Toshya Garcielle Marigold slipped inside, black cloak up, enveloping and shielding her from view as she took a seat in the nearest booth to the door, grey eyes peering out, curiously at the establishment with some amount of hostility. She sighed softly and relaxed a little, seeing it was quieter than usual.

Toshya Garcielle Marigold raised and eyebrow as the black, cloaked figure stepped inside. She sighed from beneath the veil of her hood, sweeping herself into a small booth and staring around before lowering her hood. Long tumbling hair cascaded downwards and steely grey eyes swept the bar, wearily.

Toshya Garcielle Marigold looked to Toxic and eyed her over. The young vampiress shook her head, "Not at all, Miss."She said politely. She gave a small smile and remarked, "Be nice to have some company."She told her quietly and watched the bar.

Toshya Garcielle Marigold watched silently from a rooftop, glassy eyed and she kept her hood up, v eiling her features. Wasn't often people came here and she smirked to herself. How peculiar. She made her way down, into a side alley and watched proceedings, staying totally silent and she was more than aware that this was risky. She looked down for a second then back.

Toshya Garcielle Marigold stared at the now apparent body. Toshya had seen death, yes. But it had been in the spur of the moment! Kill or be killed! She felt herself draw back, determined not to be seen, though her startled gasp was a slight giveaway. She stared at the bloodied body and then at the Doctor. She turned her face away and winced. She didn't want to see a dissection or anything like that.

She was young still, perhaps about seventeen, at most, if looks were anything to go by and that was being generous. She swallowed thickly and blinked, looking to the bird, jumping and catching herself, staring at the bird, reaching out a hand though she didn't invade it's space. "You're far too pretty to be in a place like this."She murmured, rummaging in a pocket, some biscuit finding it's way out and she crumbled it up, offering it to the bird, bewildered.

Toshya Garcielle Marigold jumped slightly at being addressed and looked at this new woman, eyeing her over. She looked back to the bird calmly and attempted to stroke it's feathers gently before pondering her response. Daughter? Well, now, that was something she had not been looked at as for a long time and she glanced to the little gaggle of people. "Stealth approach, Madam?"She remarked, politely and let the bird finish the biscuit and looked to the Doctor and body, blinking, a little fearful almost. "I suppose. The bird distracted me however. Such a patient, pretty creature should not be in these parts." She took down her cloak hood.

Fair skinned and haired, with very steely grey eyes, Toshya watched the woman, curiously and then the others, cocking on eyebrow, unsure of what to make of the event and she kept wary, chewing her lip and sighing.

Toshya Garcielle Marigold blinked, Mama? She looked rather bewildered and confused but let it settle within her, that was usually better than asking endless questions. She frowned to herself and watched her carefully, still wary. She wasn't used to people being around here, or at least, not used to running into them like this. She adjusted her hair and watched the little crowd, doing her best to keep her gaze off of the corpse at hand. She debated on revealing her name and decided her last name would suffice for now. The less people who knew her, the better.

"Marigold."

"The bird is your's, sir?"She watched the bird and it's master, "No one belongs here. Especially not such a beautiful creature."She mused a little. "Too dark and grey a place."She muttered.

Toshya Garcielle Marigold shook her head to Ican, calmly, "That bird will do you good, sir."She had no idea how she knew this, she just did. "Does he not have a name?"She tilted her with a soft frown gracing her features, stepping out of the shadows and eyed the mutilation in the name of science. She blinked, distastefully at the Doctor before she sighed and looked to Ivan, questioningly. "Such a creature deserves a name, worthy of it's looks, do you not think?"She remarked.

Toshya Garcielle Marigold shook her head slightly, "Not even a nickname?"She said, approaching the bird, rather than Ivan, looking it over and smiling, dociley before looking to Ivan, "And why are you here?"She asked, raising an eyebrow. She glanced to the other's, some seemed to be departing and she narrowed her gaze, suspicious.

"And I am sure you have a name, sir. Why is this bird any different?"She prompted him, looking over her shoulder to the place she called 'home' a deserted old flat. She was lucky it had not completely caved in on her and she sighed a bit. She would have to move soon, or start slugging it on the streets.

Toshya Garcielle Marigold raised an eyebrow, "I meant a nice nickname."She said, looking to the bird, hiding a giggle at it. "Your sorry ass, hmm?"She mused and shook her head. She sighed and shook her head, "And what if you born a mute?"She prompted him calmly, "You would still have a name."She looked to the bird, fondly and rached out a hand, running her fingertips over the soft feathers. "What is your name?"She looked to Ivan, expectantly.

Toshya Garcielle Marigold raised an eyebrow at the bird and laughed slightly. "People would give you a name, so you would have many, my dear."She told him. "Ivan?"She mused on the name and nodded, still hesitant on giving her first name. She had received a lot of teasings for it as a child and whatnot. "Marigold."She dipped her head. "It'll be dark soon. These parts are not favourable at night, Ivan."She said and smirked to the bird, "For man or bird."She watched him.

Toshya Garcielle Marigold raised an eyebrow at his laughter and looked to the bird, "How do you put up with it?"She muttered and smiled a little. "Worse for a girl?"She tilted her head, "Not if she knows how to hide."She pointed to the flat. It wasn't remotely safe looking. "You're more than welcome to stay the night, both of you. Be nice to have company, for a first, and one that is not trying to kill me."She said, ignoring their puffed up egos. "Plenty biscuit as well."She addressed the bird.

Toshya Garcielle Marigold blinked as the bird flitted off and she smiled slightly, nodding to him and pulling her cloak up, ducking inside the flat and she was quick to grab up some biscuit before the place could be trashed by a hungry bird and she crumbled some up, putting it into a little bowl. In all honesty there was nothing in. The main room was the warmest, the fireplace homing a toasty fire, a mattress was sprawled in the side, a worn out chair close to the window, torn drapes. Bits and bobs littered the place. "I'm sorry it's not really...Anything but..."She trailed off.

Toshya Garcielle Marigold shook her head, "Take the mattress."She brandished a hand. "I'm more than used to sleeping on the chair, Ivan."She mumbled and sighed. She settled herself on the chair and remarked, "So, you are a man of the sea?"She asked, "And bird of course."She added with a small smirk. She glanced around and pulled the drapes over, flopping down on the couch again, undoing her cloak and tucking her legs up, tying her fair curls back, watching Ivan.

Toshya Garcielle Marigold eyed him and smiled a bit, "I've never seen the ocean. I have heard about it."She grinned a little, almost wistful. "Oh, any stories or brave tales you have to tell, I'm all ears."She grinned at him. She raised an eyebrow. Girl of the slums? He wouldn't be far off. "I suppose so."She sighed, "I remember growing up away from here, something happened and I became a mystery to people. I;ve lived here nearly ten years. So yes."She murmured.

"I suppose you;re right. I'm a tough girl. I'll cope."

Toshya Garcielle Marigold smiled at him brightly and her eyes glittered, "I would like that, a lot."She said and looked to his bird and then Ivan. She sighed and murmured, "I would be forever in your debt. i've lost too many friends around here. This place is haunted."She said, looking around the flat, "I barely sleep."She muttered and laughed a little at his joking around, smiling. It had been a long time since she had laughed or smiled like this. Scraping a living wasn't really much of a way for her to live.

Toshya Garcielle Marigold leant on the arm of the chair, "Scare off ghosts, Ivan?"She watched him and tilted her head, "That's possible?"She said, rather bewildered. These ghosts were pleasant mostly, but just refused her sleep, wanting attention more than to scare Toshya. She shurgged a bit and yawned, "I never knew you could scare ghosts."

Toshya Garcielle Marigold giggled a little, not sure whether she should believe him or not but there was comfort in the notion. She looked to the bird and laughed, "Well, there'll always be biscuit around here if you're ever passing by."She told him with a small, satisfied nod. "I don't usually have people around here. They avoid it."She told Ivan and shrugged a little, "Like I said, this place shouldn't have enjoyable beings in it."
