Description

-------------------------------------------------------------
Information
-------------------------------------------------------------
Appearance
Werat'te is about 5'2" by Human standards, and looks relatively light. She also has the most perfect hourglass of a body, certainly a good ratio. Curvy and attention grabbing. She sports two ears and a tail, these a trait universal to all At'tecian. Her uniform is a dark gray color; a militaristic shirt and skirt combined, the shirt being somewhat tight. She also sports a plaid tie to compliment plaid shoulder and wrist cuffs. Her skirt bears strips of plaid material, and all this lovely plaid is a hue of red similar to her eyes. She also possesses gloves on her hands that are light gray in color, and both flexible and comfortable despite covering the entire hand.

She has dull gray thighhighs and combat boots in a matching hue as well. The boots themselves appear to be mostly made of material, but have wicked amounts of metal placed on them for protection. A garrison hat finishes the outfit, dull gray with a plaid covering. The state of the uniform and it's logo is befitting of a high ranking official.

Personality
Werat'te acts very easygoing and is somewhat naive, occasionally sleeping during morning meetings and referring to almost everyone she meets as "friends", which leads to many others to underestimate her. She is also known, however, for her explosive temper. Despite her oftentimes childish behavior, she doesn't hesitate to enforce ruthlessness when and where needed. Of note is that Werat'te has an obsession with Flawless Oranges, and is known for her tantrums that she throws if she does not get one every day, as feared by most every sane Continuum resident. This obsession is taken further with a Flawless Orange being the item that needs to be extracted from enemy territory in training missions.

In battle, her strategies baffle her many leading military strategists, much to their chagrin as she often disposes of their well-made plans in favor of more exotic ones. A nutcase to some, a brilliant person to others. She does have a discriminatory streak at times though. She was responsible for designing the Continuum itself, the idea and laws mostly of her doing to end a longstanding war and unite nearby entities to prepare for future growth.

-------------------------------------------------------------
Equipment
-------------------------------------------------------------
Weapon: C'rys'lon Cavaley
A powerful Continuum pistol designed by the Crystonlis mainly for use by ranking officials in the Continuum Military, it is a special pistol that boasts no recoil and a large magazine thanks to Crystalline technology. The pistol fires medium sized Octahedron-shaped crystal shards that are sharp enough to puncture and outright ignore most kinds of armor, allowing them to embed inside a target. The shards then detonate once embedded, exploding into hundreds of smaller and sharp shards for disemboweling the target.

Weratte 'Ironclad' Ngeli's Story

Weratte 'Ironclad' Ngeli had already set up an operations perimeter around the Library.
General Debezner! Status report. Is the perimeter secure?
she apparently barked to a general who was taller than her. He nodded and explained.
Good. Keep it secure. I shall go in and storm the library in the name of obtaining the books we need.

The general nodded and had the whole army there ready. There were at least 18 Platoons of at least 15 Men per there, each on very heavily armed and armored. There were also several advanced looking catapults, tanks, and various other war machines. Lastly, there was one extra large PIXIV Cannon.

Weratte gather a group of elite robotic bodyguards and entered the library, storming in.

General Debezner activated some other equipment built into what looked like rocks. These rocks emitted an energy that created an energy shield around the PIXIV Cannon and the Catapults near it. The most powerful, costly, and vulnerable, weapons on the field. To most, there was no shield to be seen though it did exist.

He then had everyone else get ready by speaking through an intercom sitting atop one of the tanks that he was in.
Ironclad Elites! Keep this area secure! Should we come under attack and take a loss, saving the Lady is our first priority. We have superior firepower. We will not go down without a fight. We have heard there are those who'd try to stop us, as this is not our turf, but they know nothing. We'll own this little planet soon enough!

With that, he ducked back into his tank, and the soldiers got ready, their heavy powered armor and very large weapons (whether clubs or ranged) all set to go. Foreign lands always had them do this wherever they went.

Snipers were no match against the armor worn. Some of the squads of soldiers actually looked more like robots them soldiers. A large radar dish was being operated by a team within the shield, scanning the area with Gravity and Wave Fluctuations.

They didn't pick up anything yet.

Most of the troops were thrown to the ground from the explosions, the various tanks budged a bit, remaining mostly undented. The Catapults and PIXIV Cannon inside the shield saw the projectiles bounce off harmlessly. The general popped his head up from his tank.
Come on soldiers! We're under attack already I daresay! Get into ready positions and be on the lookout for more overhead ammunition! If we take too much more, we might lose some stuff!
he stated as he looked around and ducked back into the tank.

What did happen was the radar turned to where the ammunition came from, thus alerting the Catapults placed alongside it. They all turned to face, as did most of the tanks. The soldiers could do nothing at that far a distance though (apart from taking more shells).

Despite those EMP charges launched at them likely hitting, the Catapults fired something loaded onto them. The Confederate Soldiers would find several hastily made wooden crates land around them, with absolutely nothing happening. In fact, the crates were light, and filled with stuffed animals of all shapes and sizes, the writing on the boxes was hastily scrawled and poorly done handwiriting that said
Code: Select all
Friendly Friends~!

The general and the troops noticed the EMP interference with their things.
Drats! Men! We've been EMPed!
he exclaimed over the loudspeaker, stating the obvious in a humorous way. With the radar down, the Catapults had to blind fire. Luckily, some of their packages as mentioned already made their mark.

The PIXIV Cannon turned, fully charged, to face the Mechs, firing a very large beam capable of hitting multiple targets to try and take most out.

The Shield remained up, but was less effective against bullets, and the Catapults took some hits. Luckily, reinforcing that Weratte simply insisted on against her military advisor's wishes saved them in this pinch.

The crates they launched earlier that were sadly ignored by the enemy soldiers would explode in several small scale Neutron Bombs pretty much right next to them.

The soldiers, despite their armor, all took cover in better locations as well, giving precise and quick counter-fire. The tanks practically tap-danced with how maneuverable they were, and quickly got into position to fire at the mechs as well with "Eruption Missiles", missiles that, upon exploding, not just blew up, but also spilt a very molten and hot lava like liquid.

The PIXIV Cannon fired it's shot and was now subject to the balancing rule, and thus, roughly 3 minutes of recharge. It'll be out for a bit. In the meantime...

...the Catapults that still stood for the most part launched more wooden crates to the cover positions in blind firing. Some crates were on mark, others...well...not so much, as a small portion of their own forces were disintegrated by close range Neutron Bombs.

The tanks tap-danced (this time literally, for that comedic effect) to better position, switching ammunition types to "Bomb Chuckers". A "Bomb Chucker" was simply a large pack of explosives such as TNT tied together and lobbed at the target.

Lastly, the troops remained in their spots behind cover, only peering out when taking shots from their slightly modified Pulse Carbines.

The fire from the bombs was only somewhat affecting them, namely, the weakened soldiers that were caught in their own friendly Neutron Bombs. With their armor compromised, the flames were able to claim them.

The tanks, and anything behind the shield, remained standing in the midst of the flames. Most of the soldiers with non-compromised suits also stood strong.

The forces around the Library stood their ground, they didn't budge at all.

Soon, Weratte herself exited the library with a large bookbag full of books and made her way to the most heavily armored vehicle there, an Earwig, and climbed in along with her escorts. The entire military group they had there, then covered the vehicle as they retreated in the opposite direction.

Weratte 'Ironclad' Ngeli entered the room and found one of the few remaining empty seats. By her side were two bodyguards, both very well armed and armored. Their weapons had a sickly green glow to them, and seemed unlike anything that would normally be issued.

Flayers these were called, for their effect on targets. These two bodyguards stayed by her side as the ship she came on that was now hovering just out of range for safety.

She had a Revolver of a similar nature to the weapons her bodyguards had as well. Now seated, she listened quietly for a moment to recollect and figure out what has been said thus far. Nations and peace and all kinds of stuff, yes, yes.

Stability, how was that important? She didn't know, but she'd just agree with everything everyone said. According to the invitation beacon, this was all important, so she'd treat it as such.

Weratte 'Ironclad' Ngeli entered the bar by tripping through the door as a very large Orange (about the size of the average Dump Truck's tires), perfectly round, bounced away from her towards Penumbra's position.

She'd only mutter
Owie...
as she got up and noticed her Orange bouncing away so casually.

Orange! Come back Orange!
she'd exclaim most distressed as she began chasing it down. She seemed so naive...what made her so dangerous?

The Orange kept bouncing, now moving in a different direction after hitting Penumbra's heel. Weratte herself changed direction, following it's new trajectory. Eventually, she'd get to it and stand back on top of it, balancing on it as she hopped in a circle on top of the stationary Orange.

Shortly thereafter, two heavily armored men entered the bar, followed by one very officially dressed man.
Lady Weratte! There you are! I was afraid you hurt yourself.
he stated as he approached her with the two apparent bodyguards.

Weratte seemingly berated him.
Of course I'm okay! Why wouldn't I be okay? If I wasn't okay, it'd be your fault you know~
she stated.

Weratte 'Ironclad' Ngeli noticed the man named Penumbra approach her location, as she reclaimed the Orange earlier. The two bodyguards pointed their guns at him, the guns seeming to be like an Assault Rifle with a Large Focused Crystal as the barrel.

The officially dressed man pointed a pistol with similar design, and stood behind the bodyguards, who stood in front of Weratte. She disregarded the threats and danced happily on her Orange.
Yay~! Friendly friends come to see us~! Yay~! Flawless Orange~! Yay~!

Weratte 'Ironclad' Ngeli entered the bar in hot pursuit of a large, almost impossibly perfect Orange. Large as a Monster Truck Tire, the Orange bounced towards a table, Weratte hot on it's trail.
Orange! Get back here! Weratte apologizes!
she exclaimed most worriedly.

Behind Weratte, a troupe of bodyguards, and her assistant in Rebekka. Rebekka seemed to command authority with her presence, and the glasses she pushed up her nose every so often made her seem more vulnerable than she was. Truly a frightful force. Not much can be said of Weratte in that regard though. Rebekka did have to advise her though.
Lady Weratte, this bar is most dangerous a place. I'd recommend full caution while here. As powerful as your bodyguards are, this place is full of people who can make them look like plastic figures in effectiveness.

Her accent was somewhat heavily German, and she seemed to do the research, making her slightly Genre Savvy.
