Raining. Well that was lovely, it seemed to be Raining, not too hard but it was worthy of being a downpour? However this would result in the Yokai or Creature being stuck in a tree until it would eventually pass- which so far this didn't seem all this likely, and sadly the barricade of branched and leaves wouldn't keep the rain water away forever, much to the Yokai's displeasure...she didn't like the Rain, as one could remember the Song about the Spider and the Raindrops? However it did seem she heard footsteps, them slowly drawing near as well as the voice of a Man...the creature which lurked in a tree peering down, spider like appendages shifting as so the creature would remain latched onto the tree- those multiple eyes seeming to glow causing its shadow to be 'distorted' into that of a 'Giant Spider' often this was a reason for Gumo to be mistaken for Monsters, even though they technically where it put a Half Blood like herself in a rather tough spot. "Eh...Is someone there? Hello...?"
Blinked. It seemed the lack of light resulted in the Man mistaking her for a Giant spider, it looked like he was going to react like anyone else did- scream, run and or attack in a violent fit? It seemed he got back up, wiping the dirt from his arms as those multiple eyes seemed to glow or continue to glow...it wasn't helping his outlook or how he 'currently' saw the Yokai. "In...In the Rain? Without a Coat? Won't you catch cold? Personally I'm freezing..." She was, she was shivering- yet from his perspective how could a 'Giant Spider' get cold, it would help if she came out of hiding perhaps.
Eh? How can he not hate the rain, it was cold damp and unpleasant! "You...don't hate the rain? I don't see how you don't, I personally despise it...wait so you forgot your coat at home Sir...? Hm that's no good, I would normally offer help but people tend to get the wrong idea." Seeing helping meant tying the Man up with Thread and they often thought she was attempting to tie them up for her supper..I mean a Spider often tied up the food it wanted to eat, and fastening a jacket out of Spider Silk was something she didn't know how to do! "Er...you could come up in the tree? I made a little nest to keep the rainwater out..."
Blinked. Was the Man really wanting to climb a tree which from his perspective held a Giant Spider? "I wouldn't mind, there is plenty of room and I did offer after all." The Creature nearly mumbled this, she wasn't a very social person herself- after all she was a Half Yokai or a 'Gumo' they weren't known for socializing, rather they where known for just upright eating people. Vicious creatures they where, yet this Giant Spider seemed nice? And the Man didn't see it as some ploy as to lead him into a false sense of security.
Eh? The Man was running up a...tree in a legit manner? How was that humanly possible? However it seemed he landed softly next to the nest, causing the Yokai to jump as a result of being startled. Well he could clearly see her now, not some shadow of a Giant Spider but of a somewhat frightened, shivering girl? With...Spider like Appendages coming out of her back and...odd little red beads on her forehead. "Er...w-welcome! I'm surprised you got..up here so easily.."
Eh? The Yokai would furrow her brow it seemed. "Er...I looked like a Giant Spider...? Er sorry for that...I guess I like dark spots..oh! Um..nice to meet you too Clayton, I'm Zillah...Er welcome to my temporary...nest...well until the rain stops that is." The Gumo would chuckle in a horribly nervous manner, she made sure to keep those appendages close to herself so as he had room? They hogged allot of space after all.
Eh? Someone else was in the Woods? Well this wasn't fun, not for the Gumo that was, the creature being a Spider Yokai often set of a 'Nest' far larger then the one Clayton seemed to make himself comfortable in, and it wasn't generally made of branched, and leaves but Spider Thread instead, it often detected intruders who breached the Yokai's nest and allowed it to act out accordingly, though it seemed it was a post in the wrong area- anyway! The Mans kindness was strange, to the fact that he seemed to show too much of it? "Er...welcome...I hope its not uncomfortable, I'm not very good at building nests.."
Those Spider like appendages would seem to move, coiling themselves around her like a vice. "Er...If you say so, its kind of cramped though...I just hope the rain lets up soon, I'd rather be in a warm room with a bed.." The Gumo would chuckle nervously, rubbing the back of her head as those hues drifted toward the rain down pouring around the tree her nest resided in. It was odd, she's heard of kindness from others but to this degree seemed somewhat unsettling, maybe its because she was a Yokai?
The Gumo would flutter those pinkish red hues at the Mans words, head turning as so she would face him. "Er...its a little more then unsettling, I've never seen so much of it...but I'm sorry for seeming rude...I shouldn't of got unsettled from you being nice...- er....my mind took that..completely..wrong.." Yes her mind did, though that's her Moms fault, for someone who was supposed to be so stone faced she often took sentences or phrases completely out of context.
Eh? The Man didn't care? "Er...are you certain? I mean it seemed rather rude of me...er they do? I mean I can agree it makes me a tad nervous....and they aren't allot of people are somewhat cruel, J-Just the other day someone tried to chop my legs off to see if they where real and would grow back, I mean that's so cruel! They are real and that would of hurt...very bad...."
The Gumo would seem to frown now. "It is horrible, that person was more then just mean he was insane! People act like they've never seen a Gumo who doesn't want to kill them before... I mean I know my Kin aren't the most kindness..well their not generally kind at all but still...- Wait why would you be tossed out a Window for trying to stop a mugging?" The Yokai seemed to be frustrated now.
The Gumo seemed to furrow her brow. "Wait your a Cop- Er you don't take Bounties or anything right? OH Um...he's a rather...large...fat man, bald...and seems to have these large...round glasses...he was...so creepy..." The Yokai seemed to shudder now, it was true the Man was somewhat disgusting looking! "Wait the Man who was mugging the Woman threw you out the Window....?" Though now her face scrunched up, she did hate seeing people hurt, injured, harmed or upset.
Seemed relieved, yes she seemed very relieved at the moment. "Good...I mean I was worried for a second there... but thank you hopefully he will leave me alone then...oh- Er...I'm sorry to hear that....I mean it must of been painful, if I where present I would of addressed the wound in a more proper manner...I mean I am a Yokai, I can do more then a simple Human Doctor can, sort of like a walking ER...?"
Seemed to be quite happy about this. "Thank you! Thank you so very much! You have no idea how grateful I am...but that's true, we don't need them they don't help at all to be honest, they only make matters worse....but...er if you are certain, just offering is all...I know how to dress a wound and sow it shut using my thread....and such..." The Woman would rub the back of her neck slowly now, chuckling in an embarrassed manner.
Was taken back now, wait was he asking for her to stick up his wound, didn't he say it was fine earlier? "Wait....er...sure..I suppose. It would be somewhat painful but it works to say the least...I suppose..."
The setting changes from dark-woods to Gambit's Bar
Creek! The Reinforced Grayed Metal Door with a Latch for a handle would slowly seem to open, thin delicate fingers wrapping around the side of the Door as it was slowly pried open. The Brunette seemed to slowly squeeze her head inside, curls of Raven Black hair seeming to follow as those Salmon Colored pinkish hues seemed to briefly take in the somewhat emptiness of Gambit's in question. various beads upon her forehead shimmering as the Dim Lighting reflected off their surface.
There would however be a pause, the door slowly opening even more so as the Girl carefully and hesitantly made her way inside. Leaving room for a quick escape if something she didn't care for nor intended to be part of so happened to be occurring inside. Though it was until she started to get herself inside is when she noticed the 'Gaping' Hole in the wall? Well if the hole still happened to be present, regardless this resulted in a pause of her entrance and a wide eyed stare.
There would however be a pause, the door slowly opening even more so as the Girl carefully and hesitantly made her way inside. Leaving room for a quick escape if something she didn't care for nor intended to be part of so happened to be occurring inside. Though it was until she started to get herself inside is when she noticed the 'Gaping' Hole in the wall? Well if the hole still happened to be present, regardless this resulted in a pause of her entrance and a wide eyed stare.
Eh? It seemed Someone had entered the Bar- well a certain Rin. Sadly the Gumo didn't notice well she heard the noise which scared her to no extent, as a result she felt inclined on 'attempting' to retreat only for the Door to simply open as for the Yokai to find the door dragging her along, grip loosening and her face planting? Well clearly. Those appendages splaying on the floor, them tapping against the floor thanks to their hard surface.
Her choice of attire was a simple turtle neck sweater, and a pair of jeans with a pair of sandals...though now that was done and...all go the Yokai would merely grumble- arms extended...seeming to lay on the floor face into the ground stomach down? Well anyway..that did hurt. Though the intention to flee would be present if something happened.

Wouldn't have fallen if the Door wasn't opened so abruptly? Seeing she had clasped onto it, however it seemed the Woman took notice of the effect Her action had on another and addressed it. Though Zillah's spider like Appendages lifted themselves into the air, slamming down onto the floor as they had the intent of assisting her in getting up. However Rin had offered before they could manage. "Ow...- Er...I suppose?" Though she raised her head to stare up at the Woman with those Salmon colored hues, taking the hand? She wasn't rude, the Yokai was a kind person! Despite being a Spider...? "I..I kind of noticed....it tastes like mud....and...dirt...wait Spinnerette..?"
Superhero? Zillah never read comics, no she came from a somewhat Old Fashioned Villa after all. "Oh...wait a Superhero...? I never heard of the term before..Hero maybe.." The Yokai had been helped up it seemed, though she rubbed the back of her head, one of the various appendages moving to wiped the blood from her nose using the cotton ball at the very first joint. Though the Shrieking, on God the Gumo seemed to jump- okay she wanted to run, that's what she kept an eye and ear out for. "W-Wait what was that...Oh Er....she..did..? Well I..kind of have eight..?" The Gumo was nervous, rather wide eyed even, scared was the best term for it. "OH! Um..I'm Zillah...Zillah Taliba...- Er please to meet you too..Rin?" The Gumo would however find those Salmon colored hues looking up, and then proceeding to dart about..it seemed there was nothing of...worry present..? Just...this Woman who helped her up and a few others..?
Blinked. Well yes the Gumo did seem to blink now. "Er...thanks Miss Rin...? I'll be sure to ask you if I need help...- Oh er yes I'm not actually...was it that obvious?" The Gumo seemed to be frustrated, she hurt her face from falling down, well face planting, that and her obviousness of not being someone who had been around often was sadly very obvious. "Er...yes..I am actually.. How did you know Miss Rin...?" The Gumo seemed somewhat confused now, well yes she clearly was. The Yokai didn't understand how the Woman knew! "Wait..I do...I- EEP!" And then some Hulking Idiot scared the ever living fuck out of the poor Yokai, those Spider Like Appendages stiffening or locking up. First that shriek, then that...Jesus being here was a bad idea.
Confused. She had little to little idea, nor did she get the Pub sadly. "Galaxy...Wide...Web...? Er..what is...wait a Pun?" The Spider Yokai would seem to stare at the Woman with those Salmon colored oculars. "OH...er..a Web of Information...? I wonder how that works..." Still lacking an understanding what obvious, however it wasn't her knees that locked up but those spider like appendages, her legs where just trembling something fierce. "I-I-I'm not going to f-fall over..I think...but..er...t-that would be...n-nice..this..this place is scary..." Yes it was quite scary, the noises...that huge Ugly Bugger...it was well for someone like her like being IN a Horror movie a badly done one which could only scare the Gumo...being the Gumo was scared of everything in general.
Yes. Maybe leaving was the best idea- I mean this was no place for her now! "Y-Yes please! Leaving sounds like a wonderful Idea! I don't wan to be here!" The Poor Gumo loomed like she wanted to bawl, well she actually was about to start bawling now perhaps, though she did nod quickly at the whole book reference or to them having books. "Yes Yes! W-We have books! But...c-can we please leave! Please!" Yes she just wanted to leave, hell if clinging to the Machine would do her any good then she would, she just wanted to get the hell out of here, it was just too much for someone of her mindset to handle all that well.

That it was, she was still trembling now it seemed, for a Spider Demon she was rather well weak? Well scared of generally everything. However. "Er...it..kind of is...those giant Metal Boxes where well...I didn't know what they where at first, until people explained a little..." Which was true, she didn't know what they where, though people did run in fear do to her being a Gumo, or assumed she was attempting to trick them- being that's how the Spider Yokai worked.
Eh? They where called Cars? "Oh..that's what those where....er are you certain I've seen them tear people apart! Er...wait I do....?" The Gumo seemed somewhat confused now, I mean she didn't know what the Woman was going on about, she had her...? Best at Life...? "Er....what might..sound like a weird..question? Er..sure I suppose...ask away..?" Well yes, ask away? Though the Gumo was more confused then she had been before, what was she going to ask?
Confused. Well what was the Woman asking now? "Er...yes I am actually, Half Blood and all...was it that obvious too..?" The Gumo's brow would go into a furrow now it seemed, however this Woman or Rin bewildered the Yokai. "Er...my clothes..and the way I moved? Er whats wrong with the way I move? I walk normally right...? And...nothings wrong with my clothes right? Its just a turtle neck and jeans! Maybe it was the sandals..." Zillah would seem to huff, now, where her clothes tacky? "Wait....well I'm..not 'like' those Yokai..I don't eat..people? Or...hurt people...?"
