenzied, or he can make them calmer. He could even bind a soul to himself, but that kind of spell is extremely complex.

Chaos: The most unstable of all powers, it can literally cause any effect. Nespral can fully control this only because he was once a chaos demon, however he can only control it while in demon form. This power tends to turn upon the user more often then not because the effects of the power are completely random. One must think randomly to use random chaos.

Creation: This allows the caster to create (or decay) life inside others' bodies. He can reanimate the dead or restore lost vitality to a sick or injured beings. After many eons of practice, this has become easier to do but it still taxes him greatly. This is his most powerful state and it comes with a very high price.

Physical Abilities: Nespral becomes stronger and faster than the normal ability of whatever creature he decides to become. He can move faster, fight better, he can become any creature at will.

History

Demons and Gods:
Before time existed there was a huge war between the gods and the demons over creation. Nespral had actually been a neutral spirit, a half-demon-half-demigod. He would not choose a side so the demons chose for him. He lost his status and powers as a demigod and was forced into the service of a powerful demon known only as The Strongman. The Strongman's forces were all slaves to him and they all became known as the bloodhounds because of the shape he made them take. Most of the bloodhounds enjoyed their freedom to fight the demigods, but Nespral did not want to fight them. He knew that if he were to fight against his half-brothers, they would destroy him and he would be dispersed forever.
Luckily the war ended before Nespral was sent into battle.

Spirit Wolves:
Not much is known about the Spirit Wolves. These immortals are the only known creatures that use Spirit Magic. They are also the only immortals that can be slain by normal humans. Before time, and the Great War, they were the mediators of conflicts between the demons and demigods. They had managed to stall the inevitability of war for eons. However, during the war they all vanished. It seems as though, like Nespral, they were all forced to choose a side and were probably killed.

So begins...

Nespral pushed the door open with his front paws and fell back to his four legs. He was tired from a long day but he was ready to relax. As he walked up to the bar, several patrons eyed him strangely. Nespral wasn't surprised, he was the last Spirit Wolf after all. He ordered a bowl of tea and sat next to the bar waiting for someone of interest to enter.

Nespral tipped his head slightly to the side, "What an odd human," he thought to himself. He leaned over and lapped some of the tea before him. As he lay down, he watched the stranger to see what else she had a mind to do.

Nespral eyed the female as she eyed him. There was something...off about her. "You don't have that to fear from me anyways, my kind are counselors not reapers." As he said that, he felt that she probably wouldn't understand him.

Nespral had noticed Jules shook his head at him at him before he talked to the girl again. "No, you are not hallucinating, I had thought that most people at least heard of Spirit Wolves. Oh, well there is only one of us left now anyways. Yes, I act as a mediator, counselor, and negotiator but I do not have to help you if you do not want it. I try to see every side of a problem before rushing to the aid of someone. Usually, when people do that, they hurt themselves and the people they were trying to help in the process."

Nespral had known that the woman was high from the traces of red and green that flowed through a muddy purple Spirit. When she got into his face his eyes had been filled with the sight. He suddenly felt sorry for her and followed her to the other side of the bar. "You are high. Do you want me to help you? Or maybe you just need a companion, I enjoy the company of humans. They rarely fail to amuse me."

Nespral was about to answer when he heard Jules. He span around and stared at the necromancer. The presence of the necromancer had taxed him from the beginning but now he could see signs of malice in his black Spirit. As he stared Nespral slowly started to change into a hellhound. (Hellhounds are vicious demon wolves with fiery manes and tails.) "Do not tempt me necromancer, for I know what you are and what you have done. Spirits are sacred and they are not to be tampered and twisted by the likes of men!" The now very large and intimidating Nespral stared the man down.

The hellhound snorted burning smoke and turned away. He slowly shrank back to his normal form and size as he sat down by the fire, a little way away from Bugs. He wasn't really interested in a fight and the haughty necromancer was beneath his notice anyways. He wondered why he had burst out in the first place. It wasn't very normal for him...

Nespral watched Jules, it was all he could do to stay where he was and not force the man into a coma. He constantly reminded himself "short-term evil, long-term good, short-term evil, long-term good." A white wisp of mist slowly wafted from where he was to where Catira was. The Spirit Magic woke her up slightly and made her more alert to the dangers around her.

The necklace burned as a bright white light in Nespral's eyes when the necromancer took it out. His hatred of the man doubled at that point. He decided to be more tactful at that point and changed again. This time he became a demi-god, tall and human-like with the head of a wolf. He reached to pick Bug's up and said in a voice that rumbled like the crashing of waves, "my power will be more than sufficient to heal her. Woman could you come with me and help me carry her?"

With the necromancer gone, Nespral cast a quick creation spell on Bugs, it was meant to heal and restore all burnt skin into normal flesh. Then he shrunk back to Spirit Wolf form. His Spirit Magic flowed from his body to Bugs, hoping to calm her and make her feel as if she'd already done whatever she wanted to do.

A large white wolf pushed the door open with his front paws and fell back to his four legs. His fur was tinted blue and he had an air of intelligence about him. He was tired from a long day but he was here now and ready to relax. As he walked up to the bar, several patrons eyed him strangely. Nespral wasn't surprised; he was the last Spirit Wolf after all. Nespral noticed the other wolf. Obviously this was a demon of some kind. He did the formal thing and wagged his tail as he looked down. He stood up and made for the formal greeting that was the way all canines made acquaintance.

Nespral blinked, it'd been a while since he'd heard The Old Language. He couldn't even remember how to speak it properly. "Hello, what brings one of your kind to this most humble of places?"

Nespral smiled, the backs of his mouth rising slightly, "I'm here as a counselor or negotiator, whenever the need arises." He looked around and noticed a vampire. He knew that most wolves disliked their kind, he however was not most wolves. He really had no specific hatred for any kind of people. He did, however dislike necromancers, but that was a different story altogether.

Nespral was distracted for a second. "Well a counselor is someone who helps people with... Vampire, will you continue to stare or would you like to join our conversation?"

The vampire seemed to ignore him so Nespral turned back to the demon-wolf, "I seem to have forgotten myself, where were we?"

"Lyra, a beautiful name." His chest puffed out with an air of dignity as Nespral introduced himself, "I, am Nespral, the last of the Spirit Wolves."

Nespral nodded his head to the bowing wolf. "So, I have heard some about demon wolves, are they anything like Hellhounds?" He was thinking of his shape-shifting ability and the creature of chaos that he could become.

"I see, excuse me a second," He had noticed the two that had begun to imagine eating each other. He started speaking in an unknown language and a small cloud of silvery white mist floated towards them. He knew better than to confront them directly, the Spirit Magic was meant to calm and or put them to sleep. "He turned back to Lyra, "I have found that becoming a hellhound really helps me to vent when I need to."

Nespral looked at Lyra's Spirit Aura and found no malice lurking within. He stared at the cannibal pair and shrugged, knowing that his Magic had failed. Their loss... "Yes, but only if I get to show you my demon form."

Nespral nodded at the full splendor of one of his cousins, the flighted Hellhound. He then started to grow, his fur rippled and turned black. His eyes turned a blood red as his mane and a strip of fur all the way down to the tip of his tail caught fire. He had become a chaos Hellhound, his demon form. The dark black fur shimmered red under his burning mane. He suddenly felt a little more carefree and a little more, chaotic. He grinned a very toothy, yellow grin at the female. "HoW abOUt wE hAVE sOMe fUN?"

He winked at Lyra, he wouldn't mind, he was...being corrupted by something in the air, usually he had more control over the demon inside him. It didn't matter, Nespral was going to have fun whether he wanted to or not.

Nespral didn't respond, he only used a ball of power that seemed to constantly change its appearance as if it had no specific being of itself. Taking the ball into his mouth, he tossed it up into the bar, suddenly a thunderstorm rolled in and pelting hail started falling from the ceiling of the bar. "LEt's Get thE pEOple tHAT aRE AnGRY."

Before anyone could get angry at the obvious thunderstorm full of hail Nespral took control of himself and forced himself back into his normal Spirit Wolf form. The storm faded to nothing in seconds. "I...I apologize, that shouldn't have occurred..."
