Personality

He's a rather brilliant individual. He graduated top of his class in all of his studies and second of his graduation class in Migrant Fleet Marine Training. He can field strip a weapon and put it back together in under 120 seconds, which considering he only has three fingers and is a Quarian, that's pretty fast. He's pretty open minded and is willing to try just about anything, especially if it's food, he absolutely loves food. To be honest he'd eat human food if it wouldn't kill him! Other than that he's pretty easy to make friends with, laid back and loves to play video games!

Rokku proceeded into the bar wearing his usual Enviro-suit to protect him from any outside pathogens that this planet might have to offer. Quarians were rather fragile beings after all. Though along with his envirosuit, there seemed to be a sort of camera hanging from around his neck. Luckily he had left his weapons back on the Iaddonei, just in case he had gotten into trouble with the law here he wouldn't have gotten the Quarian Government involved so there's always that.

As he proceeded into the bar it seemed that he picked up the camera in his hands and took a picture of the bar scene right there, of all the patrons and such. "Neat." he said to himself and put the camera down and proceeded to the bar counter and sat himself down and cleared his throat. "Turian brandy please! Triple filtered if you can do that. If not... Meh I got plenty of antibiotics in my belt pouches." he said rather confidently, his voice being slightly distorted by his helmet. As soon as he placed his order he started to slowly rotate around in his chair... Which was unusual because he had never really been on a rotating chair before. To be quite honest this was his first time on-world in quite some time, and what's more, it's his first time on Terra so that's a bonus. WIth that he rotated himself back and held onto the counter looking around as he did. "New here." he chuckled nervously looking around.

As the woman brought him the Turian brandy it seemed he smiled beneath his mask, though it couldn't really be seen, he would smile none the less. "Thank you miss! I appreciate this. It's fine if it's not triple filtered. I have plenty of Anti-biotics incase I get sick." He said confidently once more and then it seemed he saw the small tree and that reminded him of all of the other things he saw on his way here. Signs that said x-mas, and christmas, and things of the sort and there were lights and whatnot everywhere! Upon being reminded of this, he turned toward the barkeep and leaned in. "Excuse me miss... But... might I ask what all of the 'X-mas' and Christ-mas stuff is outside? I do not understand..." he inquired tilting his head to the side ever so slightly. "I'm not exactly familiar with Terran customs, incase it wasn't obvious." he chuckled and a small port opened in his helmet and a valved straw extended from it and he popped the cork and poured himself a glass of Turian Brandy, putting the 'straw' into the glass and sipping his Turian Alchohol happily!

"I see... Well that was rather noble of that man for sacrificing himself for the sins of the many. We Quarians have a similar figure. Tross'Larik... Great Quarian hero that sacrificed himself for the greater good of the Quarian race... THough my people don't really celebrate his death, or anything like that. They simply honor it by giving a prayer to him in the after life. Then we just go about our day." He said with a simple shrugged as he continued to sip his Turian Brandy. BY that time it seemed that a brown cat hopped up onto the counter next to him and began to speak. This was most unusual... "Er... EIther this Turian Brandy is bad and I've begun some sort of Psychotropic drug trip, or you're a talking feline... Which is an anomaly... because from what I understand from all of the humans I've met on the Citadel... Cats don't talk..." he blinked from beneath his helmet and just stared at the cat. Oh yes... he was quite dumfounded.

It seemed that the cat continued to speak to him and it even frowned... It frowning reminded the quarian of a picture that one of his human friends had shown him. "Is grumpy cat grumpy?" he said and moved his hand outward to touch the cat. Of course the Quarian had never really seen a cat in person, except those that he saw in petstores but that was different. "No... I'm pretty sure felines lack the proper equipment to articulate like sapients.... So... ergo... I'm probably drunk and hallucenating.... You, mr. fluffy kitty... Are nothing more than a figment of my over active quarian imagination.." he said confidently to himself. OF course he was a bit of a light weight when it came to alchohol... especially when it was non-filtered Turian Brandy. He could already feel a bit of a fever coming along. "So... why does mr. Fluffy sit next to me?" he inquired to the cat, tilting his head slightly
