The Limousine would be allowed through the gate as the Aschen Guardsmen would slowly disengage the forcefield, to allow the Limousine within the confines of the base, a large glimmering asian looking building completed in the Taiyou side of the base, in the center of a japanese style garden, which was adjacent to the military portion of the base, which had numerous Tsunami Tanks, King Oni mechs, Tachikomas, Jigabachi attack helicopters, and tons of other Taiyou hardware. The King Onis perhaps the most fearsome mechanized unit the Taiyou Employed. The Limo would be soon escorted by two Tsunami tanks, both of them keeping pace with the vehicle to allow the Invictus to meet with the Empress.

Yoko Kayabuki walked in, sliding the door behind her shut, a rather thick file in her hands. "General Haggai, Miss Alfarsi... we haven't met... but the Empress will not be joining us, she fears for her life and won't be in your presence... so you will address me as if I were Her Imperial Majesty... I carry much the same authority... as for your weapons, I have an insurance policy to keep from my death, don't mind the box." She said, straightening the papers. "Empress insisted." She said before she got comfortable. "Now... let's begin."

Yoko Kayabuki cleared her throat. "Put yourself in her shoes... she was attacked without warning by someone whom nearly killed her, by an individual that was affiliated with your organization, she's the last of her lineage and if she doesn't want to be here... that is her right... I will however place some trust in you... don't make me regret it, there's 15,000 people in this side of the base." She then waved her hand and the two soldiers lifted the device and disarmed it, carrying it out. "If you can't work with me then I can't guarantee anything gets dropped."

Yoko Kayabuki took a breath. "Prime Minister Yoko Kayabuki... the charges against Swift are the only ones the Empress pressed, I don't know where you got the other charges... well.. excuse me.." She then turned a page. "If the Invictus does not rectify the Swift situation... they can be charged with aiding and abetting a fugitive, and conspiracy... history is also consistent with terrorism and... actions akin to that of a thug... disregard the bounties... I doubt every bounty hunter drooling over the next quick buck will be so eager." She said thumbing through the folders. "Is it the right thing to protect Swift? What if he chooses another victim and kills them this time? Does he have a history of prejudice?"

Yoko Kayabuki smiled as she continued to let her finger stroll through the Japanese characters. "I'm here to discuss this with you because I'm a fresh face, straight from Niihama I haven't had experiences with you or your group. I haven't formed an opinion I am only reading and quoting what is written." She said as she turned to another page. "I have yet to form an opinion on the Invictus... first impressions are key, and an insistence to bring weapons is not a first impression, Miss Alfarsi.. you can clearly see I am unarmed." She said before turning to Kroger. "There are legitimate checks in place to protect this city, and the Tripartite Alliance is working closely with the Wing City authorities to secure this city. Now.. you say Swift has an intense dislike for the Empress... very good... what is being done to rectify this situation? Incarceration? Expulsion from Invictus?"

Yoko Kayabuki snickered, and then cleared her throat, she didn't believe the weapons were non-lethal. "Right... well.. even being provoked into attacking he had no right unless she outright tried to attack him. He clearly can overpower her in every way shape or form, and unless your organization continues with punitive action I can't remand the charges. Consider this... if I shot General Haggai.. this is hypothetical... if I shot the General, what would you do? If Haggai insulted me and I shot him.. what would Invictus do?"

Yoko Kayabuki nodded and took the notes down. "I see... unfortunately the Empire does not function... if the Empress dropped the charges.. and Swift attacked again what then? She won't leave the palace because she's afraid she'll step beyond the gates and Swift will be standing there to kill her... Aschen surveillance collared him swearing, making it his sole purpose to end the Empress' life... Yuriko Omega could barely contain the situation." The Empress has a right to be safe... Swift is not fit for duty, but it's your call, you're the General... the bounty against Kazen was revoked by the Aschen, it was a charge Sire McGregor pressed... the Charges against Izumi however..." She then heaved a sigh. Her pen scratched out the name and wrote in Taiyou besides it. "Next time Swift tries to harm the Empress... if her guard kills him.. what retribution can we expect, from Invictus?"

Yoko Kayabuki nodded. "Naturally... our knowledge of Invictus is dated... I do not believe he is commander in chief? Why would any charges pend against him? I crossed them out and remanded them... however." She then looked down and scratched a series of Katakana symbols on the paper. "The current commander of the Invictus as a whole will be responsible for the outcome of this situation. Next time Swift attempts to attack the Empress... Yuriko Omega has been given authority to use any means to end his existence, even if he's to be crushed into a singularity."

Yoko Kayabuki leaned forward. "Authorize violence against the Empire you authorize violence against the Coalition and the Aschen... trifle with one you trifle with all... as the terms of the treaty... but can an organization such as yours dismantle an Empire that has stood for thousands of years? The Shoguns always battle themselves, but an external threat as yourselves... would unite them as in the past... the American girl was released, we had no cause to hold her. But Idle threats will not do anything to lift bounties." That statement was almost immediately followed by Kanji, hiragana and katakana on her paper. "And you wonder why the Empire has the opinion it has."

Yoko Kayabuki nodded. "A Single Shogun commands billions, I am not afraid of numbers that can be rallied." She said as she scratched further notes on her paper. "I trust we will never cross paths again... the bounty on Swift remains... but I want no more threats from Fatin, I don't care her opinion... a warning, A Single Shogun commands billions, Imagine what all of them together command." She said waving her hand. "Dismissed... a safe trip outside the base." She said as she stood and walk out of the room, a Soldier would show the group back to their limousines.

Amongst the setting sun and the neon lights, everything was going as normal in the noisy Niihama city. As the sun set, people would be moving back and fourth, walking too and from work, the sidewalks were filled with crowded people coming home from work, the streets were filled with honking cars, blaring their horns at each-other as people went about their daily business. To the west of the city lie a bank of clouds, seemingly consuming the massive skyscrapers in the distance, their lights glimmering through the fog bank. Shades of white-blue, and orange soaking through the gray moisture.

In the streets below, white-yellow halogen, and white-blue arc lights pierced the darkening surroundings, people in suits, and people with cybernetic implants droned through the streets, as another day in Niihama City began to come to a close.

The blazing lights and flashing would be broken by a piercing 'Beeeep' as someone laid into a horn, two bright lights flashing upon the knight as a small truck swerved to avoid her with screeching tires, the driver inside glaring at the knight. "Watashi no hōhō no seikō o nyūshu! Anata wa orokana nanidesu ka! Dōro no dete ike!" He barked then slammed the accelerator and the truck darted off into the distance, not another second a sports car blared it's horn at her, swerving to avoid and the driver would promptly hurl curses at the 'man in armor' One even went so far as to throw his drink.

If she managed to get out of the road, she would find herself amongst a thick crowd of people of all walks of life, most of them in suits and ties as various businesses let out. A woman in scantily clad clothing seen leaning in a car. "Watashi wa nagai ma, go jū-en no koto o suki ni naru..." She said in a somewhat sultry voice, the business man passing her a 500 yen bill, the woman then promptly got in the car. Then a face was seen amongst strange text. Yukiko Takayama in a lavish kimono looming over on a massive screen, her voice echoing through the streets. Massive red text under her that read '従う' A truely alien surrounding.

The women giggled as they seemed to see this metal thing nearly plow into them, they seemed to sidestep, and then go about their usual routine. As the sky itself went black, there were fewer and fewer people in the streets and on the sidewalks, many of them were sitting in small bars that lined the side of the sidewalk. Neon lights attracting them like moths to a flame. Then suddenly, a group of schoolchildren made their way past the knight. One kid no more then eight had snuck up behind her, and then he shouted. "Kancho!" And he attempted to prod the knight's rear with his fingers, a childish prank played by children here, after such he promptly ran away, giggling with his friends. Once down the sidewalk the people had thinned out, many having gone back home, to their wives and children.

Others had gotten drunk over at the bars, sipping Sake and trading jokes in that strange language. After a few moments a black and white car drive by, slowly, ponderously, it was painted akin to a panda bear, with red lights on top of it, wailing the siren for a moment it plodded down the street. Another noticeable feature of this world was everyone was asian, or asian looking. Suddenly, a deafening roar echoed through the city as a massive Shogun Battleship, flaming and streaking through the sky descended on the city, sonic booms echoing through the city as it landed. And then a voice, echoing behind the woman, behind the Knight as the city seemed to quiet down, the massive Imperial Palace looming over the rest of the city.

"You're not on Earth, you're on Niihama...though the question is who are you and how did you get here?"

Yoko Kayabuki frowned somewhat. "Name?" She asked as she scratched some symbols on the clipboard in her hands. "We all know eachother's names in this room." She said before she brought her gaze over to Motoko. "I've got an exploration team prepped and ready to explore an outer rim world, if we can get them enough escort that they aren't fearing the Shogunate." She said, before looking to Enda.

"Your Magesty... you sure are putting on the pressure." She said flatly.

Yoko Kayabuki stepped into the bar with a straight neutral expression on her face. Flanked on both sides were squads of Imperial Warriors, each of them guarding vigilantly as she took notes on a clipboard.

"With the Shogunate neutralized in this galaxy, and minor shoguns returning to their fold.. we can now begin on rebuilding our fragmented Empire." She said to Shogun Tenzai beside her.

Tenzai offered a nod. "As you wish, the Empress will be pleased, as challenging us was a fool's errand."

Yoko Kayabuki paused for a moment as she inspected her surroundings, her eyes falling on Kroger for a moment. There were brief exchanges between her and her Soldiers, they would all nod as she walked through the bar.

"His group were the ones that launched that attack on the Sire.. it was all over the Aschen news media.." She said quietly before she turned to face Shogun Tenzai.

"Be Vigilant... did your forces clear the bar?"

Yoko Kayabuki glanced around the interior of the bar with the Imperial warriors to see if she could spot out any kind of threat that could threaten the Empress.

Of course the woman was ready to give her life for the Empress, should the need arise.

Yoko Kayabuki stepped into the bar from a Sudden Transport that seemed to pull up outside the bar. The woman was your typical asian looking woman, clad in a red colored pantsuit, and very formal looking. There were several papers in her hands and she was apparently looking for something.

"Kōgō heika, doko ni iru no?" She said aloud, her voice echoing above the din of the bar.

"Moshimoshi?" She shouted once more.

Kōgō ryō heika wa Takayama watashi wa anata wa nani ka o kinkyū motte iru!" She shouted once more, stepping through the interior of the bar.

Yoko Kayabuki quickly moved to the table where her Empress sat, and promptly bowed. "Forgive me, your Imperial Majesty, may your merciful authority grant me passage.." She said, bowing deeply before raising up to face the woman. "I have just received word from General Hakuro, that there is a situation brewing beyond the Autārimu Sector in our home galaxy." She said, bowing once more. "Kogo Heika... you're needed back on Niihama."

The roaring engines of a Sudden Transport would seem to echo outside the bar, the white glimmering hull of the Vessel evident to those outside as it slowly touched down. Once the Transport touched down, her engines began to idle for a moment, and the front door of the vessel descended, and a asian looking woman in a red pantsuit, clipboard in the crook of her arm was seen, throwing open the doors to gambit's, the woman shouted.

"Kogo Heika! Gādo! Koko de! Kuikku, kōgō ryō heika ga kiken ni sarasa rete iru!" She shouted out the door, male voices heard outside.

"Wakarimashita!"

Yoko Kayabuki nodded. "I'm going to put in the words of Her Imperial Majesty, your world routinely pokes the beast from behind the protection from her allies. As a sovereign nation your world has a responsibility to the international community to maintain peace and stability, not escalate tensions and provoke nations into war." She explained, checking her papers.

"You have implicated us in Aschen aggression, that's the start, no they did not get the Empress' blessing, and no we had no intention of getting involved, but with the statements issued by your leader, our Empress and our people have been angered, and provoked into action."
