Salutations and hello there fellow Roleplayers and lovers of Dark Fantasy, Horror, and Macabre. I am Sydney. Syd or Punk-o shall do just fine thank you very much! Anyways, aside from greetings and common welcomes, choose your own language it all means the same, I am here as your guide, you friend, and your teacher in this so called realm that has come from the imagination of two very close friends and myself.
This ideal came at hand when two of my close friends whom I have known since I was a baby, came up with the idea to draw up a comic. At the time, the three of us were losers and still in middle school so aside from doing our homework and hanging out with the cliques, we were focused on making our idea come to life. Because we're complete weirdos and wished to stand out, we chose a theme that was dark, depressing, and downright morbid in a sense while at the same time, having a level of romance, comedy, and action clashed into one great orgasmic looking comic. We spent about two whole years upon this comic; drawing, reading up on things, as well as even creating the characters. Of course, we had a little help from DnD and Magic the Gathering, we were obsessed with the art styles and storyline upon these said great games and our dream at first was to simply have fun and quickly grew into something that we wish to one day publish and make some cash off of. Sadly, art skills were not that great and because of our reading and writing levels. Many spelling errors and the grammar was terrible! So we just decided to do the next best thing; Make a roleplay of it.
---
So, from the ages of us being 14 to 17, we did LARP with Abyss, at the time though it was called Vel'bol d' Ssussun lu' Bwael treemma which means What of Light and Good fear in the Drow Language. Yet that was quick to change to L' Rendan (The Abyss) because we were getting lazy on pronouncing and misspelling the whole entire thing out all of the time. For nearly 3+ years, we dedicated half of our lives to this little game we made up, and over time, we began getting a few folks around town wishing to join in it and have fun. Hell, roleplaying is fun, it's the only time you get to be someone that you're not for a change and just let your imagination run wild! Sadly, because of the criteria of the norm never understanding us oddities and weirdos, folks were complaining about our costumes and saying that we were mistaking reality from fantasy. Which was a bunch of bull shit because we knew our limits and never crossed that line, we had rules to make sure that never happened since it was LARP and not table top or online.
We were simply forced to stop due to complaints from the norm. We were unable to take it to table top due to not fully having the attention span to do all the paperwork, make the figures as well as getting dices and stuff. It was simply easier to put on a Halloween costume, make a sword out of cardboard and swing it around like a dork. What made things worse was that our friendship had to come to a close due to everyone moving in different locations. We were growing up and the said world we made up was no more.
---
Although it was not completely dead, the three of us did manage to take a nice chunk of what we knew of the made up world with us. So to speak, a souvenir to remind us of all the good times we had together, an oath to never break our friendship, and to always be there for each other. I discovered, months ago that is, that our trio of awesome had broken up due to the one who held the bestiary of the world passed away in a car wreck. God bless his soul. That and the one whom claimed the lands and landmarks of the world simply could not keep it what he took responsibility over. He also managed to be given the bestiary before the other passed away. He finally concluded to me that I should be the one to have all of it because he had simply grown up and couldn't bear the fact, as well as the burden, to have something that reminded him of his friend that died. That, and he didn't have any room for all the papers. So, in the end, I am the last, and only one, to hold all the keys to this said little world we made up ages ago. Because I'm not really the sociable type that does LARPing anymore, I've simply chosen to do it online based. That, and I wish to share the world with you because i know it's something that fellow roleplayers will enjoy and have something to fill that void of not finding a roleplaying partner or let alone actually getting the chance to roleplay with someone else.
In short; I want to share my happiness with you.
Welcome to Abyss...

About Abyss
"Abyss is not a place for the sweet, the kind, the gentle, or the lovely. This place is for pure nightmarish horror, darkness, evil, and corrupt macabre that not even your imagination can fathom properly without becoming a blubbering mass of insanity. Although romance does happen here, not as often, the romance is usually quickly snuffed out like a candle and it is a clash of close and open minded actions and perspectives. Expect to be ridiculed and teased, expect to be punished, expect to have suffering, pain, and a rather hard time here. This place is not for the easy and it is NOT a place for the good and holy folk. Maybe you are here by mistake, maybe your intentions are true and your goals were set to come here, maybe you're here to start a new 'life' or to do something else, I don't care, you're here and you're going to be here for a good long while. Don't expect any warm welcomes or open arms. Yes, it's a beautiful and magnificent place to behold, thank my family for being there at the beginning when higher forces were there to create and assist in making it. Yet...every rose has its thorns..and this realm has many..many...thorns. Too many thorns that many overlook the inner beauty of this realm. Right now, you are placed in the great desert of Renor I'niken....Black Sands. Simple and to the point. Turn around, look all around you...what do you see? Nothing. Maybe a few cluster of rocks, a cave here or there..but all you see is nothing but the crimson skies above you, the black sands at your feet, and before you, the heat and the distant sounds of Wurms...be careful of those things..they have a nasty temper, and the females are even worse...
Your goal? That is your choice. You can either stay and die, or you can keep moving and die. Most don't usually survive more than three days in Renor I'niken unless they have been here before, which is rare...very very rare... Your goals are not my problems, your destinations lie either North, South, East, or West. Have fun..." - Mandragora; Ex Ruler and Queen of Abyss
Mandragora
The once queen of Abyss has now been dethroned by her own brother, Ginseng. She is now supposedly dead, although no body has yet to be found, it is as if this being has simply been erased from the lands henceforth. Her brother proved this point by burning anything and everything that was once owned by his younger sister. Those whom mourn, feel grief, or oppose such things will have their head chopped off and placed upon a steak. Mandragora is no more! Let a new reign begin!
Ginseng
The supposed ruler of Incompertus Terra, uncharted and dangerous lands that have yet to be fully explored properly, as well as being the older brother and firstborn of the main royal family. Unlike Mandragora, Ginseng is cold, deceptive and just downright evil. He does have a disturbing fetish like obsession with his own half sister as well as being a manipulative bastard during civil situations. He detests peace and his main goal is to see his own sister killed so he may take the crown and rule over Abyss. His intentions after that are unknown, yet gossip has started up on saying that he wishes to use such powers of Abyss to begin an all out war with other realms so he may possibly become a deity or a god.
The plans have been completed and he has overthrown the Queen, there's a new boss in the game now...obviously, it will be for the worse. He has enslaved the beings of Abyss and his rule spreads far and wide, soon....he will begin his era of dominion over neighboring realms nearby...
Thaddeus Umbreious - Lord of Atrum Scientia
The ruler of Atrum Scientia, the great metropolis of Science, Logical thinking, and twisted inventions that come from one's inner true evil. Currently, Thaddeus has managed to corrupt his body and mind into something a bit more....disturbing compared to his last look. He is the very logical and upfront compared to the other rulers of Abyss. He seems to share an odd companionship with Ginseng due to a past conflict that involved the two of them fighting a few black wurms. Of course, his robotic like loyalty towards the deceptive one is kept in deep secret due to his companion's current actions and said goals. For a good while, he has been giving Ginseng resources to build his own personal empire. How he came to be the said Lord of Atrum Scientia is still unknown, some say that Ginseng killed off the last Lord of Atrum Scientia and placed Thaddeus upon the said throne. If he is not ruling Atrum Scientia, then he is usually locked away in his domain forever obsessed with his creations and twisted scientific mutations.
F`rgird the Blood Beast - Lady of Torva Terra
Lady of Torva Terra and head Werewolf of Barhgiest`Urak Clan. She is a strict and bloodthirsty woman that shows no mercy and is a lover of war, fighting, and lust. Although she is not the brightest and most witty, she is possibly the strongest of the Lords and tends to be the one with the shortest temper. Although she can do sneak attacks and deceptive moves, she is usually the type that goes headstrong into battle and asks questions later. Obviously, she fought and killed her way to the top and is making sure that nobody gets in the way of her title, even if it means betraying the others, she'll do it if it means she stays Lady of Torva Terra.
Grogtik Grogruk` - Lord of Paludis
The most deceptive, most cunning, and possibly the biggest backstabber known in the realm. Ginseng holds this man in high regards and sees him almost like a god. The old, very old, lizardman has been around when the last ruler of Abyss was merely a child, and he holds it in regards that he himself should be ruler of the whole realm. This he has tried countless times with forever conflicting wars that didn't seem to end. Surprisingly enough, he is in a neutral stance with the whole family feud at the moment. That is his tactic; sit, watch, and wait for a right moment to join the fray.
More shall be added over time!
Grogrim
Deceptive, primitive, and tribe like. Grogrims, or Grims to native Scientians, say that these human like monsters are a rather deadly and very bloodthirsty force. These creatures, mostly females, stand at a simple 4 ft tall, the males being a bit taller, and a wolf pack like mind that makes them just as deadly to desert beings. Usually, they are not active during the day due to their kind burn when coming in contact with sunlight, making them the most active at night. Commonly, these creatures wear as little clothing as possible, some even running around naked with their physical beauty oddly attractive, they prey on teen males of any race or species, luring them away from inhabitants and then leading them deep into their territory or lair before killing them instantly or enslaving. Often enough, they run in small packs of three to five females and at least two males whom act as spies and scouts.
Hunderhund
Demonic undead hounds that stand at a towering 6 ft tall. Over the years, beings of Atrum Scientia have been using these creatures as mounts and pets, even more so that they have used the beasts as lab rats, forever testing them with drugs and newly created inventions, forcing the Hunds to become corrupted and twisted anthro-robotic beast. Due to their constant mutations and drug related injections, Hunderhunds are an inbred species that is hard to tame and even harder to train. It takes nearly four years to properly tame and gain the beast's trust, as well as adding on two more years to train the beast on what you want. Although they appear nothing but corrupted mechanical monsters, Hunderhounds are dangerously tactful, some have even managed to escape from their enslavement and now roam the lands attacking villages and tribes with no mercy.
Cerbitos
A sub-race of the the Sand Wurm, Cerbitos are swamp wurms that have three heads, each head supporting a different personality. All of them stupid and pretty dull minded. The beings of Paludis use this said creature as a transport and cargo creature. They are like the cows of Paludis, their hides are thick and very much waterproof that seem to deflect many blows, their meat is very potent and healthy along with their beaks and webbed claws deadly sharp to be used as weapons. Even more so the slime the produce has a strange venomous paralytic toxin to it that when ingested, makes one's body goes completely numb. Usually, these creatures tend to be on their own, only grouping together during mating season, just like their cousins, yet they are much more docile and peaceful.
Minotaur
Another twisted corruption of Abyssal nature that clashes with earth and metal. These gigantic creatures tend to hide underground the great sewage systems of Nox`equus Civitas. Oddly enough, these creatures are a very peaceful species if left alone. Often enough, they hide within caves or underground areas living solitary lives that consist of mining and feeding upon stupid beings disturbing their peace or feasting on raw ore materials. They are a sentient species that can sometimes be persuaded into armies with deals of heaping sums of ore, what makes them even more remarkable is that some of the best weapons are minotaur made. If their barbaric lifestyles do not suit your tastes then it's best you bow your head, show them up most respect and back away slowly.
Zargothur
Centaur like beasts that enjoy nothing, but the good source of pain and suffering from other beings. They find any way to cause suffering and simply love being in battles. Berserk and crazy, it is best not to get into battle with the Zargs for they are forever determined to overextend the said battle, teasing and taunting you . If you are to lose or are near death, they will literally attempt to heal you before striking once more and throwing you into the fray of battle again. Although they are somewhat smart beings, Zargs are unable to take commands from anyone, even if they have obtained your respect and trust, they will expect you to follow their orders. Commonly enough, Zargs are seen in small groups of two or three of their own kind and vary in sizes and colors.
Pestilence
He was once a man a great warrior knight whom broke his oath to his duties and cursed by his holy people in another realm. He was cursed to Abyss over three thousand years ago and still festers in Paludisian swamp woods infecting lost travelers who have gone astray from the path. His very hands produce venom, toxins, and infectious diseases that he injects by a simple scratch or cut upon one's bare flesh. Most of the sicknesses he inflicts on people are something rare and quite naught impossible to cure, yet because of his conflicting nightmares to be forever cursed to remember his fall from holy grace, he only attacks males of any race, species, or creature. He will attack no female what so ever, actually, he will instead cower in fear of a woman hiding away until she leaves his territory. It has been known, by only gossip or a few survivors, that when a team or group travels with a female, or even two and they manage to camp in Pestilence's territory, he will kill off all the males, leaving the females alone. The women have stated that they have awoken in the woods, blood circled around them and only a simple lavender rose growing right before them.
Duniks
Duniks are Nox`equus Civitas's odd little fuck ups. They are stupid and speak with slurred words, but their great strength and size makes them perfect workers and fighters. Oddly enough, Duniks seem to have a fondness for clowns and tend to dress up like them. Even though they are very stupid, Duniks love entertaining people. Like golems, they are sometimes created in the acts of Frankenstein by extra body parts removed from other beings or corpses. Duniks are not bright enough to wield weapons properly, let alone using magic, but because they feel no pain, they make great grunts when they are not laughing stupidly over something.
Larval
Nasty, slimy, and dirt ridden creatures. These disgusting beasts that reek of death and feces are often found anywhere that untidy and unhealthy beings lay waste at. Their life stages are always and forever growing, some reaching sizes of Wurms even. At first, they begin as eggs, instantly hatching upon a living being or an undead corpse before feasting upon its meal, slowly growing until completely eating the whole body from the inside out. Having a hive-mind like perspective, Larval can control the said host that they are feeding off of for certain periods of time, the longer they feed from the host, the longer they can control the said being. What makes them even more grotesque is that when it comes to the point where Larval need to find a new host, they will burst fourth from their host and lunge at the nearest being. Even if they appear slow and lazy, Larval are dangerously fast and are dominated by a single female whom is usually taking host within a greater being.
Wurm
Nox`equus Civitas's few protections due to their borders surrounded by great sands and open seas. The males, much smaller and easier to tame, tend to be docile and oddly friendly, but just as unpredictable and dangerous, while the females are jet black and tend to be the most viscous creatures upon the lands, even more so during mating season. Burrowing deep underground, Wurms are mostly blind and tend to rely on vibrations and sounds to detect their victims. They will eat any living creature or being that walks upon the sands, and if deceptive enough, they will even attack things airborne. Some nomadic sand beings have learned the skill of taming and whispering to these beasts and sometimes use their great underground domains as homes and the beasts themselves as mounts.
Scarab
Giant black beetles that fly back and fourth throughout the great lands of this Realm. Like birds, they fly in flocks and there never ending drive of mating, migrating, and eating on the run. Oddly enough, Scarabs have a distinct fondness for music, usually because the rubbing of their back legs sounds like a combination of giant crickets and violins screeching. If playing a right tune of music, these creatures will swarm you, either with affection or protecting you, yet due to their size of a small Volkswagen, they know nothing of their own strength. These creatures make great pets and are loyal like old hound dogs to their masters, and if one were to be there when the said egg hatches, the Scarab is quick to link a bond, thinking that the said being is their mother. Like lions, there is one alpha male and multiple females that he leads, males and females vary in size and color, with the males being larger and supporting a great horn upon their head.
The Touched
Women, young girls, or children touched or fathered to by Pestilence. These females tend to act like nymphs of Abyss, having wonderful and beautiful bodies, yet their faces horribly disfigured with sores and scabs. Unlike their said father, they tend to be very hateful and jealous of females that fall astray in the woods, if their father has not deemed the female to be protected, they are quick to attack whomever they see fit. Commonly, The Touched can talk, although it is mostly in riddles and they have an insatiable hunger that forces them to keep eating and eating, never fully having the feeling of no hunger. This could be explained why they are so thin, nearly thin enough to see their bones. Often enough, they are seen wearing Roman-like togas covered in mud while wielding small daggers or whips.
Haradin
Underground dwelling, goblin-like males that are forever enemies to Grogrim species. These two small species are always and will forever be at war with each other. Weather it be by the instincts of nature, or their own semi-primal thoughts, Haradin and Grogrim hate each other deeply. Haradin are the same size as Grogrims, yet unlike their counterparts, they are able to be out and about during the sunlight, actually, they hate the darkness and everything to do with it. Often enough, their homes rests within a few dotted areas and caves within sandy hills, yet they worship the Wurms like gods and readily attack and enslave any other being they could find, once the said being is of no use, they sacrifice them to the Wurms in hopes of appeasing them.
Shade
The forever slave to Mandragora whom has been laying low and dormant for years now. In the past, he was Mandragora's baby sitter and provider when her father was too busy to tend for her. Shade is rarely seen unless his name is called and he is usually Mandragora's last resort when she knows things are going down hill. He can shift his size easily and can tower over most buildings. Before Mandragora was born, he was once a Mortuus Militis soldier that gained a blessing from the royal family after a great war between light and darkness. After that, he has and will be forever loyal to whomever owns him.
Mortuus Militis
The great soldiers and completely soulless beings of Atrum Scientia that are man made and forever changing to become even darker and even more twisted than the last. They vary in size, shape, and color, mostly black or dark gray, as well as having near to indestructible armor. These beings were the first and most prized creations of Thaddeus, he adores and shows some form of fatherly affection towards each one he makes, that and he has spent countless centuries expanding such soldiers. Due to the vast resources of technology, the mines underground that provide the raw materials, as well as his vast skills of black magic and science, Thaddeus is spending most of his long life perfecting these things. Milits do not feel pain, they do not fear, and they have no emotions unless they are given some through high levels of enchantments. Their said size varies as well, being as tall as nearly 10 ft, as well as nearly reaching up the size of just your knee. They show no mercy and never back down.
Lidless
Small creatures about as big as one's hand, but able to go invisible and are better at nothing but spying and sneaking about. These tiny creatures make a great pet for the assassin or thief due to their abilities to share a bond with their masters and allows them to see what they can see. Seeing in three different spectrum, Lidless are named due to their large eye that makes up most of their heads and are unable to blink fully. They are unable to speak, but due to their somewhat impish nature and agile bodies, they are prized and very useful for any sort whom are the sneaky types. Usually they can communicate with common squeaks and clicks, but because of their psychic powers, they simply shove the information into their master's mind.
Bau
Large baboon like demons that roam in the great mountain ranges. They have a very nasty habit of stealing, hoarding, and tricks. They play the most nastiest tricks that anyone can think of and tend to have a weird connection with Zargothur 's due to both sharing the nature of blood-lust and entertainment. Often enough, if they are not following Zargs about and looting the ones that the Zargs have killed, then Bau are commonly seen lazing near cliffs and live in large packs of ten to twelve with having one Alpha male leading them. If a Bau is raised by sentient beings as a pup, they are able to understand and speak simple words as well as learning how to wield weapons. Oddly enough, domesticated Bau tend to be larger as well as quickly becoming Alphas once they return to the wilds.
Thunder Wing
Dragon-like carrion birds that have three great legs and mighty wings that with each flap of them, it sounds like the clapping sound of thunder. These creatures are the garbage disposals and collectors of anything festering and disgusting. They do not bother or pester anything living or fresh unless tampered with or during mating season. These beasts are about the size of a common ostrich and usually feast on the undead and decaying. They tend to be very drawn to vampires and most are seen following Zargs high above their heads. Eyesight grand and speeds remarkable, Thunder Wings are a deadly force and are recommended to be face when they are upon the ground. Surprisingly enough though, they are cowardly and at any chance, will try to escape as soon as possible.
The Undead
Viscus Phasmatis - Ghoul
Ghouls are possibly the oddest and most recent race in the Abyssal Realm. These beings commonly vary in size, shape, and color, yet all Ghouls tend to have gray skin varying in different hues and depending on the markings and said tribal like paintings upon their bodies represents either their ranking or what said clan they have come from. All ghouls either have red or pink eyes and all or most ghouls in Abyss are not look to fondly upon due to their rebellious and unpredictable ways. Naturally, they make great scouts or thieves due to their charismatic personalities, but there is much more than meets the eye with these beings. Even though they appear weak and harmless, Ghouls harbor a high resistance to magical attacks as well as being able to take plenty of blows from others. This could possibly be due to their living conditions, which by instinct they deem to live in filth, and tend to have a high immunity against poisons and disease. Currently, Ghouls live very peacefully in various tribes and clans that dot around Paludis and have now made an alliance with the Lizardmen due to their common share of deception, ill deeds, and sneaky actions. Naturally, ghouls tend to have a rather odd smell to them, that most other races find disgusting and downright repulsive due to their high senses of smell, yet their body seems to produce an oily substance upon their flesh, giving them an odd glazed and glistening look upon their bodies that allows them to contain body heat during cold times and cool off during the hot times.
Cruor imbibo - Vampire
Possibly the third most populated race in Abyss. These beings are prideful, powerful, and tend to have the nasty habit of inbreeding and believing in a few wacky rituals. Vampires in Abyss are commonly your average vampire; pale skin, glowing eyes, fangs, blood suckers, etc. etc. Yet due to the bloodline and overexercise all in the family actions, most of the vampire species is slowly starting to die out because of the few said 'royal' families wishing to keep their bloodline as pure as possible. Even more so is that some have been interbreeding with beasts of the realm and even demons just to suffice their lustful needs and in fanciful hopes; produce more pure blooded kin. Abyssal Vampires are naturally cocky and tend to be upfront with what they think as well as what they say, which usually ends with a fist in their face and an all out brawl, yet because of their skills with magic, charm, and fighting, the vampire race is put in high regards and respected by a lot, more than what they deserve. Over the countless years, and most will agree, that at least 55% of the wars that have been started have usually been because of a vampire not knowing when to shut up and their cockiness getting in the way. Yet, not many openly say this since the race tends to move around in gangs of four to six members. Females are put in high regards and tend to hold their tempers better, but are a lot more lustful which starts a lot of drama. Males are territorial and have an annoying habit of mocking and teasing other said lesser beings. They believe that they are the second best race in Abyss and should be treated with royalty. Fat chance.
Malym Phamatis - God Wraith
Possibly the rarest race in Abyss. They were the first sentient beings when The Three came up with the decision to create this realm and will be the last to see this realm pass. Although they appear immortal and un-aged, these beings can die in battle and from sickness, although their immune system is damn powerful. Wraith like and varying in sizes, God Wraiths are very distinctive and can easily be picked out like a sore thumb in a crowd due to their yellow eyes and very beautiful human like features. They have three main forms in which helps them in great advantage over other beings and forces in Abyss, each one far more terrible than the worse. Many have stated that these beings, as few as there are, are the very physical representations of the realm itself and are simply taking charge of what was given to them until The Three have returned to take back the power. God Wraiths are praised and nearly worshiped as gods for many a sentient being has heard the tales of these forces in wars and an epic battles that has changed the very lands themselves, fighting off other unknown forces from other realms who wish only to see the Abyss crumble in their grasp. They are the guardians and protectors. By nature, God Wraiths tend to be quiet and observant of what they see around them before actually saying what needs to be said. Wise, reserved, and patient, they are the teachers of old and the witty ones that have the odd habit of having bad timing when it comes to comedy. Due to the reproductive cycle, God Wraiths come into 'heat' every six hundred years, which tends to be a very disturbing and very messy situation for all to behold. Cities have been torn and painted red with the blood of its inhabitants due to 'Wraith Season'. Of course, you never wish to mistake these beings as weak..the only fault they have is that they suffer from cases of paranoia, insanity, and rage.
The Creatures
Vir Lupus - Werewolf
Man beasts is what folks call them. They are the confused and the primal, in tune with beasts of nature and having very short tempers, werewolves are renown for their tribal antics, their brutal personality, and their strength. The spiritual rivals of Vampires, Werewolves move and act like in wolf pack formation even when not in their primal forms. Lycanthropy is considered an incurable disease in Abyss and those whom are infected are treated with a high strain of fear, but always being stabbed in the back. In the past, Werewolves have been beaten, tortured, and enslaved by other races, mostly the Vamperic race and because of their reputation for having long memories, and never forgetting what has been done to them. Yet due to some rights and a few bloody wars, the Lycans obtained much fear and respect. Common features, male and females, are known to be the abundance of discolored eyes, abnormal places for hair to be, and basic statistics higher than the common beings. Of course, due to their in tune with nature, most werewolves can easily control or barter with other wild creatures and beasts.
Vir Lacerta - Lizardmen
The most deceptive and most confusing race there is. Reptilian-Frog like beings that were once mortal folk or some other race that has succumb to the forces of the swamp lands in Abyss. These creatures are so unfaithful and downright cruel when it comes to anything. Religion, politics, race, gender, species, anything. They do not care and the only time they do is if it benefits themselves. They are faster to sell their own mothers to slavers than to save a lover whom is on their deathbed with a curable sickness and they have rightfully obtained their reputation for being the most mistrustful race known in Abyss. They don't give a damn about that either! Their perspective when it comes to wealth and respect is this; If the being is large and round, then they are well off enough to feed themselves. The larger the being, the more respect, which can explain most of their leaders are rather huge frog like beings that do nothing, but sit and eat while playing tricks and breaking a few vows here and there. Lizardmen are not too fond of everyone else, save for Ghouls, and they tend to prove this by stealing, lying, cheating, and tricking you out of anything and everything then laughing in your face. Careful now, do not mistake these creatures for something stupid, their technology may be primitive, but their minds are vast and they know their way around the swamps and a few good weapons.
Vir Torva - Ork
A mighty race that has recently been discovered just at the borders of Incompertus Terra. These beings, weather they be of man made or by gods, or even beings from another realm, are mighty and dangerous. Dark green flesh and a mouth filled with brown-yellow teeth, which is used as a form of currency for their kind. There are personal guards, mercenaries, that run around against their own kind, ripping out teeth and using it as cash. The bigger the tooth, the more it costs. Say you have a nice Ork's tooth the size of your own hand, to their kind, that would be about ten dollars or so. The larger the tooth, the larger the price of it is. What makes this race even more barbaric, is that there have been recent moments where Orks have been seen running around more often now, leaving their unknown dwellings and ripping the very teeth out of other beings and returning home to be as rich as ever. Currently, they seem to prize the teeth of werewolves due to the nice size of them and how strong they seem to be. A werewolf with a mouth full of teeth is currently holding about ten to eighteen thousand dollars in Ork currency. This being said, do not be surprised if a few Orks are running around in small settlements or in villages and staring at your mouth like a dog would with a bone...
The Demons
Demons can vary in size, shape, color, and race. There are far too many to list, yet due to the location of where Abyss is, demons of multiple races and personalities have managed to make their way into Abyss. Weather they make it their permanent home, are here for simple entertainments, or to escape from whatever, Demons are beings not to be trifled with. Sentient or not, all demons are truly deadly and disturbing. Depending on the race determines their use of magic, weapons, and powers. There are simply too many species and races to list upon such things, yet I shall allow your imagination to point out what you see. Beware! Demons show little to no mercy and only find entertainment in your suffering.
The Warrior - The Guardian - Creator of the Lands
Gregifryn the Many Winged One, with each wing that he flapped, the great sands of time and space blew into the realm. His bloodied hands bestowing life and the elements come into play, his very breath breathing life into this. And that. And this. When his final steps were done, he was the one who created the five Abyssal Seals; Flesh, Bone, Blood, Breath, and Soul. With the five seals, he created a protective seal upon the realm so that no greater good nor greater evil shall pass without thine blessing from the Malym Phamatis who now rule this realm. And when he moved on, he left behind Knowledge, Wit, and Intellect.
The Lover - The Sun and The Moon - Creatrix of the Sentient Beings
Otupeki of the shadows, lady of the Setting Sun and Rising Moon. Woman of the Setting Moon and Rising Sun. She who created us and all beings of thought and personality. With her many arms, she holds the sun and moon, bringing us sight at any time. She with her hands revealing the darkness and the true Abyss within us, many eyed woman whom sees all, and hears all. Nox`equus Civitas
The capitol of Abyss itself. A vast city that lays in the Eastern parts of the lands and is consisted of a borderline of open seas and great sands. The very half of this city seems to rise and fall upon miniature hilltops as well as being supported by very thick and very strong support beams that dig deep into the very crust itself. This is simply a safety issue due to Sand Wurms, which happens to be a common menace to the people of this grand city and for those whom make a living just upon the borderlands and docks of the dark sands. Many a being can be found roaming the guttered and ghetto streets of this town for it tends to attract the unruly sort. Those whom wish to find drink, wine, dine, and feel merry come here for Nox` has a reputation to uphold to have the best known food and drink in the lands. By morning, the main town center of everything tends to be packed with folks buying, selling, trading, bartering, or entertaining others. All trying to make a living. The technology isn't the greatest around this city, although it is not oh so primitive, many rely on the uses of more magic than science or nature. By evenings, there is much unruly partying and debauchery, the alleyways are literally cluttered with garbage and the homeless while the sewage systems are filled with the stench of corpses, feces, and cheap beer. Some of the folks are welcoming, most are not and the people of Nox` tend to frown upon newcomers and strangers, yet those whom are being kind to you are simply just going to exploit you later on anyways.

Torva Terra
Tribal lands that reside near the Western Mountains. A semi-fantastical city that is mostly made out of stone, mud, and common huts. The people here rely not on wit, but on brute strength to get whatever they please and are not afraid to show their true colors. Only the hardy and strong may survive within the walls that square off this place. Due to the town itself being right within the Black Sands and the mountain range as a great wall, it is no surprise that the inhabitants of Terra suffer from invasions of wild animals on usual basis. Although their technology is primitive, they are a strong and hardy people. Commonly, and the ones that make up most of the populous, werewolves have found an odd sanctuary within this place. It is a very lawless town and anything can happen at a blink of an eye, and those whom are stronger are much more better off than most. There is no room for the weak.

Paludis
The forever wet city that resides deep within the Southern parts of Abyss. A place filled with disease, corruption, and infection makes its home here and those of an amphibious and aquatic like nature consider this place a paradise. Beyond the great swamps lies ancient ruins of unknown history, within these ruins, reptilian like beings harbor their domain. Dotting their great city of Paludis are primitive huts and shacks made of mud and sticks. Most of the time, the lands are flooded with warm waters while during the hot moments of the year it is humid and muddy. Often enough, there have been multiple tales and stories of ghosts, beasts, and monsters a like revolving around Paludis itself. A superstitious city that is supported by a corrupt government of fat cats and greedy beings.
