Joey and C.J Jackel. two completely different people, yet so much the same. one having the power over Ice and the other fire. and a few other abilities as well.

Description

both have the same deep black hair. having the same eyes and skin color is a given. but the difference in the way they walk is substantial. in no way are they the same in personality. Joey has his hair cut short to his shoulders, while C.j has his down to his shoulder blades. a mere four inches difference. Joey is the quiet calculated one. dressing in a sweater, and bluejeans. as C.J dresses in punk T-shirts with logos, and trip pants. one wearing dress shoes, while the other, combat boots.

Personality

Joey having been the first born usually takes the lead in most of the things the twins do. but He has a violent side. when angry he lashes out. losing his calm nature for a bit. he likes reading, and is usually very tidy. his hatred of all things messy has driven C.J to near madness at times. C.J on the other hand is obnoxious, loud and very open minded. and opinionated. he speaks his mind whether it's a harsh comment or a compliment. he cares little of what Joey does, as long as it has nothing to do with his room, or his life. he's into fighting. having taken on more then he can handle at times.

Equipment

both carry the same custom made duel pistols their father had made for them. on each set their initials carved into the casings. Joey taking an interest in the martial arts. had several swords made for his. one being a four foot katana, another being the dagger he has on his waist at all times. his sword having an equal purpose on his back. C.j carries his Claymore with ease, and has a rifle glued to his back where ever he goes.

History

Joey and C.J were born in the slums of the Pominix district of the galaxy Eva. right beside the old weigh station for the Federation. their birthday was not recorded. but they know they were born on august 8 of 2054. their parents were gone by the time their foster family found them, in turn housing and treating the boys like their own sons. even going as far as to send them to school in the Terra region. now, they're eighteen, and ready to take on the world.

The Jackel Twins entered the bar. Joey pushing C.j's head through the entrance as they rush the nearest open table. "hey, so what did you do with that biscuit?" C.j asked. having brought a couple from campus. it sucked having your twin going to the same school. but each made a few guidelines for each to follow whilst they do. Joey reached in his pocket and threw the bread to his brother, and laughed. "we should be practicing. your exam is today. and mine tomorrow. do you want to fail?

{Joey grumbled low as to why they were at a bar? he hated the crowded dwelling as much as he hated C.j's room. and that was a totally different hell zone he quickly ordered a non alcoholic drink, soon taking heat for it.

C.j saw his brother's order and whispered harshly. "Hey asshole, we're at a bar! order something with a little more kick. geez. you act like we've never drank before." he ordered a brown whistler. a whiskey and rum concoction. he had his own recipe book for drinks in his wallet. but now he had a hunting blade on the table top and was stabbing through the open spaces of his fingers.

The Jackel Twins sat at a booth in the back. both of them playing a card game. the cards, made out of ice. Joey having gotten bored and made one, and C.j getting the idea.
joey: "we should be studying..." he said as he threw down an eight of clubs.

C.j: "you book worm. we should be drinking. why did they send us so far up anyway? we could have gone to a school at the colony." he said and then shouted "HA!" as he laid the eight of hearts. "Gin."

The Jackel Twins joey took the pair of eights and placed them neatly on the side. he then took the shot glass next to the deck of ice. and blew on it, before saying "Gin." he slugged the drink. and winced.

C.j tossed the hand on the table. the thin ice shattering. "Fuck this game. let's play with fire!" he said as he ran his finger along the table top. a line of flames trailed from his finger tip, and edged it's way to his twin.

Joey put his finger to the trail and the flame quickly froze in place. the fire frozen in an intricate pattern. "Let's not try to burn the place down shall we?" he said. drinking a mix of coke and rum he ordered. "And no bar fights. last time i had to pull a merc of you."

C.j made a face at his twin. saying "You didn't have to do shit, i had his ass on lock." he removed his custom .45 from his hip, only to have a hand fly from the other side of the table and smack him across the face.

Joey put his hand back on the table top. "You stupid fuck. don't wave that thing in puplic. you might attract unwanted attention." he shook his head, and whispered. "Jesus you're dull."

Joey took a look around the bar. watching his brother from the corner of his eye. "Why are we hear again?" he asked. He was bored, and began to freeze his fingers together, then splitting them apart.

C.j laughed. and said. "To get some older pussy! duh." he then got up. then approached the Wolf with a necklace on "hey little guy? what are you doing in a bar?" he said. then looked over to his twin and shouted. "Hey joe, I found a dog!"

Joey looked down, shouting to his twin. "hey do you feel that? the floorboards are shaking..." as he was talking. a bunch of tentacles flew at him from the floor, and in reflex, he froze them with a wave of his hand. "Shit! GO!"

C.j looked up from the wolf, and saw the frozen vine-like strains frozen under the table him and his twin were sitting at. Joey having hopped into the next both was brushing at his leg. one of the tentacles had wrapped around his ankle.

C.j swung his arm, and a thin line of fire sped from his fingers. it struck at the vine around his twin's leg, and he was running to Joey's side.

Joey flinched. any time C.j fired at him, he expected to get burned. "Watch it!" he shouted. as the line of flame severed the tentacle. he looked down and saw the welts it had left on his ankle. "C.j. you know the deal. Kill those clowns."

C.j nodded. and jumped. grabbing the side of a rafter. he pulled himself, then Joey up. they both had to dive back down and cover their ears as they made their way closer to the clowns. and what looked like a bubble with them in it.

Joey made the first attempt at breaking the barrier. he aimed his hand just a few inches under the edge of it. at the ground, and let a sharp tipped rob of ice grow from his palm. it peirced the floorboards. and he yanked up on it. in effect the ice stopped growing in the first direction, and turned upwards to try and under assault.

C.j erupted in flames, and ran at the barrier. sending a fire coated fist into the bubble. it made a loud Clap as it struck. but other then that. nothing. he got frustrated and began pounding on it from all sides, also dodging the tentacles.

joey felt the ice he had attacked the barrier with shatter. "Damn it." he seethed. then backed up seeing the bubble get incased in what he knew were tree roots.

C.j had to jump back as the barrier was encased in roots. and shouted at Garsith "Watch your fucking tree branches god damn it!" he hopped on top of the bubble and aimed his hands down. an acrobatic one came at him before he could fire into the mess of bubble and branch. and shouted in surprise as a black orb of what ever it was came rushing at it's face. he pulled a james bond ove, ducking. then firing a ball of incineration at the attacking clown.

Joey noticed The Ringmaster and smiled. "check." he spread his fingers, and long slivers of ice grew from the tips. he flung his arms forward. sending Eight of the projectiles at him.

Joey stooped down, and slapped the ground. as he rose, a wall of thick ice warded the demon clowns fire, and would stop the claws for a bit.

C.j had ran up on the clowns that merged. and in a spin had jumped, and would drop kick the thing. sending all the fire he had around him at it as well.

Joey walked in the building with a smile, followed behind by his twin brother. They quickly walk to the back, and find a booth open, and spacious enough to hold more then two patrons.

[b]C.j[b/] walked a few inches behind, a quizzical look on his face, as he gazed at the cicular plate sized green stone in his hand. "What's the deal with this rock man? what do we do with it?" he had found his twin holding the stone a few hours ago, and this goofy smile on joey's face. at first C.j thought some one had gotten him high. but when he took the stone he felt extremely happy, like there wasn't a thing bad in the world as they walked to gambit's for their break.

joey sat lazily in the booth, and held out his hand to take the stone back. "I don't know what to do with it." he said, frankly. He didn't care either. he had the stone. and placed it on the table top. first freezing a stand for it in ice. and placing it carefully on the frozen pedestal.

C.j watched this, and snorted. "Why does a rock need a stand?" he sat with a heavy thump into the opposite side of the booth. and fucsed on the stone. "Is it expensive at least?" he asked. The only thing that stone seemed to do was put him in a good mood. A good mood is all in good fun, but what about their money issues? tuition is due, and he and Joey didn't want to ask the family for another twenty grand for the year. "I say we sell it. Make us a shit load of money. and then we don't have to bother dad for tuition money."

The Jackel Twins sat in silence. examining eachother, then the stone then each other again

C.J reached into his front pocket and drew a cigarette. lighting it with his fingertip. he took a quick few drags, and spoke, smoke rolling from his lips as he did. "I'm going to sell it. We need the money, and we might actually be able to go on a vacation. maybe to the blue galaxy. You listening! The Blue Galaxy man! that's the place all the richies go when their loaded!" he made to grab the stone but his hand was slapped against the table, then frozen to it.

Joey removed his hand from his twin's, then slapped the cigarette from his other hand. "I'm not selling it. Besides. our tuition money came in yesterday. i've had forty saved from when we took that job at the weigh station. As for your little idea of The Blue Galaxy. That place isn't at all what the ads say it is." he knew nothing in actuallity about the vacation spot. but he had no intention of letting the stone go. he would keep it. and in time would figure out why the man had given it to him. he remembered the meeting. a man had caught him out side Satin Academy, and had spoken to him in quick words. "Hey, you look like an unhappy guy. no doubt you are? Well i'm in a bind, and i have this." he had held the stone out like it was a present. "Take it. and all your depression will go away. i swear. now here." the stone dropped into Joey's hands like a slowly falling feather. As soon as he touched it. He lost all his doubts, his insecurities. For the first time in his school year. he wasn't stressed about exams, or quizzes. he was happy. then the man just ran away. Tha's when his twin found him.

Joey picked the stone up. and examined it closely. It had an oval shape. made intirely of a green hard substance, and as big as a head. It looked like a dinosaur egg. only much bigger. he could see through it somewhat. and peered through it to look at his twin trying to pull his hand off the table. he watched. but lost focus as the clearity dissapeared. and the inside misted as if smoke had been blown into it. then he felt a sadness he had never felt. and started crying. "Why did mom and dad tell us? why didn't they say we were just their kids. not some stranger's." he laid his head on the table and cried.

C.J yanked his hand free, and watched his twin's break down. "Dude...What are you spouting about?" he then took the stone. he felt nothing, but the cold rock in his fingers. he looked through it and saw every thing. the ceiling. his twin. then again it misted. as soon as it did. C.j Dropped the stone on the table. "What the hell is up with this rock." he asked.

Joey snapped out of his depression as soon as the stone lef his hands. "What was that about?" he asked himself. he knew he had no feelings towards their real parents. and he loved the Jackels. the family that took them in. but what had he been crying about?

The Jackel Twins sat arguing now, each having totally mixed ideas on what to do with the stone.

C.J had watched Kira Grey enter. and got to his feet. "You figure out what to do with it then. you idiot. but if that thing makes you cry one more time. I'm getting rid of it." he then walked to the girl, ad sat at the table. "Hello ma'am. may i join you, wait. Do you go to Satin Academy?" he looked her up and down.

Joey sat looking at the stone. wondering if his twin was serious about trashing it if he cried again. "stupid asshole." he said. he then picked up the stone. and the pedestal he had made for it, of ice. and went to the bar. carrying it close to his chest. he sat at the stool in front of a counter, and waited for a tender.

Joey watched his twin from the bar. and laughed seeing the girl he went to talk to kissing another boy. "Rejected." he whispered.

C.j bowed. and said "Well then i'll let you two have at it." laughing he looked to where he left his twin. with a loud "Shit!" he said. and ran to the booth. he loked about the bar. then cursed himself. Joey sat at the bar with that damned stone on its little stand. he briskly walked up to him, and swatted him in the back of the head. "Don't ever dissapear like that asshole. you're too pretty to be left alone in a bar."

Joey noticed the two women, and poked his twin. they were acting suspicious and he wondered if they were looking for the stone. [b]Kiera Hunt and Callysta Crowe sat not too far from the twins.

C.j had noticed them after his twin's hard poke to his side. "What?" he said a bit coldly. then he noticed the same two women. "Shit Joey what did you get us into?" he grabbed his twin and dragged him to the stair well. the second woman didn't seem to notice them as they left. but to be sure. C.J had Joey get his ability ready. just in case.

joey had to sit down. his stomach starting to hurt. "And i thought they were after us." he said. taking his arm back from his twin. he made his way back to the bar. and ordered a non alcoholic drink.

C.J shook his head. and laughed a bit more. "Dude, that had me startled. why do you have to scare me like that? now spill it. where did you get the stone? if you're that paranoid. i know it couldn't have come from an honest means."

Joey led C.j to another booth. and explained to him the meeting he had outside of the school. and for a second. C.j looked like he'd set his twin on fire "You stupid son of a bitch! haven't you ever heard that expression, Don't take things from strangers!" what if that guy comes back and wants the fucking stone? hmm? he'd no doubt kill you for it."

The Jackel Twins both looked down at A rat Joey had caught. and let it sit on the stone.

C.J watched the rat. then turned to the rest of the bar. "ya know, i got two states of mind. stoned and asleep. first i hit that sweet leaf, then i have nice dreams..." he had begun to sing.

Joey knew that song, and begun to sing along. soon the twins were in harmony. and sang aloud in beautiful voices. "When i get up, i wake'n'bake. take a piss, then shake. my clock stopped at 4:20. what'chu want me to say!"

The Jackel Twins runs together through Gambit's. Each taking scry shots at each other's heads.

C.j jumped behind a table, just as four ten inch long icicles came piercing through the metal table top. he then hopped over to another table. launching a huge fire sphere that engulfed the path leading to his twin. "You mother fucker! i'll kill you for sure this time!"

Joey stood readying himself for the projectile. as it came close to hitting him. he swung both his arms in a wind mill motion. and ice grew from the floor in a thick layer around his front. creating a shield of sorts. The fire crashed over the ice barrier and was cut in half. spreading the inferno in two other directions "Just try it asshole!" He screamed back at his brother. he then rose his foot in a vertical split. and slapped his foot on the ground with a loud CLAP A line of crystal blue glistening ice snaked its way toward the other twin hiding behind a bench.
