Description

-------------------------------------------------------------
Information
-------------------------------------------------------------
Appearance
Tet'ris stands about 5'4" by Terran standards, and looks akin to an idealized model of a Terran woman (from the average definition). She sports two noticeable ears and a bushy tail, features universal to all At'tecian, regardless of where they are from. Her uniform is a charcoal colored affair; a militaristic shirt buttoned tight and a short skirt pleated, with a dark red for the secondary color, and golden trim. She also sports a brown harness, gold buttons, and a tassel, as decorations befitting her rank. She also possesses gloves on her hands that are white in color. She has dark gray sheer tights and combat boots in a matching hue as well. The boots themselves appear to be mostly made of an unknown material but have metal based reinforcement for added protection. She also has black rimmed glasses, behind which sit purple eyes.

Personality
Tet'ris acts relatively friendly on the surface, which leads to many others to underestimate her. This behavior, however, is false, for she hides behind it a rather shrewd level of manipulation and trickery developed over a long period of hiding her own insecurities. Unlike her predecessor, she doesn't fool around or idly waste time, preferring to implement a very efficient level of procedure to the operating of her empire. Tet'ris has a love of the naturally growing At'tecian fruit called Kav'kiba, a large and round, brightly colored fruit akin to the Terran "Orange".

In battle, her strategies lean more toward skirmish centered tactics that are designed to facilitate hit and run battles, using the superior technology of the Continuum to the most efficient manner.

-------------------------------------------------------------
Equipment
-------------------------------------------------------------
Weapon: CRYS-HCP ("Small Shard Cannon")
A powerful Continuum hand cannon designed by the Crystonlis mainly for use by ranking officials in the Continuum military, it is a special weapon that has no recoil when fired, and possesses an extensive magazine thanks to the Crystonlis' Crystalline technology. The hand cannon fires medium sized octahedron-shaped crystal shards that are able to skip through armor like a knife through warm butter, allowing them to embed inside a target. The shards then detonate once embedded, exploding into hundreds of smaller shards to disembowel the target.

Weapon: Bonsiin Siinokashii
A pair of top quality Bonsiin blades designed to be used together with telekinetic powers. When used as a pair, they resonate with each other and allow for additional options in a skirmish that aren't normally possible with conventional dual wielded weapons. Though Tet'ris lacks the psychic abilities to use them in such a manner, she can emulate the speed and poise of the practice thanks to a special defect she has inherited, adapted into her own design through training and focus.

-------------------------------------------------------------------
History
-------------------------------------------------------------------
"Welcome! I am the Vivaz'q'w'xi of the At'tecian, and the CT-10 of the Continuum. My name is Tet'ris Austin N'geli. Get this; 'Austin' is a Terran name, so my mother said. Neat, huh? You may call me 'Tetris' if it is easier for you!" - Tet'ris Austin N'geli

Palisia Approach - CRYSTON-BC-001C "Hexomino" - Bridge

Aboard a Continuum Battle Cruiser, standing before a railing that sat before a view of the area before the ship, a humanoid female with fox-like ears and tail stood, arms behind her back as she listened to a report being read to her on the side by a short and small green blob of a creature with vaguely plant-like features.

『aSTR  Λ  G  Λ  LUS CONFIRM   p  Λ  LISI  Λ   Λ  PPRO  Λ  CH.

Seeming satisfied, the female nodded.

Understood, Crataegifum Astragalus. I am excited too. Good to see your Common is doing well. We'll need it given the nature of this Summit. Germiston Neamstan, ready the Inhambane unit. I want absolute protection in the walk to the meeting location.

A large lumbering silicone based creature gave a deep and raspy response of acknowledgment.

As ᴛHᴇ CT-10 ᴡɪsHᴇs| I sHᴀʟʟ ᴅᴏ ɪᴛ|

Then, the female turned to two other female humanoids that resembled her.

Vivaz'q'w'pi C'farela, I want you to begin the approach procedures. Slow the fleet down and change all Movement Priority strategies to "Maximum Weapons Range". Change all Targeting Priorities to "Has Weapons". Assemble all ships into a Spider formation around this ship as well. Vivaz'q'w'pi Urup'l'dia, prepare the T/P Scanners and engage them on approach out to 12 sectors away. If space combat begins, I want Crataegifum Astragalus to have full access to the system map and our ship strategies. Additionally, remember that all Aschen targets are friendlies. I repeat, all Aschen targets are friendlies! Do not use them for target practice! If it comes to it, support their movements unless I or Crataegifum Astragalus tell you otherwise.

The two females nodded and began shouting their orders through communication channels. Lastly, the female looked to a screen above her. In short order, several sentient floating pillars appeared on the screen.

1G-001, have all 1G Operators temper the Phase Engines to slow us down. Be ready to shift all ships into Engage Mode, Defend Mode, or Phase Mode on orders from me or Crataegifum Astragalus. 9G-001, I require two of the 8G Obelisks to come to my position. They will be my personal advanced honor guard to attend my side during the meeting itself. Equip them to the specifications established as part of the "Foreign Visitors and Diplomatic Assembly" protocols.

The pillars apparently responded.

AS REQUESTED BY THE CT-10, THE TASKS OUTLINED WILL BE CARRIED OUT. 1G-001 HAS BEGUN COMMUNICATION LINKING ACROSS ALL SHIPS. TWO 8G OBELISKS DESIGNATED 8G-554 AND 8G-382 WILL BE SENT TO ATTEND TO YOUR NEEDS FOR THE SUMMIT'S DURATION. I SHALL MONITOR THE SITUATION FROM THIS STATION THROUGH THEIR PRESENCE.

The female smiled and awaited the moment she'd see the planet, and the potential allies and enemies.

Palisia - Space

Shortly after Imperium and Aschen arrival, a myriad of ships could be seen visibly slowing down, already in a defensive formation. Their designs were vaguely insectoid/robotic, and they were colored in darker shades of grey and red, with purple, yellow, and orange glowing patterns across certain features. No doubt the designs were born of a combination of things thought to instill fear from the Continuum's point of view.

Indeed, the logo the ships bore identified them as Continuum, and their armor had the distinctive, subtly quivering sheen of something not truly inanimate and the reflective crystalline plating atop it. Their weapons were visible and appeared to be of simpler designs, though it was likely just an aesthetic choice.

The fleet itself quickly grew in number up until there were 46 ships aside from the central one. A paling number compared to the Aschen fleet, but it was clear that they had to be sure of themselves if they brought a smaller figure. The largest ship appeared to be what would at most be a larger ship, but nowhere near the level of usual capital ships, and the fleet was carefully assembled and numbered in designs to provide a well-balanced challenge if anyone dared try.

Four smaller satellite fleets eventually entered the area, visibly slowing down. Each numbered 16 ships beyond the central ship of each satellite fleet, though these fleets seemed more specialized than the main fleet. The satellite fleets took up specific positions around the main fleet, and then proceeded to wait, as everyone else was. No communication was made toward the others already present, but the central ship of the main fleet did flash a pattern of lights toward the Aschen fleet in a pattern long known to the far larger faction; a sign of alliance and support that indicated the Continuum would offer the military assistance arranged as per existing treaties if it was needed.

Seki sat upon her throne aboard her Dark Lightbrigher The Twilight Phoenix. "Such a meeting has not been held since the time our kingdoms joined as one Princess.” She said looking to the human that stood before her.

”It is quite the occasion Your Holiness.” Kyritha answered.

”I think we have stalled long enough… open the portal…”

Before the amassed fleets a wormhole opened like water on the black of space it looked. For a moment nothing happened…

Then four Mauhasinian Firespark class ships flew out they seemed to be testing the waters. After a moment two Flare class, followed by two Sunburst class, and two Day class. These ships took a defencive formation in front of the portal as a single Cloud Class carrier flanked by a Daylight class battleship on either side flashed out of the portal.

The Cloud Class opened it’s main hanger and over two hundred Death Glider fighters flew out they quickly formed into two one hundred fighter blocks on either side of the portal.

With the honor guard in place the Twilight Phoenix finally made it’s way through flanked by Smaller Lightbringers on either side. The Holy Emperess’ ship unlike the rest of the was jet black in color. On it’s Pyramid core the Golden seal of the Mauhasinian Empire glowed bright. The Death Glider honor guard closed ranks around the Twilight Phoenix as the portal closed behind the Mauhasinian fleet.

”The pieces are set…”

”Let the game begin.”

Each of the factions has already arrived. The Imperium of Man, with but one flagship, the Mauhasinan's with a modest battle group, the Aschen with an Armada and a Super Dreadnaught, and the Continuum with their own Battlegroup. Thrawn enters with but one ship, The Chimaera. He is outclassed and out gunned in every way when it comes to ship capabilities, but Thrawn has something the others do not: The presence of a Jedi.

Kinara Kaal, Grey Jedi and survivor of the Jedi Purge, wasn't entirely comfortable on board an Imperial Star Destroyer - after all, it was the Empire that had slaughtered the Jedi Order and hunted her down at the time. But regardless, she at least saw some familiar faces: Her own. Ten Clones, hand-chosen by Thrawn and given additional training and equipment, suited themselves up in their armor, and went over their weapons and gear to ensure that they were all combat ready. The chance of them seeing combat was, hopefully, astronomically low, but one could never be too careful.

As evidenced by the Aschen and their show of power.

"The only thing missing would be the Taiyou... I suppose." Kinara thought to herself as she looked at all of the factions present. She reached out with the Force, and attempted to gather a general idea of how each faction leader or representative was feeling, and of their intentions - she hoped to find good, or at least neutral intentions.

"Is your Shuttle Ready, Master Jedi?" Thrawn asked from his spot near the viewport, looking out among the stars and ships, his hands clasped behind his back nonchalantly. His stark white Grand Admiral's uniform was freshly pressed and cleaned, the boots freshly shined and metal freshly polished. His blue black hair was neatly trimmed and combed, and his rich blue skin was nearly flawless, save for a few wrinkles of age creeping their way onto the Chiss's features.

"It is, Grand Admiral. All she awaits is my hand at the controls." Kinara answered.

"Very well. Let us move to the ready room - I feel there is something we may yet find on the way there, that may require investigation."

Kinara nodded, and Thrawn lead the way down to the Ready Room outside Hangar one, where Kinara's personal Shuttle, The Grey Shadow, was very new, and very versatile ship, large enough to be a military Drop-ship or small freighter, but was outfitted with enough supplies to allow for space travel for months at a time, as well as Stealth Generators, for slipping in and out of places undetected.

For now, as the Factions gathered, Thrawn kept an eye on the status of all of the factions present. The Helmsman had his hands hovering over the controls, in case the order to fall back was given. In that case, they could initiate the jump to Light Speed, and escape without much issue. It was for this reason that Thrawn had deliberately came out of Hyperspace just inside what he perceived to be maximum sensor range for most of the ships, based on his previous experience with ships this size, and of the Aschen variety - having once been to Langara, himself.

The tension was thick enough for one to be able to breathe out in space and survive without a pressurized suit, and the Arrow Head shaped Chimaera, was slowly slicing her way through it towards the meeting spot. Only time would tell the goings on of this meeting.

All factions have arrived on a timely manner it would seem. Of course with vastly varying levels of their bodyguards. Primarily the Aschen with an entire fleet of over a thousand ships. The crewman on the Soul Of Terra were worried for the Emperor as everyone else had brought a much larger fleet. And of course if they turned their weapons on them things could get ugly very fast. “Vox Comunicae to the Emperor. My Lord, all other factions have arrived. The Aschen Empire, the Continuum and the Mauhasinian Empire. However all have brought large fleets that pose a danger to our own ship. I belive this is a cause of concern my lord.” The Admiral Of the ship communicated to the Emperor as he had arrived in the massive hanger, the Aquilan Shield, Shield Company Of the Adeptus Custodies awaited their Emperor with a kneel.

"Do not be concerned Admiral, we do not need to have fear or be intimidated by the show of force from anyone. We are simply here to discuss matters of peace.” The Emperor stated as he and his sons walked forward to a customized Thunder Hawk, The Ætos Dios. Rogal Dorn’s personal transport fit for a Primarch and the Emperor to fit inside. Along with its defensive capabilities.

"It would appear that everyone else has arrived expecting the other to try something during this meeting. However I belive this is indeed as you say an intimidation method as well. I only express my concerns for the Mauhasinians, due to the Black Templar’s and their battle with them they have expressed their anger. However it is also a bit unusual seeing that at one point it was rather peaceful almost as if their internal systems changed. Still, I will not let my guard down for a moment, or will let my emotions get the better of me. I will say what is needed regardless, it matters not as long as this meeting goes well.” Dorn spoke as the three entered the transport as Six Custodian Guards entered the transport alongside their venerable leader and their Primarchs.

As the machine roared to life and the rear hatch closed, The Ætos Dios left the hanger of the battleship making its way to the planets surface. "What we should be carful about is the other two. The Aschen and the Continuum as we had not originally planned on them to be coming here. However they expressed interest in participating in this meeting for a peace treaty between all four of us. If they do have any underlying intent it will no doubt be said during the meeting. I will be listenening carefully and offer my words when needed as well.” Roboute added as well agreeing with his brother.

As the transport was heading to the planet, The Emperor opened up his Vox Network to make it public for the other three leaders to listen. "Attention, I would like to personally thank you all for arriving at our confirmed meeting spot. I am the Emperor of the Imperium.” He introduced himself but went straight to the point as he had no need to add anything uneccecary. "As agreed upon, we shall all meet up at the designated meeting point. As expected this planet contains no structure on it, if you wish you are free to establish a building on the ground to meet inside. Until then, I will be waiting on the ground.” The Emperor spoke as he made things quick and easy. It was time.

However, for the Jedi probing at him. She could sense a powerful mind and blindingly bright mind. It was almost dangerious to probe any deeper into his psyche, only knowing that his intentions was straightforward to get peace or be forced to declare war. For the Emperor, he had feeling similar to when his Son Conrad Curze tried to read his mind. And he knew there was someone with psychic powers nearby...Not close however, it was farther away...He could tell there was someone or something else nearby. But that was not his highest priority.

Gigashadow, Observation Bridge

As Kesslee turned to leave, Isambard reached out and stopped him, having a sudden change of thought. "No; we prepare our transport, full honor guard." The Emperor instructed. "For many, this is the first time they have truly seen representatives of the Aschen Empire, and while our Continuum Allies may be... unimpressed." Prince offered a brief pause, turning his attention to the large hologram, that had highlighted all three fleets, the Continuum in a shade of blue, and the other two vessels in a brilliant shade of orange.

"I want to make an impression." Prince added.

Gesturing for Kesslee to lead the way, Prince followed his Grand Confessor to the transit-array that would take them via matter-stream transit to the Hangar bay, where as Prince uttered the words, the Honor Guard was being assembled, and being briefed, and prepped for deployment.

Gigashadow - Primary Hangar Bay

Aschen Honor guard were hard at work preparing for the big event, rehearsing their marching practices, keeping their steps in sync, only when the Emperor arrived did they stop their activities. The Squad Captain called out in Anquietas, and the men lined up; forming a column of soldiers on either side of a red carpet that was prepared for Prince, and Kesslee.

Prince and Kesslee kept their pace close, but hurried until they were interrupted by one of Prince's many adjutants.

"My Lord..." The young man called out, holding up a holographic datapad. "Engineering teams were preparing the prefab at the designated coordinates, however initial scans indicated an obstruction..." The man said, handing the datapad to Kesslee, whom furrowed his brows as he took in the image.

After a moment, he passed the datapad over to Prince, who went over it briefly, and then handed it back to Kesslee.

"My Lords, the structure was not there when we completed our initial reconnaisance. The Structure seems to be sitting right where the rendezvous coordinates are located." The Adjutant added, and Prince nodded. The expression on his face immediately betrayed that he knew what the structure was. Of course the Aschen hadn't deployed their prefabs yet.

"At least the food will be good." Prince commented, before he gestured towards Kesslee.

Both of them moved towards an Aschen Condor VTOL, one of six identically marked craft. This was intended to confuse any possible assassin, by offering up decoy craft.

"Imperial One this is Gigashadow LSO; you're cleared for launch; checker is green, you have the ball."

"Acknowledged Gigashadow LSO, flight checks are green, package is secure."

"Door's open, house is clean, good luck Imperial One."

The Aschen moved first, Raptor Talon star-fighters launched from the Gigashadow, followed immediately by six Condor class VTOL transports, each of them moving through the blackness of space, crossing the void between the planet, and the Gigashadow.

"Signal acquired... initiating entry procedures.."

Prince glanced out the window briefly at the Aschen fleet, which was slowly shrinking in size as they drew further, and further away. He could feel someone probing, a presence that was fleeting at best. His brows furrowed, cutting the intruder from his mind much like slamming a door.

Palisia - Flatlands - Meeting Place

A Single structure stood amidst the plains of the Palisian continent where the summit was going to take place. What was a summit without proper accommodations after-all.

The structure had roughly a dozen life signs, and was unremarkable for it's mysterious appearance.

A single pair of eyes perused dossiers from all the attendant factions, slender hands scritched notations in red pen on the margins of the paper. The Individual brought his gaze upwards from his desk in a room adjacent to a large meeting hall where a round table was positioned inside a grand hall decorated with warm wooden tones of teak, and bamboo paper that bore traditional artwork intended to provide a relaxed setting.

Young women in white makeup and ornate robes prepared the table settings, small flags representing each nation were placed where each representative would sit. The Imperial Aquila for the Imperium of Man, the Imperial Phoenix for the Aschen Empire, the symbol of the Continuum, the Eye of Ra for the Mauhasinans, the symbol of the TNG, and lastly, the Rising sun symbol.

Notepads of fine rice paper, along with expensive pens were laid out by the well dressed women, cooks were hard at work in the adjacent kitchen preparing the state dinner, ensuring that only the finest ingredients were being used.

Landing pads were set up surrounding the strange buildings, with signals directing each representative ship to land at their designated pad.

Two strange, and powerful energies could likely be felt by Kinara, if she probed the Planet. One could be felt as cosmic in nature, while the other was raw psionic potential.

Kinara's probe revealed a wary mind not at all buying the idea of peace. An uneasy and insecure stance held that which sought to benefit itself first and protect its own interests in the process.

The unwary woman was brought back to attention by one of the bridge operators.

Vivaz'q'w'xi Tet'ris! We have an incoming audio communication! It's from the Imperium forces!

Put it up. I want to hear this.

Roger roger, Vivaz'q'w'xi Tet'ris!

The operator put the transmission through. Listening to it, Tet'ris nodded.

Very well. I shall depart from here. Crataegifum, come with me. A CT-8 should accompany the CT-10 they serve, should they not?

Astragalus would slowly maneuver roots to climb itself onto a small hovercraft that followed Tet'ris as she left to go and board a transport. Shortly thereafter, all the other parties would see an escorted transport vessel make its way toward the planet, and down to its appropriate landing pad.

Seki listened to the Imperium's message as she watched the newcomer. A Terran rep... She hadn't heard of them coming to this meeting. It caused a glare to cross her face as she gazed out the viewport.

"Your Holiness we have a strange reading from the Light Shields. Seki looked to the reading. "Some one is scanning us though some faint magical means... Can we trace it?"

"Not without alerting the other fleets Your Holiness... but this didn't start until that Terran ship showed up."

Seki frowned. "I see... I will be wary of any probing when I meet these Terrans.... Inform the Desi that it is time to exit their water tanks and suit up. The drop ship leaves in five."

Seki then turned and made her way to the drop ship the Alterrian Princess close in tow.

The other factions have not opened fire. They are, at least for now, not hostile. A new signature arrives on the scene as Thrawn draws closer to the planet with the Chimaera. A holo-projection reveals an ornate Palace. No doubt Taiyou in design and influence. It can only mean one thing: Shimizu is likely present as well. The muscles in Kinara's body tighten, and she returns to herself."

Thrawn's eyes turned towards Kinara as she opened hers, and began to breathe normally, instead of in the rhythmic, slow breathing that accompanied using the Force. He raised his eyebrows in inquiry, and shifted his weight slightly towards her. She relaxed once more, and then turned towards Thrawn.

"Well, good news. None of them want us dead. Some of them are curious as to what we're doing here maybe, but no one wants us dead.... The Imperium is... overwhelming... and the Mauhasinan's are... strange. Something blocked me from probing them - eating away at my my focus." she shrugged. "But since they haven't left or opened fire, I'm assuming it's safe to join the peace talks without fear of being blasted immediately." Kinara finished.

Thrawn nodded. "Very well, Master Jedi. Once the Chimaera is closer to the planet, we will launch and attempt to meet up with the other factions at the desired meeting point. Let us hope it goes well." he said. Kinara nodded, and the pair, accompanied by the Kinara Clone Guard Detail, waited in relative silence from that point on.

Once the time was right, they boarded Kinara's personal Star Ship, and took off from the Hangar bay of the Chimaera. With her senses reaching out for any signs of possible danger, Kinara prayed to the Force everything went well.

It would appear that things were not going as expected, as the Ætos Dios was in low orbit Auspex Scans were already reading a structure on the planet. It was not in affiliation with the gathered members...And that already was a major problem. Already the tense air was growing more tense as the Emperor and everyone on the Imperium side of things were not the most pleased with uninvited guests.

“Running through Imperial databanks...My Lord, it appears to be the Taiyou...They are allies with the Aschen Empire.” The Pilot informed as they were making landfall. This was deffinitly not agreed upon, however the Emperor was not worried. They only needed to have a meeting, and to discuss this peace treaty between them and the Mauhasinians. He would talk to the Aschen and their allies afterwards, however this obviously was not going to go well since other factions decided to join in without prior notice.

"Continue our course, it matters not. Our main concern is with the Mauhasinian Empire. As long as we gain our peace treaty everything will go fine. We will not be turned away due to unexpected visitors, we will continue as planned.” The Emperor stated as the others onboard silently agreed with him.

Eventually they were the first, or rather second faction to touch down on the planet as the meeting point. The rear hatch opened up as the Emperor himself, Rogal Dorn, Roboute Guilliman and the six Adeptus Custodies exited their transport to await the others on the ground. Their only hope was that the Mauhasinians were not scared off...Or all this preparation would be for nothing...

The Aschen Condors maintained their course towards the planet below. It wasn’t a long trip, but Isambard was quietly contemplating the Taiyou structure on the surface.

“Beginning final approach and prepping for landing.” The Pilot called out, as the Aschen condor turned on it’s axis and began it’s final descent.

It’s engines screamed in protest as it made it’s final descent towards the landing pad, landing gear extending outwards as the craft made touchdown on the tarmac.

The craft hissed, and the rear bay doors opened. Aschen soldiers moved out first, weapons at the ready to engage any threats, but seeing none, they took up positions around the ship, allowing the Confessors to depart next. They moved in double column formation down the ramp, and stood at attention, their purple robes billowed, and flowed in the wind, exposing sophisticated body armor underneath. The Confessors didnt move an inch, and kept their gaze fixated on the ship as Isambard Prince emerged.

He took one step and sqinted in the sunlight, Kesslee at his side.

There they were, exposed and vulnerable as Prince fixed his gaze on the castle before them.

Slowly he started towards the massive oaken doors of the castle.

Those that entered the castle would find a large stateroom, ornate, and adorned with sophisticated artwork. There was a large round wooden table in the center of the room, and the room was empty save for two individuals.

The first was a young male, one that could be instantly recognized as Shimizu Takayama, the emperor of the mighty Taiyou Empire of Greater Niihama.

Behind him was a young woman, clad in a dark purple uniform of some kind. It was resminiscent of a sailor style schoolgirl uniform, but cut in a way to allow free movement. The woman wore a strange visor across her eyes, shaded in a dark violet with two pointed antennae over the ears.

While the device worn across the woman’s head appeared Taiyou, it didn’t match any of their previous designs, but to those who had a keen sense; it’s function was obvious.

It was intended to drastically amplify one’s psionic potential.

Shimizu for all intents and purposes appeared unarmed, save for an odd sword hilt kept on his belt. It appeared to be carved from wood, and crystallized in tree sap, three red gems rested in the pommel. Beyond that, the device appeared unremarkable.

They quietly waited for their guests.

Palisia - Continuum Landing Pad

It was not long before the shuttle landed. Opening its doors in silence, an organized group of the large silicone-based lifeforms marched out, each one almost as large as a Space Marine. Each one had weapons with them, though the weapons were not aimed, and the marching formation was not one of ready to fire. It was quite ceremonial in fact.

Following them, a small squad of women with fox-like ears and tail then emerged in specialized military gear. It was made of what seemed to be a stone-like material and was similar in design to the sentient pillars that followed them. Each woman had specialized weaponry to match ready and took up positions in the formation as a covering fire squad.

Then the sentient pillars came. Six of them came down the ramp with four of them forming a square around a center that was flanked by two more. Each pillar was of brown, stone-like material and balanced an airborne orb above the pillar that apparently was their body. The two flanking the center area looked marginally different aesthetically.

Then there was what was in the center. A floating spherical bubble sheened purple took a spot within. Inside the bubble, a jellyfish-like creature hovered. Then the small hovercraft with a goo-plant-something or other clutching to it to travel. Lastly, another woman with the ears and tail dressed in military best. She adjusted her glasses and maintained her confident smirk as she stepped between the jellyfish and the plant. The procession then began moving, making the short trip to the meeting location more impressive than it needed to be.

As they approached the building, the woman's smirk turned to a frown.

I do not recognize this structure. It isn't an Aschen one.

DO NOT WORRY, CT-10. WE WILL ENSURE YOUR COMPLETE SAFETY NO MATTER THE CIRCUMSTANCE.

The woman nodded.

Roger roger. I will proceed inside. Obelisks 8G-554 and 8G-382, come with me as my honorary CT-7s. CT-8 Astragalus, oversee the Inhambane unit alongside CT-6 Neamstan, and the Vivaz'r'w'oi unit overseen by CT-6 K'wis'h'kaia. CT-8 Ais'aell'ss, form a Methane-Neuro Cryston-Linc with myself, CT-7H 8G-554, and CT-7H 8G-382 and tie it to everyone else from our group. You will be diplomatic and tactical oversight. Monitor the situation through CT-7H 8G-554 and CT-7H 8G-382. Feel free to speak Aqu'ell'sh if you've any concerns for privacy; it will be translated for the rest of us by the array of 7G Obelisks into native tongues unknown to the other parties. The Vivaz'r'w'oi unit will be your guard as you stay outside the meeting room. Everyone, take your places! We're leaving here today either at war with others or with a treaty in hand. Be ready for all outcomes.

With the affirmation of all her parties as they took up their roles, the woman then entered the chamber for the meeting and proceeded to take a seat where prepared. Flanking her seat, but remaining a short distance back, were two pillars. There was no way to read them with any reliability, though each was nearly silent in their levitation, and the sphere hovering above their bodies rotated every so slowly, but surely, as if projecting something.

The woman herself seemed annoyed already considering the unannounced parties present, but kept a cool smile that gave little precious information away. She had with her a holstered pistol-like weapon quite large for a sidearm that seemed to be made of similar material to the pillars, and two supposed blades sheathed, looking an awful lot like katanas themselves. Naturally, her curious nature had her looking at all the decorations every now and then as she awaited the last of the parties.

The Mauhasinian royal drop ship made its way towards the planet below a squadron of Death Gliders in tight formation around it.

“Odd that building doesn’t match our intel on Aschen architecture…” Stated the pilot as they neared the meeting site.

”More uninvited guests…” Muttered Seki.

A dark cloaked figure spoke up. “The building matches that of the Taiyou your Holiness”

”What in the Hells are they doing here?”

“Not sure Your Holiness… Shall we turn back?”

”No… keep on current course...But call the Blood Aster and her fleet… make sure they are ready to jump at a moment’s notice…”

The royal drop ship made it’s landing near the Taiyou building along with it’s escort Death Gliders. The pilots of the Death Gliders stayed in their ships ready to fly into battle should they be required to. Meanwhile the doors of the drop ship opened.

From the drop ship came half a dozen Mauhasinian Twilight Guards. They wore jet black armor that covered head to toe. Even the ears and tail. Over this armor they wore a black hooded cape. Both the cape and the chestplate of the armor bore a symbol of a white crescent moon and a star. Each guard held a glowing staff like weapon that seemed to be made of pure black light. Though it was impossible to tell with the unisex armor every Twilight Guard was female.

Following the Twilight Guard came Seki herself. She wore a hooded cape much like her guards but the crescent moon and star was replaced by a silver colored image of the Mauhasinian eye. She appeared to be unarmored wearing only a long black wrapped skirt with little more than a black jeweled bra covering her top.

Behind the Holy Emperess came the Alterrian Princess she wore a simple but eloquent royal gown of blue and white. On either side of her where two female guards dressed in blue camo covered by black body armor. Each guard carried a laser rifle and had a short sword sheathed on their hip.

Last came the Desi armored head to toe in power armor that had fishlike fins running down the arms, legs, and back. The one in front wore a red armor and carried a golden Trident. Behind her where two in white armor each armed with an odd looking gun filled with a blue plasma like liquid.

The Mauhasinian Empire’s delegates made their way towards the meeting place, the guards on high alert for any sign of danger as they entered in.

The ride to the planet's surface was a quiet one. Only the sounds of the engines and other systems aboard the ship filled the void, lightly contending with the final sounds of the Kinara Clone Honor Guard running final checks on each other's armor and weapons to ensure everything was in perfect working order. Five minutes until they landed, everything was ready. Kinara herself donned some Jedi Battle-Armor, made from the same lightsaber resistant materials her clones were wearing, and initiated the landing sequence on an empty landing pad.

The ship touched down, the ramp lowered, and in a flanking formation, rifles held at a low ready - muzzles pointed towards the ground - the Kinara clones escorted Thrawn towards the Palace. Their Armor, a very sleek, functional suit of full-body armor, was colored Black with Blue accents, and red visors, to mirror and respect their VIP. Kinara's own attire was a mix of her traditional brown and beige Jedi Robes, and the Deep Forest Green of the armor she'd donned. A chest piece, to cover her upper body, some bracers for her forearms, and some shin-guards. Nothing too fancy or encumbering. Enough to mean business, and still move around as acrobatically as she'd need to when in Lightsaber Combat. Over it all she wore a large brown Jedi cloak with the hood raised. It hid everything about her except her lower face. Thrawn, as usual, wore his Grand Admiral's Uniform, and strode smoothly and calmly as ever down the ramp, his hands clasped behind his back.

The many participants are beginning to land. They are all on edge about the presence of yet another faction in the form of the Taiyou. Indeed, the Tenno Heika - Shimizu Takayama, Emperor of the Taiyou - is an unexpected guest. But then, so is Thrawn. Those who have already landed have come in full gear, ready for war, if the need arises. A Kinara Clone grips his blaster tighter, but relaxes as he acclimates to the metaphorical pressure of keeping Thrawn safe. Kinara herself has hidden her body in a classic Jedi cloak, and she will be difficult to read effectively.

Kinara opened the doors, and the clones funneled in, looking around for any and all points of contact that could arise, but kept their muzzles down. There was no need to start a War. Terra couldn't defend itself. Yet. Thrawn hoped to gain some allies for Terra at these meetings. Allies that could stand toe to toe with the Aschen should the need arise, and not have plans of subjugating Terra.

He would have to choose his targets carefully.

Everyone that was supposed to land had done so, every faction was now on the ground and making their way to the meeting point. The Adeptus Custodes marched in formation around their Emperor and Primarchs, armed with what appeared to be spear and armored in ornate golden power armor and standing at ten feet tall. These honor guard watched over their leaders with unyielding vigilance as they marched to the meeting zone. The Primarchs, both Rogal Dorn and Roboute Guilliman cladded In ornate golden power armor and ornate blue power armor respectively stood over the already massive Space Marines by another two feet. Their weapons attached to their armor in the event they have to be used. And finally the Emperor, cladded in shining golden power armor and towered over every living being there being a 15 foot Goliath of a human. He only has a sword attached to his waist but there was no doubt that he was the strongest thing the Imperials had brought.

However, their focus was not to declare war. But to obtain peace as a way to avoid the loss of uneccecary human life. And for that they would need to reason with the Mauhasinian Empire, and with the meeting mere moments away everything was about to come together and only at the end of it all would anyone revive answers. What would they come out with at the end? Only time would tell...

As the assembled parties came into the room, they would find Shimizu already seated at the table, with the woman in dark purple standing still behind him. His eyes rose to meet each and every individual that stepped into the room, but he otherwise remained quiet.

The man was deep in thought, first his eyes flitted to the fox woman with the strange entities seemingly guarding her. His expression didn't betray much, he was fairly neutral, passively seated in his chair.

He didn't keep his gaze fixed on the one called Tetris very long, but he was quietly sizing her, and her guardians up. He made a mental note to himself to read more about her, and her people.

Shimizu's gaze quietly moved to the next guests, the Mauhasinans. Their presence elicited a slight reaction from the seated Emperor, it started with a singular raised eyebrow, followed by the subtle upturn of the corner of his mouth. These Nekojin would fetch high prices in the more exotic markets within the Empire. Then again so would the Kitsune-jin seated at the table.

The corner of his mouth twitched upward yet again, as the machinations formulated in his mind.

The most visible reaction came when Isambard Prince, and Charles Kesslee stepped into the Chamber. Isambard approached the table first, standing directly across from Shimizu, he knew it was no coincidence that the Aschen were seated directly across the Taiyou.

"Tennoheika..." Prince said quietly, the words forced and quite unlike the prideful utterances typical among the Aschen. These words, along with Prince's body language showed the briefest moment of defeat, humility. It was body language that was reinforced by the utterance of the words 'tennoheika'

Immediately following the words, Prince bowed slowly at the waist, gritting his teeth briefly and maintaining the bow until Shimizu stood up. "Emperor Isambard, welcome." Shimizu said, returning the bow, only then would Prince seat himself at his respective table.

Shimizu's voice was warm, despite the brief air of tension in the room, but the Taiyou Emperor kept his composure, and quietly returned to a seated position. His facial expression remained neutral for the time being, as his gaze moved towards the Emperor, and the towering armored guards he had with him. Shimizu didn't seem to express any change in his demeanor at their presence, rather he played the long con and offered a soft smile towards the Emperor of Man.

"Holy Emperor." Shimizu said smoothly. "While I admire the raw strength and power your armor gives you; I do not think these chairs can hold your weight." It was a subtle jab at the Emperor, one spoken with such brazen guile to almost become an open insult.

The subject quickly changed as Shimizu brought his attention to Thrawn, and the corner of his mouth twitched yet again, as he cast his gaze over towards the chair where the TNG Rep was going to sit.

"I didn't expect the Terrans to send anyone at all, but I am pleased you were able to join us, Grand Admiral." The Emperor said with a smile, before he slowly raised from his seat once more, adjusting the Obi where Tenchi-Ken was securely fastened. He offered another respectful bow to everyone in the room.

"I know my presence is unexpected, and introductions aren't needed for my esteemed Aschen allies, and Grand Admiral Thrawn... I am Emperor Takayama Shimizu, sovereign of the Empire of the Rising Sun, or Taiyou Empire if you prefer." Shimizu explained. "We have taken great interest in your galaxy, and I could not pass up an opportunity to meet with the sovereigns of it's resident powers."

Offering another warm smile, Shimizu continued. "And I assure you all... my intentions are entirely peaceful, we are not a warring people, but seek prosperity for all civilizations."

The lies rolled off of Shimizu's tongue effortlessly.

Lowering himself back into his seat, his gaze once more moved around the room, cold and analytical. He said nothing more, opting to let the others take it all in.

Tet'ris seemed to barely pay attention to Shimizu as he gazed at her. She was quite busy looking at everything else, as well as her own folder, while he studied her, though her guards remained almost motionless sans for the rotating sphere hovering over their body. When the Aschen entered, an ear twitched, and she looked toward Prince, observing the exchange in silence. A disarming smile slid across her face as she mentally made notes. She already knew what she was going to do, and it'd be simple.

Remaining silent, she let Shimizu finish his speeches. A remark toward the tall and heavily armored individuals was noted, and she made sure to keep the word Holy in mind as she adjusted her glasses. Religion could be touchy for some. Then, Terrans entered. This seemed to elicit a scowl on her face for a moment. All these unannounced guests were starting to unnerve her. She'd remember Grand Admiral.

Then the big commentary from Shimizu. Tapping a small stonelike rectangular object against the folder before her, she silently listened, but with intent. Ais'aell'ss had informed her of this sort of thing when they last had a Foreign Outlook meeting, and she was acutely aware of his words. Once he sat down, Tet'ris stood up. Adopting an innocent smile, she seemed to dust lint off one of her arms before adjusting her glasses with one hand by the hinge opposite. Then her arms folded behind her.

Thank you, Emperor Shimizu, for your introduction! For our first meeting, consider me impressed at your people's devotion to peace and prosperity for all civilizations. Your empire must be one rich in much besides material wealth!

Looking at the others assembled, she continued with a serious liveliness.

Now, hello to everyone! I am Tet'ris N'geli, the CT-10 for the Continuum, and I am pleased to make everyone's acquaintance if I've yet to do so. Though Continuum Theater is not so refined as that of some others in attendance here, I assure you our culture is no less developed, and I'd love to meet with each of you over refreshments of your choosing. I shall listen to all you tell me about yourselves!

With a motion that involved bringing one of her arms across her abdomen, palm facing down, just beneath her chest, in what seemed to be a cultural salute of some kind. She smiled disarmingly again and then sat back down, adjusting her glasses once she was seated.

”Interesting the number of peoples a conference to settle a mater between two peoples draws…” Seki started. Looking to the Taiyou and the Terrans she added ”Some of them quite unannounced…

Seki looked right at Shimizu. ”It was to be the Aschen hosting this venture… Not the Taiyou. To take over as you have makes me question your true reason for being here and the truthfulness of any words you just spoke. But you are not why I am here anyway.”

Turning her face from the Taiyou leader Seki spoke to the rest. ”The reason for this venture is to settle things between My People and the Imperium. I do hope relations can be made with every group here… But my main goal is to end this conflict with the Imperium before it grows out of hand.”

Seki paused and gave a grin. ”But it seems that protocol dictates that I introduce Myself now. I am Seki Holy Emperess of the Mauhasinian Empire and firstborn of the Goddess Bastakia.” She gestured with her hand to the right. ”To my right is Princess Kyritha Alterria, the Crown Princess of The Kingdom of Alterria, a client kingdom of the Empire.” She made a gesture to the left. ”To my left is Gila a member of the High council of the Desi Confederacy another client kingdom of the Empire.”

Seki smiled again. ”With all the surprises here tonight I guess it is only fair to add one more… I have invited some of My Peoples' friends and Allies from the Planet Origin. They should be here shortly.”

Almost as if the strands of fate itself moved at Seki's word, an Origin ship appeared. Maybe, if one had their sensors calibrated a certain way, or in a certain style, they might notice some weird irregularities further away, near the edge of the system, or maybe they wouldn't. However, any of those irregularities were well outside the imminent combat zone, but close enough to come nad help in a moment if they needed to.

The Origin ship that was heading down though was one of unique design. Forged from Dwarvern Hammers, Spun by Elven Magiweavers, and driven in a powerful spirit by human craftsman, the Royal Diplomatic Vessel The Hero's Grace came down towards the meeting sight. It had no weapons at all, visible or detectable on scans, though it did have the ability to deploy drones, which included repair and intercept drones. All of its systems and power not dedicated to flight and other systems, were purely on defense. Clearly, this ship was not meant to attack anything though, and posed absolutely no threat to the delegation short of landing right on top of them. However, it was heading towards a nearby landing zone, so the chances of that happening would require the planet itself shifting and reversing in the rotation of its axis, or the entire place with them in it teleporting right under it.

Basically, it was the least threatening ship there by all accounts, but at the same time, you could ram an asteroid into that thing and it would maybe get a scratch.

And then, as such, the group from Origin came and arrived. It appeared that, aside from the Royal Guard, they had three main members. The first was King Alexandrius Verrevia himself, wearing his diplomatic clothes. A fancy array appealing to the eyes, but without so much that makes him appear arrogant and snotty. Beside him was his Royal Bodyguard and leader of the Royal Guard, Atrinix Joore. Of the three of them, he was the only one that was armed, as he had a large sword on his back. Alexandrius himself sighed a little at that, if only because he felt it was entirely unneccessary, but Atrinix's job was to be paranoid and wary and prepared for all potentials.

And then, the last member was registered to be one of his stewards, that oversaw various government transactions and operations and kept everything running, Tyrios Arden. He seemed to be staying in the back, not really appearing that important, but he certainly had a major charismatic charm that was practically out of this galaxy.

"Hello, esteemed delegates of this peace conference" he said as they arrived, and then turned to the Mauhasinan party. "And thank you for inviting us to this meeting. It is always nice to have friends that think of each other".

Shimizu Takayama holds an unforeseen authority over the Emperor of the Aschen Empire. Isambard Prince is tense beneath his clothes as he renders a bow to Shimizu, and greets the man. Watching their interactions will prove to be interesting.

Thrawn lifted his chin slightly and then bowed slightly at the hip in respect to Shimizu as he was greeted. "Tenno Heika. Your presence likewise is rather unexpected, but not unpleasant." he responded calmly, moving to take his seat, his guards taking up positions where they could act quickly, and Kinara taking her place behind and to the right of Thrawn.

His glowing red eyes swept over everyone in the room, their cold, calculating gaze noticing even the smallest twitch of a muscle, and the change in infrared temperature or color of one's skin brought on by the shift of emotions. He blinked slowly, and reached a hand out. Kinara withdrew from her robes a note-book, and pen, and handed it to Thrawn. He placed it down on the table, opened it to a fresh page, and clicked the pen. It would be less rude, he believed, if he were to write down his observations, rather than type them on a data pad, and to take more careful notes for how things were shaping between each nation present.

Soon, however, it was his turn to introduce himself. Standing, he smoothed his uniform, and offered a small bow once more. "Greetings to you all. I am Grand Admiral Mitth'raw'nuruodo. Supreme Commander of the newly formed Terran Defense Force. You may address me by my Core name, Thrawn, or simply as Grand Admiral. I am here merely to observe, and, if the opportunity arises, find Terra an ally." he nodded. His head and eyes turned towards the final person to enter, a sort of King, it seemed, of a distant planet. His eyes narrowed, and he slowly sat back into his seat, scooting it in, and continuing to observe.

The female, calling herself Tet'ris of the Continuum, gives Thrawn a displeased glance, but then, that is not uncommon. Indeed, even Shimizu did not expect Thrawn to arrive at all. Kinara shifts slightly under her robes, but says nothing. It is possible she has spotted Shimizu's artifact, the Tenchi-Ken, and believes it to be a Light Saber.

Kinara's eyes, hidden under her hood, indeed had spotted the Tenchi-Ken on Shimizu's belt, and were observing it carefully. A lightsaber? A wooden one, no less? And with gems? It was surely an unconventional design. Her attention would be cut off by the speaking of the King of Origin and his entrance. She crossed her arms over her chest for a moment, raising one arm to let her fingers caress her chin in thought. Once more Kinara reached out with the Force, aiming to get a sense for King Alexandrius's intentions and general demeanor at the moment, hoping that he would be a benevolent, or peace-seeking individual.

The meeting would start soon, and the final pieces were falling into place.

All factions were now gathered, and even more unexpected guests had arrived. Under normal circumstances this was a disaster waiting to happen with everyone grabbing weapons and turning this into a free for all bloodbath. However everyone seemed rather placid in how events were unfolding...Or rather could care less if unwanted guests arrived. Standing next to the table the Emperor and the Primarchs simply stood near their identified seating arrangement next to their flag. Of course the chairs here was laughably small compared to the Goliath's that stood near them.

"It is understandable that not everything can be fully accommodated for. However we are fine with standing for this meeting." The Emperor simply spoke, of course they all knew the jab at them. A...Weight joke that people played. Of course this childish joke was easily ignored as there was more matters to attend to.

"I am the Emperor of the Imperium. Besides me are my sons, Roboute Guilliman Primarch of the Ultramarines and Lord Commander Of the Imperium. And Rogal Dorn, Primarch of the Imperial Fists and Praetorian Of Terra.” The Emperor introduced himself as his sons.

"Now that we are all here and introductions are over. We will begin the discussions starting with what our original purpose for coming here is. Empress Seki the First of the Mauhasinian Empire, we of the Imperium wish for a true peace treaty and ways to end this bad blood between our two nations before war is inevitable. I trust we can come to an agreement at the end of things.” The Emperor stated as he wished to get negotiations underway while people simply indulged in food And drink. Of course they did not need to eat for the moment so none of the Imperials were partaking in any of the food. They all seemed to be serious, as expected of a nation embroiled in never ending war against hostile Xenos species.

This was the start of this massive meeting, and who knows how long everyone would be there.

Shimizu quietly leaned back in his chair, folding his hands on the table as he listened to everyone before them. He didn't say much else besides his introduction; brows furrowing at Tetris' comment though. It seemed pleasant enough.

However it seemed that Seki was the one that got the most of a reaction from the Taiyou Emperor, as he leaned forward he simply offered a soft smile.

"I assure you, If my intentions were less than peaceful... The Taiyou Empire is a mighty force to be reckoned with. Entire galactic sectors have bent their knee in fealty at the mere mention of our arrival. Our army is unstoppable, and our Navy is without equal..." Shimizu cast his glance to Thrawn, and then back to Seki.

"If my intentions were less than noble, why dispense with the pleasentries? I would have simply conquered your worlds."

After a brief pause, Shimizu returned to the conversation at hand.

"Nevertheless... this galaxy has been rife with war for as long as I can remember." Shimizu commented, before turning his attention to Thrawn for the briefest of moments.

Aeka too shifted, but her gaze was affixed to Kinara, she sensed something strange about the woman, and Aeka's eyes narrowed slightly behind the dark purple visor that obscured them, psychic energy welling up from within the woman, a rolling boil that was quickly turned down into a simmer, a distinct disturbance in psionic aura fluttered around the Taiyou Princess.

But it quickly dissipated, as the woman shifted her weight from one foot, to the next.

"As the Lord Sovereign of the sole remaining superpower in this galaxy." Prince said, casting an intense glare to Shimizu. "The United Aschen Empire supports the Imperium's of Man's desire to sue for peace, we know the terrible scourge that war can bring to our doorsteps, and we have tirelessly striven to ensure that war never reaches our worlds."

Clearing his throat. "Our... Taiyou and Terran compatriots in this room, would do well to remember this indisputable fact." Prince commented, before glancing briefly to Tetris.

"The United Aschen Empire is open to new friendships, as well as strengthening existing alliances. So long as the terms can be found amicable by our august Quorum."

Prince seemed to look directly at Tetris when he mentioned strengthening existing alliances, what he was considering at the moment was a mystery, even Kesslee stood like a statue, dead silent behind him. Shimizu too appeared to be briefly, but distinctly uncomfortable, Shimizu appeared deep in thought, plotting something.

Tet'ris, upon noticing Prince's gaze and Shimizu's momentary break in confidence, gave Prince a head tilt in response. She said nothing, however, preferring to not to give anything away. She instead decided to take in the conversation about to occur between the Imperium and the Mauhasinians, neither of whom she was viewing particularly highly at the moment. This exchange was sure to color her opinion of each based on what she witnessed.

Kyritha said something to Seki in Mauhasinian and Seki gave her a nod. Kyritha stepped forward and looked at those gathered the humans most of all. Then she spoke. "I had been wondering what it would be like to meet other powers and other humans ever since her Holiness told me of this meeting... As I am now here I am reminded of a story my mother once told me... It goes that a man walked up a tall mountain with his pride. With every step his pride told him how strong he was and to take one more step to prove it. Step after step he walked his pride in his ear until at last he reached the top overlooking a cliff. Again his pride spoke telling him he was strong take another step. The man listened to his pride and his foot hit nothing but air.... Down... down he fell His pride had lead him to his doom..."

Kyritha paused looking at everyone. "We are all of us standing on a cliff..."

Kinara's attempt to reach out would prove to be an unexpected result, to say the least. Although she would likely be able to sense a general feeling towards an aura of desiring peace and safety, ultimately it was as if his thoughts, his mind, his essence was being shielded from such probing. It was not so much protecting the fact he desired peace though, but rather the general information he carried about Origin, his plans, his ways of negotiation and diplomacy. She herself was not being blocked specifically, nor was what she was going for however.

And so, Alexandrius began to form his own opinions. First was of Thrawn, who appeared to be well spoken and polite. A plus for his diplomatic repitroire, it seemed he had already started the negotiations, as well as many others. Of course, the "official" talks had not started yet, but anyone with an inkling of diplomacy knows that all talks are official talks, all words can be used, all body language read. Thrawn was proving to be interesting, intelligent, and considering the opinions of others. Alex judged that he would be one of the biggest pushers of his agenda, and had the demeanor to get things done as the man in question introduced himself. "It is a pleasure to meet you, Grand Admiral Thrawn".

And then, there were the others. The Emperor did not name himself, and only refered to himself as The Emperor of the Imperium. A play to make people use his title, call him Emperor when they were all equals? Or did he give up his name when he took the throne? Something to consider, but it appeared he was going to be more direct, as he went straight to bringing up the start of the diplomatic talks. Alexandrius really was not sure what to lean towards his diplomatic skill, as it remained neutral at the moment to him. However, his directness was a bit refreshing, so that would certainly not be ignored either. That said, he was also willing to sit down from across his long time enemy and talk about peace, so that was good as well.

Then came the Emperor of the Taiyou, Shimizu, which was...alarming. Bragging, showboating, basically saying he could crush everyone? Already, Alexandrius and any good diplomat would be able to tell he already lost huge diplomatic capital for this peace talks, and was probably in the lowest position of power now as a result. After all, no one would give him much if any leeway after making threats like that.

There was also was the Aschen. He also issued a subtle threat, claiming they were the sole remaining superpower, which was also very much not true from what he knew. Between The Continuum and others, there were quite a few. However, he managed to redeem some political capital in ALexandrius' eyes by mentioning his knowledge of the ravages of war, and showing relatability for the desire for peace.

Tet'ris, of the Continuum, did not really speak up at this moment, but Alexandrius found that to speak volumes as well. She was waiting for others to speak, to learn more and form opinions of them, before she made her move. Someone careful and cautious, he respected that, but was also wary of it. When she spoke, her voice would likely carry much weight and could shift the entire conversation if done right.

And then there was his already longtime ally and friend of Origin, Seki, as well as her companion. He very much enjoyed the poetic way she said things, showing her intent through elegance and grace. A warning about pride, and a lesson in modesty. A very good opening in his opinion, and he geuninely admitted so. "That was quite beautiful, and quite insightful. Thank you for sharing with us that wisdom".

"Now, I must admit, the Imperium does make a good point in that we should start the diplomatic talks" Alexandrius then said gracefully. "We should begin the peace talks. The first matter of which, I think going over trade agreements and protections should be the first we cover, or perhaps agreements over the protection and assurances of independence for the independent and refugee status worlds".

And now, Alexandrius had made his own small suggestion, trade agreements. But this was no random suggestion. If trade agreements were to be established first in these diplomatic talks, if the various empires and worlds were to be linked, they would be far less likely to be wiling to attack and threaten each other. After all, if they get gains and benefits by peacefully existing with each other, then they would be far less likely to go to war with each other. Of course, he was only giving a suggestion, making sure not to sound like he was imposing his will. But he had also slipped in an alternative option mentioned, making it appear there were more options. And that option was the guarentee that all members of this treaty would respect, not impose on, and give freedom to worlds marked as "Independent" or "Refugee" worlds.

He was already on the move, both waiting patiently, and trying to help the talks flow towards topics that would help result in peace. Not imposing, not leading the others, but simply bringing up ideas, points, that any nation would want to discuss, and also ensure that they leaned towards peace in the end.

  1. No real dialogue, no change in diplomatic capital. But the polite nod has been noted as a minor positive at least.

The introductions continue, and everyone is seated. Before Silence can set in, the Mauhasinian representatives give an analogy that she believes to apply to everyone in the room. She is wrong. While what she said could be applied to the Aschen and Taiyou Empires for certain, the same cannot be said for Thrawn. The Chiss has brought little to the table, and therefore cannot stand on the edge of this proverbial cliff. The other factions, likewise, do not seem to be as conceited or outwardly confident as the Aschen and Taiyou. Regardless, tension in the room rises with her statement, and Thrawn narrows his eyes slightly to observe.

Thrawn inclined his head in a polite nod to the King of Origin when he gave a greeting to the Grand Admiral, and then folded his hands in a steeple as he leaned back into his seat, and allowed the proceedings of this meeting to start.

Kinara got what she was looking for from her little Force Probe of the King of Orgin, and then switched her focus to Aeka - there was something off about that woman. The Force flowed differently around her. She wasn't necessarily Force Sensitive... but perhaps she was close. Psychic? Maybe. Not wanting to trigger anything unwanted, Kinara held off on probing further, and allowed herself to even out within the Living Force.

Looking to Thrawn's note-book, she blinked. He'd already filled a page and a half with observations about those around him, and the meeting had hardly even been called to order. He was as incredible as he was a mystery. Worth the legends that circled him. She lowered the hand from her chin to let both arms lay across her chest in a neutral posture. The Clones around them remained eerily still aside from the subtle turning of their heads as they observed the room's goings on passively, and communicated silently between themselves.
