Furibundus

Sparks of blood red poured and spun within a alley as two people walked with a purpose through it at a fast speed. One of them was a man dressed in a neatly pressed suit, the other a woman in a flowing red dress, her long black hair wild in the wind from the opening of the portal. Looking around the woman pointed at an earby building that had the look of an inn, She raised a hand and pointed, the gloves she wore revealed her thumb, index and middle fingers, red cloth covered the rest of her fingers just fine. The man nodded. Get them a place to stay, but be on guard, this place was strange. She had to brut force a portal

Soomn as James had gone to get the room, Vitas turned and stalked through the alley, coming across a bunch of men in uniform. Well this was weird. She felt them before she saw them. Thankfully upon arrival she had disappeared from sight into the Mirror Dimenesion and was aboserving the group of menm, soldeirs by look of them. She scanned each one carefully. She smiled. Swiftly returning to the real world in the alley she found a place to hide and closing her eyes into a meditative state she went into Astral Projection

Moving without barriers, Vitas found what had to be a commander of some form, perfect. using her projection she formed a plexus portal and appeared, her ghostlike form glittered with black backgtround as if brustforcing a way to speak. Of course the first thing the poor guiy did was fire a shot. Looking where he shot, which didnt do any harm whatsoever, Vitas growled. "if I were truly here that would have really fucking hurt." She growled at the man. Crossing her arms over her chest she then asked "Where am I ? What city is this ? What.... dimenesion is this ?"

"Halt witch! You are trespassing on Imperial occupied world of Furibundus. This planet is under the protection of the Imperium Of Man. We give you two option, leave peacefully or we will be forced to defend ourselves!" The man aimed his las-gun at her as he motioned for other Guardsman to get civilians to safety. They seemed like normal farmers, honest hard workers tending to crops.

This world was an agri-world. A world dedicated to providing food crops for the Imperium. To which the security may not be as high but for the Imperial Guard. Their would be plenty of las-guns, armored transports and heavy weapons in case they were attacked. And right now they were looking at an uninvited guest on this world. Neither Imperial citizen or Sactioned Psyker. Just some witch that looked like trouble.

This had the men on guard. She could be out to steal souls, murder the innocent. They could not know but one thing was for sure, she was not welcome on the planet.

Well that was expected, but it wasnt the term used, just how the guy reacted. "Witch huh ? that's a new one" She'd never been called a witch before, normally others would call her names, but the terms never lasted more than a heartbeat. The plexus pattern swirled and danced around her, what looked like ink black nothing surriounded the ghostly form of the woman, the man couldnt see below her stomach. Thankfully she had hidden her body too well for the men to simply find her.

She waved off the insult. It didnt matter. "Relax will you ? Worst I could do is strangle you with your own gunyard" Meannig the strap that kept the gun on a guys back. "For being a Mundane you sure are jumpy...." She grumbled seeing the other dozen men in the area turning their weapons at her. She held up a finger "Do not attempt to fire, or you will be shooting yourselves. Trust me on that one. Then again I wouldnt really give two fucks anyway so. Feel free to open fire."

She did however have a very confused look on her face at the clothing prefernces of the people being ushered away. Well. that was strange looking, not as strange as her own clothing sure but still strange looking. it was as if the men were looking upon a ghost, plexus patterns swirled again as she leaned closer to the Guardsman commander. A thoughtful look on her face.

Finally she nodded, and with a wisp of plexus swirling about and strange kaelidscopic patterns she disappeared..... But only for a brief moment as seconds later a spark of blood red formed and started swirling and enlarging like a round doorway of some form as she brute forced her portal into view. It swept forwards trhen, englufing the group of Guardsmen. Around them the world swirled in a kaeldiscope of patterns and mirrors.

And they saw her. Seemingly standing on pavement as the ground swirled and multiplied. A flick of the wrist and the surrounding buildings began shifting into clockwork and multiplying windows ever moving as they were in her realm now. The Mirror Dimenesion was a fun place to practice combat with no outsidie effect on the Matrial Dimenesion. Another flick of the wrist and the ground moved and shifted. Bringing the Guardsmen unit closer to her without her moving any closer.

She smiled a truly wicked smile.

As the Guardsman were consumed by the portal, they looked around the twisting landscape as they hold tighter onto their weapons. "Bring down the witch! Open fire! She plans to steal your souls into the warp!" The commander ordered as the Guardsman switched to full automatic and aimed right at the woman.

Without hesitation they opened fire upon the now unknown hostile. The land was shifting, she must have signed a pack with a daemon. They would not falter, the Emperor would give them the strength they needed to fight against this threat.

A flick of the wrist once more and gravity shifted, tilting everything to the left as Vitas easily jumped from where she stood to standing upon a wall and stalking forwards. Lines of blood red eldritch energy formed upon her hands into what appeared to be nothing more than a simple folding fan as a mandela appeared in the form of a shield as laser blast struck struck against it

One moment the twisting landscape had her directly in front of them, the next withint heir mist, then once again far away from them. Swirling topography and crackings and groanings of wood, steel and otherwise twisted by powerful magic unlike anything the men had ever seen before seemed to only add to the confusion and movement of the woman.

Vitas simply wanted to know where the fuck she was. Not get killed for it. As gravity shifted she dropped the mandela shield which formed on her left hand as a fan of some form as another just like it formed over her right hand, which she threw like a boomerang, the thing span noiselessly striking against Guardsmen weapons, melting metal upon contact and in one or two cases, beheading a man before returning to her hand as trhe clankings of buildings behind the Guardsmen were heard folding upon themselves like a endless roll of carpet.

As the Guardsman witness her eldritch like powers, it just ironed out that there was no doubt in their minds. "Chaos! She serves Chaos men! We must not falter now! The whole planet is in danger and its up to us to defend it from Chaotic taint! Purge the witch men before it corrupts and murders everything! For the Emperor die witch!" The Imperial Commander yelled as they fired.

Of course after a small bit their weapons would be hit by a fan which melted their weapons rendering it in half. Drawing out combat knives or even entrenchment tools. They charged at the woman without any gun to fire they would engage in close combat even when she witnessed powerful magical capabilities.

No doubt help would arrive soon, They would give their lives to ensure they buy enough time for it to arrive.

The sounds of a folding fan, well, foldng echoed in the area as the two fans within the womans hands folded but remained seeable, using them as small weapons of blunt use she caught the weapon of one man, sent it spinning aside before breaking firsthis legs, then his pelvis then finalyl his neck before blocking and striking at the enxt in line. Moving with speed the men were going to live just fine sure... But in pain until she scorched them

This was fun! Was omn her mind as she span about, striking, blocking and twisting out of reach or just within tantilising reach. The clankings and cracks of the buildings folding upon themselves as they rolled closer made things more frentic as she grabed one man, kicked him twice then then easily dropkicked him away, sending him into the open maw of the twisting landscape of the enfolding building rolling towards them.

Moving swiftly she snaped out her hands, the mandelas reappeared, perfectly round, she used them for bashing and blocking, also for burning as Guardsmen swarmed her. She slamed a foot on the ground, sending a wave of energy plusing through the floor that briefly stopped the oncoming clockwork landscape from crushing them all before she fought her way forwards.

She wanted answer,s and knew exactly where to get them. She surged forwards. Blocking and giving strikes, sending Guardsmen into the open maws of windows that ate them alive or flying into the oncoming path of the building enroaching for them all. Finalyl she was at the commander, directly before him, the two traded swings before she caught his wrist and twisted him around, using him as a meatshiled sbalanced and used him then as a weapon before shifting gravity again sending all the other guardsmen still on their feet flying towards the pavement that briefly for the fight made up a wall while she held the Commander in a grip in such a manner that if he moved he broke every bone in his arm

"Tell me where I am, and I can end this. you fear m,e, and rightly so, but I want information, not death, unless.... HEY!!" Oh that did it. One of the guardsmen threw his trenchknife and it snapped the chain about her neck. Her eyes flared blood red, Easily smnapping the commanders neck she focused her attention soley on the remaining guardsmen as the locket hit the pavement at their feet.

A flick of the wrist and the eldritch magic formed first into a fan of some form, before forming a blade of blood red sparking energy. With a feral cry she darted forwards.

The final Guardsman narrowed his eyes as he at least got one reaction from the witch. "Damn be upon you witch!..." He muttered as he made the sign of the Aquila as the rest of his squad met their end. He managed to do one thing, make her angry at least.

But suddenly like his prayer was answered something appeared, ripping open into this space was a golden light. In the next second a man in Terminator Armor clashed with the unknown woman with his Nemisis Force Sword. With Grey and white colorings, a book with a sword adorned on the mans paulderon. The man let our a mighty shout that seemed to echo throughout this twisting landscape. "I am the hammer, I am the right hand of the Emperor, the instrument of His will, the gauntlet about His fist, the tip of His spear, the edge of His sword!" The warrior yelled as there was no doubt about it.

The Legendary Grey Knights, Created from the Emperors own geneseed. Wielding a relic of the chapter. Terminator armor which would withstand the most brutal of weapons without so much of a scratch. So many religious seals on the mans armor protected him from foul witchcraft and his own mind was shielded.

A Grey Knight Librarian, He had sensed the unknown disturbance and he answered the call. "Falter and die witch of Chaos! We are the bulwark against your kind! And now you face with a true warrior of the Emperor!" The warrior roared as the man shoved the woman back before holding his sword upright in front of him.

"We are the Shield against darkness! The bane of all witches and demons! We are the Grey Knights! Surrender and die!"

As the last Guardsman fell from her mystical blade she bent down to retrive her fallen locket, iti was cracked, but a simple brush of the thumb and the crack faded away as time reversed its affect upon the locket. She was in the middle of placing it back around her neck where it bewlonged when something massive slammed into her, sending her sliding upon the ground, the locket went flying and came to a screeching halt at the edge of a flagpole stabbing into the ground.

She shrieked something and scrambled to her feet, her mystical blade up in a difensive manner as the man screamed at her. Surrender and die, well, that didnt exactly work, surrender and live was normally how it went. But holy fucking macaroni! The guys breath reeked. Lifitng her hand she used her power to lift the Marine from the ground.

The landscape shifted around them directly, but she felt and heard her locket wrap solidly upon the flagpole base. She started to squeeze her hand, her power forcing metal and otherwise to contract inwards as she held the Space Marine aloft. She linched her fist. And as if brushing aside something she flung out her hand, releasing ther marine, sending him flying towards the enroaching building as she scrambled for her locket.

She reached the locket, and this time managed to secure it around her neck where it belonged. Ensuring it would remain there she used her magic to entwine her hair around its chain. Her gaze went to the Marine. Something so massive, something so.... useless.... her mystical blade vanished into the form of a simple chinese style folding fan and she fanned herself. How to get rid of this creature with little mess or personal injury.....

Finalyl she spoke, her voice calm. "I am not... a witch. I am a Sourcerer. You may leave now through that, or die" She said simply, tilting her head at the nearby portal she had opened to a fertile world. This wasnt warp magic, it was something else entirely. She only wanted to know where she was damnit. And even though she really had no sympathy for humans that wronged her, this man was included, but she was giving him the option of leaving of his own free will. Otherwisew she'd easily kill him.... But she gave the option.... which was strange.

She never did that.

The marine simly stood back up unharmed from her assault. After she had crushed him using some sort of magic which his defenses were already ready to defend him. It was clear that this warrior was much stronger than she guessed. "I will not leave witch. For the lives you slaughtered this day, for the brave souls that give their lives to protect the innocent from beings such as you...retribution comes for your kind witch! For the sake of the Emperor, the Imperium and the universe! I will purge your existance!" The Marine called out as he bolstered his defenses as he launched his psychic assault upon the woman.

Psychic lightning blasted at the woman which would sear her flesh and even her very essence if it were to atrike dirrectly. This warrior was not holding back, she expected him to fall back after what she had done. He would destroy everything about her, this was only the beggining.

"Ma'am. Surely you could go five minutes without causing a ruckus."

As the psychic lightning rushed towards Vitas with deadly intent it would only strike a portion of the building that suddenly began to outcrop between the two as reality within the dimension began to shift and change in a new and exciting way and allowing for James to suddenly step in and offer his employer a helping hand as to leave this ever changing locale. The butler was rather stern as his posture remained prim and proper whilst he began to step in front of Vitas only to give slash at the air before them with a strange device creating an exit for his boss.

"The preperations have been made. Might I suggest you not waste time here whilst there are more important things that need discussing. You are on a tight schedule. I've also taken the liberties of have a meal prepared for you upon your arrival." The Butler suddenly took up a boxing position as strange circles of arcane energy formed around his fists. "I will cover your departure ma'am."

As the energy raced towards her, what wasnt stopped by the movement of the surrounding buildings as James arrived, was easily blocked by a strange unseen barrier that sparked briefly before fading away. strange designs and patterns floated off her hand as she gave the Marine a sad look as somehow what looked to be a branch of flowers was in her hand.

She had no sympathy for the Marine now, none whatsoever. There was no way he'd survive James' onsalught even with arcane advanced weaponry and armor, not after she was done with it. "Ah, thank you James, I had given him the optio of leaving yet he screams at me..." Vitas replied as her Butler arrived. the strange symobls faded from her hand. "I am rather hungry.... I...." She trailed off, she felt something hauntingly familar. No. it is impossible!! She thought recognising the feeling of power from someone she had once loved.

She went back to the present then as time had seemed to completely stop, the Marines attack, her butler speaking, she needed a moment outside of time to think something carefully. her mind made up time returned to normal. "thank you James, I am rather hungry. here, let me weaken it for you, it wont stop screaming, and it called me a witch..." James knew better than t oagree with that assessment, Witches and Sorcerers were after all completely different things entirely.

With that said she raised a hand, and the landscape shifted around the marine. the buildings began enroaching, shifting neverneding as they multiplied in a kaeldiscope of sounds and movement, rolling and enroaching upon the ground. "Do be quick James, or come with..."

Good thing was, both James and Vitas power was multiplied in the Mirror Dimenesion by thirty fold. All because of the dimenesion they drew their power from. An ancient dimenesion outside of time. The portal swirled into being aloowing Vitas a way out as James took up his stance. She then wrenched her fist towards herself, aiming to take the Marines neverending screaming from its throat by removing the tongue.

Of course she was curious of what this... creasture could do since it so forcement entered the Mirror Dimenesion on its own.

The Grey Knight narrowed his eyes at the two in front of him, it seemed that the witch did not come alone. It did not matter, his faith to the Emperor of Mankind would guide his hand true this day and he would avenge the fallen with each blow. However the entire place began to shift and move, such a thing like this would confuse most mortal men but not him...He closed his eyes as he channeled his Psychic might.

The First Psychic power he activated was 'The Quickening' Which would allow him to better perceive his opponents moves and 'Veil of Time' his gave him the power to witness the future. And he could already see events, the witch using some kind of mirror magic to rip out his tongue.

He did not care for the confusing space around him, he only had one mission in mind now. Prevent the witch from taking his tongue. With one final psychic power, he called upon the 'Might of the Ancients' which bestowed him appareled strength to deliver righteous retribution.

She seemed adamant that she could easily take his tongue...she was very wrong in this aspect...Using 'The Summoning' and creating a small rift. The Grey Knight would suddenly appear in front of the woman in a surprising maneuver. She may have expected him to march or charge his way over here. However with this maneuver his fist was already in motion and it was already primed to strike the woman right in the gut with the full force of a superhuman, Terminator armor, and great psychic enchantment. This blow would at best punch a hole right through her. At the very least it would hurt a lot.

Everything stopped, either she had seen the future as he hadm, or she simply was not there ? No, she was standing right in front of him as his fist moved so did her hand. Eldritch energy caught he fist easily and held it there, however the movement and force behind the fist did push her back a dozen paces before she used her strength and pushed back, easily lifting the marine, by his armored index finger into the air and then launching him straight up with her magic. Sheer power moving fast and freely. Launching him away.

She opened another portal. with the intent of getting away. The meadow beyond had a rather inviting building in the distance. Somehow she was either leading him on, or something as she some how seemed to see into the future. She made to flee, but as she moved towards the mortal she seemed to bluew, fading into nothing with her butler James.

A flick of the wrist and the floor shifted into strange paths as a MCEcher world took shape. The portal was the end point, getting there was a maze. She and James started for it, stairs and paths forming before them as they ran. they split up. Moving fast as the strange world bent and twisted into new directions.

When she seemed to be heading clearly for the exit she actualyl wasnt. She was headed directly for him.... From somewhere. Sheer edlritch energy formed upon her hand in a Mandela pattern as she slammed into the center dead on, with what felt like all her power but was really a fraction of it. She slammed her fist dead int he center of his chestpiece. Forcing out his Astral projection as for his body time slowed dramatically as she allowed herself out of her own body. They were spirits fighting in a strange plane. But she had knowledge of the plane.

And simply pushed him away from his body before backtracking two paces. With the spirit dead, the body was dead. She charged her magic, on the spirital level, it was strong as hell. Eldritch might surged forth at the spirit of the Marine. But rather than outright kill it steadied him upon his feet in the spirital realm of things. She opened a fan of eldritch magic and fanned herself. "This seems the only suitible wayto get my point across.... freak.... I am not a witch. never was, never will be.... I gave you the option to flee. But you chose instead to die...." She turned away then, there was no sympathy for the man...thing, none.

Her back to him she waited for his next words.

Everything went awry, his...spirit was now forced out of his body. The witch pretty much confident of her victory. Damnable creature, he has failed in his duty and in which had failed the Emperor. Tricks...Damnable tricks had gotten him killed, she somehow knew about his knowledge on the future and used that to her advantage.

He did not care however, he simply pointed at the witch in front of him. "Finish me off them witch...You may have killed me but vengeance will come for you...The Emperor watches over us all and when others know of this know that you will never sleep. I curse your damned witchcraft, mankind...no...the universe would be much better off if you just rot in the shadows and die wretch...I hope everything in your possession dies, my brothers shall avenge my death tenfold witch. Your head will lay on a pike as a reminder that not even your kind are safe from the Imperium..." The man spoke as suddenly a glowing light erupted from his body.

Even in this dimension, even from here the Emperor was truly watching over him. Such unfathomable power and peace radiated off of this light. However his soul could not be received yet could still be felt...

However, this radiant light that took the space marine seemed to grow brighter. Even more power flowed from it was a figure. A human in golden armor appeared. A man, a human man which radiated such power appeared in a spiritual form to give her one, and only one warning. "I understand that you were confused, however I will not stand for the blood of my people to be spilled. You were warned, the people here were defending those that cannot fight yet you butcher them for defending this planet. I will only warn you once...If you dare threaten mankind I will not hesitate to end your existence myself. So here is what I am saying, Give me the souls of the dead here and cease actions against mankind. If you refuse I will not let you leave here alive...I am giving you mercy, so do I make myself clear?" The man spoke firmly. He may seemed like a man but there was something vastly different. A human with such vast power, would she take him seriously or ignore his warning?

Vitas smirked "You're not dead.... If I wanted you dead I'd have burnt you alive within your armor before you took one word at me" She said. She fanned herself as he cursed her out. "My my my all those curses, heh.... Dont waste your breath dear fellow. I told you again and again, I am not a witch, I am a Sourcerer. You are in my realm. I go where I please when I please. You're not dead"

Shifting her footing slightly time caught up and the Marine was pulled back into his body as if he never left it as she simply stood before him, her hand inches from his throat. "As I said, you are not dead.... yet...." her gaze turned towards the god emperor. there was something of sadness in her eyes.

Then she smiled. "You may think you rule everything, But I came here, sought information, instead I am given fear and death threats and fired upon. It was either me or them. But. They are not dead... yet... well... one might be, but the rest are not." She raised a hand, a snap of the finger and the buildings enroachment halted, moving backwards with clacks and groanings back into proper place only a single soldier of the dozen or so men was truly dead. "Their spirits are yours, I have no need of them. What would I do with someones soul other than examine it or poke it ?"

She snickered again pointing her eldritch fan towards the marine, "I gave him the chance to leave but he chose not to. Truly you jest. I am human just like you, Just like them" She nodded towards the Guardsmen as they picked themselves up, their fallen brothers apparently rezzed before their eyes as time reversed their injuries aside from the only one that had thrown his knife, rending from her the locket about her neck. The spirit of the slain soldier simply stood near his body, clueless "His soul is yours."

"Now, As I told you, I do as I please when I please, where I please, now if you will excuse me I am running late for an important meeting and I am also rather hungry. These men are yours so as soon as they... and you, exit here I shall be on my way" She opened a portal for the guardsmen to exit it lead right back into their compound building as if nothing there was desturbed. Infact it looked cleaner than it was when they left it.

It was weird. She never gave people a second chance, she never had any sympathy for those who wronged her, ever. But she was letting these men go. it wasnt that she outright killed others that wronged her or threatened her. It was simply that she wanted information of where she was. It could have been fully avoided actually noew that she thought about it. She could have simply asked for directions of where she was, and that would have been it

These people were trigger happy

Infact she did have a rather important meeting..... With the man that broke her heart twenty years before

As the marine entered his body, he was still ready to fight however the hand of the Emperor prevented him from going forward. "I don't rule everything, I am just a guardian of mankind. I do blame some part on the defenders however blame can be rested upon you as well. You did not have to drag anyone to this plane, you could have spoke civily and the men would have not been so eager to open fire. However, I can see you rather just leave. It does not matter anyways. We both have important things to take care of." The man spoke as he gathered the soul of the slain Guardsman as he and the men alive began to wander to the exit.

"You may have been asking for directions, but no one asked to be dragged into a different dimension against their will and killed. You may have spared some but you still killed some...And I can sense you could care less if you killed a planets worth of people without so much as a second thought. You can do what you want, but if it involves mankind and the Imperium I won't be talking next time...next time I will just end one of your lives. I can already tell what you are, but I shall not waste any more time." The Emperor spoke as they exit the dimension.

A spark of blood red formed int he middle of a street, spinning rapidly in a counter clockwise direction before widening into a full blown portal from farmland to that city. Moving sdwiftly as to where her butler had indicated where their room was to be and her meeting to be kept she smiled,. Ah food! Lovely wonderful food! James had indeed come through with her desired meal preperations as he had said!

Perfect!

As she sat down to eat she forced a smaller portal, one as big as her fist. Sending out a letter of some form, magically created, with Marks name upon it. And her parents, her deceased parents he had killed in Egypt when he broke her heart, seal under his name. He'd know exactly what it meant.

She sat down to eat. It was about time she had a traditional Egyptian meal. A good dozen thugs milled around the eating place, making themselves scarece and just barely seen but close by as she ate. Ahhh james had come through for her once anew. He was then seeing to their stay asnd room prepreations with the inn owner. Ahh. Perfect.

All there was left to do was drive the last nail into the coffin. Her former fiance's coffin.

Oh how she wanted to see the look on his face when he got her letter. But no, she was starving.

The butler was always close by as he watched his charge devour the meal set out before her. Her meal itself was crafted and picked by James and consisted of an assortment of cheeses, primarily a well aged Rumi and a few slivers of Hulumi brined to the proper specifications, with several loaves of bread and butters. The primary dish itself was a bowl of bamia bi-lahm which consisted of cooked okra and lamb and a heavy tomato sauce with a variety of herbs to accompany its taste. A pot of tea sat next to her meal with an empty cup and a small note revealing that it was Kushari tea. Along with it she would find a bowl of sugar and a bit of cream to go along with it if she so choose. Her needs would be fulfilled under her butlers ever watchful eye.

Aboard the Silver Eagle

Mark would find the serenity of his power nap disturbed by the sense of something magical appearing in his vicinity, and then something landing in his lap. Sighing, he opened his eyes and sat up in his chair, looking at the sealed letter. It smelled of a place nearby; somewhere he'd been to before. Looking over the seal was enough to know who sent it, but spurred by curiosity, he opened it.

His name. That's all it read. He was silent as he stood and put on his coat, securing it and making sure it looked nice before raising the hood and taking a deep breath, stepping backwards into a transport array.

Across the table from Vitas.

Mark plopped himself into the chair across from her, and would likely not be recognized until he plopped the letter on the table, saying nothing. His beard had been freshly groomed, his coat washed, his boots shined and his body rested. He looked like he could take on the world at the moment, though he didn't feel like it. Would be too much of a hassle. For a while he said nothing, crossing his legs a bit, his ankle on his knee as his fingers entwined in his lap and he leaned back and to the side, leaning particularly into the arm rest on his left side, which also meant that it was his left foot resting on his right knee. A strange move, since the last time Vitas had seen him, he'd only used his left Gauntlet, not his full armor.

Still he said nothing; he didn't even look directly at her, but at the butler-type man who stood nearby, analyzing him for any signs he could be a potential threat. Once he was content that he wasn't, his vibrantly dark brown eyes turned to look at the woman from under his hood, a dim bronze glow back-lighting his irises as he looked at her.

He'd let her speak first.

"You are not an Elisar" She said simply a moment or two after Mark easily landed in his seat. It wasnt like brute forcing a portal those transport arrays, but they did the job pretty well. "Are you ?" Her orange eyes stared at him, there were flecks of black and red in her eyes. A sign of her sheer power.

Surely he wondered how she was still alive. She poured a cup of the tea for herself, flicking her nail into the sugar bowl to flick a bit of the sugar into the tea before pretty much dipping her finger into the cream and letting it drip into the tea off her nail before taking a sip. "See something you like ?" She asked him as he stared at her.

If he did tht would be a mircale in and of itself. Mostly because Mark had broken their engagement, and killed her parents. On the same day. The result. Her magic finally surfacing as her parents had longed but never got to see. She poured another cup of tea and held it to him "Tea ?"

"No." Came the simple reply to her question of both his not being an Elisar, and seeing something he liked. When offered tea however, he paused, then shook his head. "No." he repeated. He leaned further into the chair and rested his chin against his hand as he looked lazily at her.

"Mark Wolfe, at your service. Your once husband-to-be, and since slayer of your family. Shame, that. Your parents were decent folks." he said, however despite his sincerity in his words, there was none in his tone, nor any remorse. He'd come to terms with what he'd done, he had moved on. "To be truthful, my orders were to kill everyone in your house. Couldn't find you. Then look at the mess you made in Cali."

He sighed and shook his head, yawning and stretching his whole body out, a few joints popping before he relaxed. "So then, what can I do for you, Talak Horde of Cairo?" he asked, calling her by her full name. His full name was mostly on display; however there were other names she would know him by. Code-names, mostly, and of his old affiliation with the Elisar Clan.

His faintly glowing eyes peered in to hers. She held great power within her...she was powerful indeed. But when it came to combat, and the use of Magic on the fly in combat, he had her beat. All he had to do was tap into Kalda's power and experience, and use that. But sheer power, if she got the jump on him, she'd win. No questions asked.

Good thing he wasn't here to fight.

Vitas smirked and set the cup in front of him. he could drink it when ready. "Yes, You could not find me, because you broke my heart, then by your own words. Killed my parents. Their servantea, and then left" She smirked. "And look at your luck, twenty eight years later. You find me in California. Of course by that time I had made a name for myself, My adopted parents taught me well. Better than yours. In many respects."

She never was one for telling her past, she hated the man in front of her for breaking her heart, she never let go of that locket. Thinking of which she held it out "I still have it, Even when you broke my heart I kept it." He already knew what had happened, why he couldnt find her when he was to kill her. Quite honestly he didnt want to do it, he'd just broken up with her, and in her heartbreak she tried to kill herself, only to pretty much fall into the lap of her new family dead on at the time.

"When they heard we were engaged, betrothed, the lockets..... They were horrified that I become an Elisar. But I have you to thank quite honestly. I was planning on killing them the night of our wedding. You broke my heart, killed my parents and their servantea and never found me. And then you get to Califonira, to Ruth Big. Baba Yaga herself... And then... you kill me."

Yep

Mark had killed her, slit her throat, destroyed both of her kidneys and her liver, exactluy like he had done her mother, throat slit, kidney and liver gone, the work of an artist. "Now... your next question no doubt, is how am I still alive ? How are.... we.. still alive. Spike you killed, I brought her back. My magic, brought us back"

Ok, wait, magic brought her ba... oh shit

"And now you ask me, what can you do for me ?" She held her hand out towards her butler, the suited man handed her the desired item. She held it up, and let it unroll for Mark to see. It was written in nine different langauges, including draconic, Eagle, Tigris and six other Mortal langages. But it was the seal that had the undevided attention, it wasnt even her seal or her families seals. It was the Templar Cross, her Templar Cross, with the crown of thorns around it "Recognise this woman ?" The image was easy to identify.

It was Marks adopted sister, Serena Elisar. And by look of it, Talak wanted her... alive. "Who was it... that spied on us when we traded lockets ? Was it her ?"

She handed the wanted poster back to her butler then sat back in her chair "Why did you come to Sacremento, what drew you there ?.... Why..... Is it so easy to take one life.... but so hard to lose one ?"
