The Captain announced to passengers over intercom, "We will be expecting turberlence due to weather conditions please make sure you are belted up and prepare for bumpy ride..." pausing he added, "We are due to arrive in quarter of an hour. Please be seated and relax." the weather was indeed rough, but that was least of the issues one of the engines had gone out, before there had been a bright flash of lightning. It was possible the bolt had fried the engine, but with the weather being like it was, an engine being out was a huge issue. Nonetheless the captain continued to fly the plane, while his copilot turned to him, "Donald, relax we'll be back for beers before you know it..." he nodded to his copilot. Of course flying through this weather was not an issue, but for some reason he felt uneasy. Still he managed to grin, "You are right, let's get this bird down as soon as we can." with rain spattering down over the pane the only way to navigate was via the radar, and even that seemed to be acting up. The weather had been expected, as was the storm, but there was a request that they fly. Despite tropical storm warning, this one flight had left its airport.
Meanwhile on board the wing was a spindley thin creature with sharp ripping claws and yellow eyes. It had no other purpose except to cause suffering, already one of the engines was fried, now it tore at the metal and tried to rip up some more scraps to fling into the engine. It cared nothing for the low temperature and low amount of oxygen, it was not human. It merely existed in stories and tales, but as Flight WC 63450 would learn even myths can be real.
Back inside the captain eyes widened in alarm, "Fuck... that's another engine, gone we go to take this down... How far are we from destination?" he asked his copilot who looked just as confused, just as he was about to ask he saw a glimpse of something briefly before it vanished. It had been so quick but it had appeared to be going to the other wing.
The creature moved swiftly to the other wing, quickly passing the cockpit and immediately setting upon second wings engines.
Already though the flight was experiencing trouble in the harsh weather and the passenger department was in state of panic, despite the hostesses trying to calm people, but now someone was claiming that something had been on the wing. Of course no one saw anything, but the clanging and shuddering of the plane was destroying what placidness had pretended to exist.
The creature smirked in the maelstrom as its claws tore viciously at the panelling, bending and rending the material with ease.
In horror, the Captain eyes widened as another engine went out. The shuddering and shaking violently rocked the whole flight, perhaps with less turbulence it could have landed, but with condition already felt, the Captain spoke up, "We are making an emergency landing, I repeat we are making an Emergency Landing... Watch Tower, come in Watch Tower we are going down..." no response radar was shot and with a sudden explosion the final engine went up...
With a thundering noise began to topple from the sky, heading straight for the affluent Lady Une Drive. Some people managed to escape in heat of desperation from the plane but for most it far too fast. Meanwhile below few were prepared or stirred from their beds, until it was too late.
A giagantic cloud rose up as the whole of Lady Une Drive was flung into turmoil at midnight...
The Culprit long gone...
