"A dragon kin has seemed to have run off with some stolen information that is of value, I am offering you specifically 300,000 credits to apprehend her, or if you feel a little more violent then 250,00 credits if you kill her, if you do kill her I do not wish to see the body, merely show me the sword she carries and I'll know she is dead, however, should you show me a replica I will know right away. The sword this dragon kin wields has something only we can recognize."

Hikage Sukeru took note of the women looking in his direction, he didn't look back but from his peripheral vision he could see them both relatively well. Upon finally receiving his drink he didn't bother with the shot glass, he just popped off the cap and took a large swig of the hard liquor, placing the bottle down he snorted which released small whisps of flame from his nostrils followed by trails of black smoke.

Hikage Sukeru caught eye of the new arrivals, none of which were interesting, sure there was the blue skinned woman with blood stains and a twisted grin but none of that was new to the dragon kin, he'd been in many battles over the span of his incredibly long life and nothing much seemed to surprise him now-a-days. The other new patron was also a bit boring to Hikage as he looked like a young man, absolutely nothing special.

The Dragon Kin took another swig and this time he blue a fire ring out his mouth, which drifted off towards Coreen Evrir and Rosenna before dissipating between the woman. 'Might as well have a little fun while I'm stuck waiting.' he thought to himself while baring a devilishly playful grin.

he snorted releasing thin streams of black smoke from his nostrils. Hikage wasn't looking to fight as such confrontations were beneath him, especially bar fights.

The Dragon Kin looked back to the blue skinned assassin only to raise a brow as she stabbed a knife through her hand.

The one I refer to is also a dragon kin much like myself, if you bring her to me alive you'll receive a rather generous reward, if you kill her simply bring me her sword, however shes worth more to me alive than dead, but that doesn't mean you can't...have your fun with her first.

The girl's name is Kuroi Hitsuji.

If you bring her back alive you will receive 250,000 credits, if you kill her the reward will be 150,000.

"Actually you can't do that, you see the sword is bound to little Kuroi and to kill her would only make the sword completely useless, it would become dull and unable to sharpen, the fires that blessed it will disappear forever." he chuckled to himself before looking to Sydney.

"How disappointing, and here I thought you were sure to be the one to catch her, tsk tsk." again his eyes shifted, this time to his daughter. "Hello my little Kuru, ready to come home?"

"And like she said, non can wield it save for herself, she has to be dead for it to be taken from her, when she is dead the weapon becomes completely useless, you really need to learn more about dragon kin history, none can wield the weapons we forge." he chuckled at the man's ignorance.

"Be my guess, you'd only be doing me a favor, but know this, that weapon is completely unusable to all except those of the Dākuuingu clan and even they cannot touch the weapon without Kuru's permission, just like how my own sword cannot be wielded by any." with that he turned and disappeared into a plume of black smoke that easily whisped away through the electrical charges.
