Strolling through the bar, for probably the first time ever was a seemingly normal girl with no odd powers or senses or magical abilities. Trinity strolled through the door, crossing the bar with ease until she ended up at the counter. A quick dance of her fingers tapped her order into one of the touchscreen menus and she sat down, looking around the rather empty bar.

It wasn't much of a surprise, of course. The drinking crowd usually didn't come in until later and the lunch crowd was already gone for the day. Yet she was surprised to not even see a janitor or random animal bouncing around. Usually it wasn't quite this quiet.

Trinity quirked a brow at a man came in and bowed to her. She had expected some oddities since this was Wing City, after all. Yet old school mannerisms were quite a throw back for her since she came from the days of handshakes and high fives. She folded her arms across the counter and inclined her chin to Allenn, then to Kvan as he walked into the bar as well. Not knowing either of the men didn't mean she had to be rude or nasty to them.

One of the servebots suddenly rolled her way, depositing a clear glass of lemonade in front of her on the counter. She slipped her card out of her back pocket, tapping it against the bot's center console to begin her tab before slipping the credit card back into her jeans once more.

Suddenly, another man strolled into the bar, proceeding down from the balcony as he spoke to the other two blokes. For the good of the city? She mused with a smirk. Like hell.

Ahhh, Gambit's. Where else would one go to learn of the very underbelly of society? The people that strolled in and out of the bar were a wealth of information, even if they didn't realize that they were providing such a useful service and if all else failed, a quick scan of the bounty board could at least help you hone in on people of interest. For instance, right now in this very room were two men known for their nefarious deeds. One was more subtle than the other, sure, but the end result was the same. Both of them were 'persons of interest' to the local law. Hell, if she stayed here for an hour she would probably meet another dozen or so criminals. Time would only tell.

Trinity's eyes began to seek out the bar's newest patrons. As soon as she had stepped in, the place seemed to come alive and the newest person to step through the front doors was an interesting looking woman wearing a conductor's jacket. Though instead of sitting at the bar like most everyone else seemed to do, to socialize, the woman wandered off to a corner booth. Odd. She would have to keep an eye on her as well.

Suddenly, the hairs on the back of her neck stood up as the feeling that she was being watched overcame her senses. Casually, she turned in her chair so that her back was pressed against the bar and crossed her legs as she looked over those that had been behind her. Sipping at her lemonade, she saw Kvan standing idly by the bounty board. He also seemed to be watching the room.

So many tricksters were in Gambits yet so many good people were here too. A smile quirked her lips as she heard Allenn turn down the silver-tongued man's offer and she diverted her eyes from Kvan as he caught her glancing his way. She wasn't exactly good at this whole covert tactic thing yet, was she? Lowering her eyes from the skypirate, she turned in her seat as if inspecting the rest of the bar and her gaze fell once more onto Evee. The girl was flipping through an ancient looking tome and her eyes glowed mysteriously as she read. A mage, perhaps?

Trinity took another sip of her lemonade and pondered her options briefly. To fight Wing City's more underhanded citizens she would also need to gain some allies that were trustworthy. She couldn't call in the cavalry every time something went wrong, that would get too suspicious. So she needed plain, ordinary citizens to befriend that way if something went awry, she'd have her own sort of back up.

Pondering her options, she glanced around the room once more.

Trinity Parks held her lemonade aloft for the man to view, unaffected by the fact that he had seen her and come over to sit beside her. Perhaps he would only think that she was being forward. "Lemonade. Gambit's is the place least likely to screw up such a simple order. The bar down on Sol Avenue apparently doesn't believe in non-alcoholic beverages and gave me a Hard Lemonade. Nasty stuff."

She lifted the glass to her lips again as she looked him over, her gaze quickly sweeping to his boot where she had seen him stuff one of the bounty notices. "If other places are far more reputable then why are you here?" She returned his question in kind with a grin.

Tilting her head to the side as Kvan spoke, she tried to determine whether the bounty notice that he had ripped off the wall was about him, a friend or a family member. He didn't seem overly shady but his mention of ferrying bounty hunters about raised her suspicion a tad. It sounded like he was fishing for a job and trying to see if she was a bounty hunter at the same time. Interesting....

A soft laugh escaped her throat as he said Gambit's was 'nicer' and she had to disagree. "Nicer? The drinks and waitstaff perhaps. I could, however, do without the criminal element, the bar room brawls and the out right decimation of the place every blue moon. It's not exactly a safe haven, is it?" Her eyes met his with her brow arched slightly in challenge.

Trinity Parks had no weapons on her whatsoever. She was playing the part of a regular, no frills citizen which would probably raise eyebrows among most of the people the ran into. Everyone else seemed to have some innate ability or power if they weren't armed to the teeth. Gambit's was simply too harsh of an environment to go without protection but she was playing the part of having just moved to the city so she could play the 'dumb' card and wander around unarmed until someone warned her that it was a bad idea.

"Well, not too often. This is only my second time in here. I just moved here, you see." She laughed, shrugging a shoulder as she took another sip. "Like I said, I tried a few other bars but this one just seems... More casual. Less judgemental." She added as she grinned, looking over at the animal-like creatures that roamed the bar.

Trinity keeping a steady gaze on Kvan, she laughed at his inquisitive nature and turned to set her lemonade on the table. "I've been here for a month and I have no kitchen to speak of. I get delivery from here a lot," she pointed upstairs to indicate that she had an apartment on an upper floor. "Why? Is it so hard to start tabs where you're from?"

She heard the sound of paper hitting the floor and as the delivery man came over to her, she stared incredulously at the flowers but used it as a cover so that she could retrieve the dropped poster.

"Hold these for me, please?" She asked Kvan, shoving the full bouquet at him so that the roses blocked his view and she quickly bent at the waist, snapping up the paper and tucking it into the pocket of her jeans before looking at the console that the man provided. "I'm sorry. I am allergic to flowers. Please send them to Wing City Hospital, I am sure they could use them to brighten up the place." The man looked at Trinity for a moment, then shrugged and took the roses back from Kvan, heading back out of the bar.

Trinity Parks wrinkled her nose at his mention of weapons as if she had never held one before. "I despise weaponry. It may seem naive but if I can get by without carrying one then I'll be happy."

Laughing as he mentioned an admirer, she shook her head. "I doubt it was even for the right person. I didn't look at the console. I haven't made many friends, much less admirers." Her gaze softened for a moment as she thought back to her husband, before he had passed away and she squeezed her eyes shut to rid herself of the memory before turning her gaze upon Kvan once more. "My name is Trinity. Trinity Parks. And you are?" she asked with a smile.

Trinity Parks casually lifted her glance to the woman that Kvan spoke of and she arched a brow at him. "What have you done to garner the attention of a killer, Kvan Skyheart?" She chuckled softly, shaking her head as she turned her attention back to her lemonade. "She is glancing over her phone. Perhaps you're a little too used to looking for plots on your life."

Trinity Parks thought about the bounty notice in her pocket and was now more intrigued to see what was on the poster. Yet it wasn't like she could simply reach into her pocket and read it right in front of him. Biding her time, she tapped in an order for a refill on her lemonade, tossing a smirk in Kvan's direction.

"Oh so do you wish to go speak with her then, if she's a potential admirer? I couldn't stand in the way of true love...." Her tone was teasing yet not condescending as she noticed Kvan fidgeting beside her.

Trinity Parks saluted Kvan as he wandered over to the other woman's booth and she took that brief reprieve to head upstairs. If the woman had actually been watching her, she would need her gun which was currently up in her apartment well hidden beneath a ton of clothes.

Pushing the glass towards the nearest robotic server, she stood up, tapping a few buttons on the screen to close out her tab for the afternoon and then she slipped quietly upstairs, getting away from the hustle and bustle of Gambit's.

Trinity slid into the bar and noted that it was quite busy for a Sunday night. Didn't people have... families or something to hang out with? Her heart tripped over itself slightly at the remembrance of family time. Quiet Sunday dinners spent with her husband what seemed like eons ago, now. Perhaps some of these people had suffered the same sort of tragedy and that was why they spent their nights here in a random bar in Wing City, sipping on their drinks and chatting with strangers instead of staying at home with loved ones. Perhaps they didn't have any loved ones to go home to.

A soft sigh passed between her lips and she pushed her long tresses back out of her face to scan the individual patrons. None that she saw were on any wanted posters back at the PD so she didn't have anyone to eavesdrop on for the moment. Perhaps she would actually just enjoy a drink for once. A rarity in this new life of hers. Passing through the crowd, Trinity made her way to a side booth and punched in an order. Lemonade with tequila, that sounded like a good, summery mix.

Trinity Parks heard someone yelling about free drinks and her brow arched slightly. She was unused to hearing people offering charity, especially in this dive but her eyes narrowed as she noticed that the bar's most recent benefactor was Tristan. One of the men on the WCPD's top 10 most wanted list and she was pretty sure the man had a few cops in his pocket already from the various records that she had read over recently. Multiple incidents where he 'just happened' to slip from their grasp or that they 'almost' had him but the charges ended up being dropped due to lack of evidence or some other reason. She tried to keep the displeasure of being in the same room as the man off of her face though, allowing her countenance to become a blank slate. A smile slipped onto her lips though as her drink was delivered and she took the first sip of the citrusy beverage.

Trinity Parks managed to look surprised as the two men approached her table and acquired a look upon her face that read, "Lil ol' me? What am I wanted for?" Still clutching at her lemonade, she glanced from one man to the other before finally speaking the question out loud, "What is this about, gentlemen?" Sliding from the bench seat though, she acted the part of a helpful bar patron that was simply inquisitive as to why the 'owner' would want to see her. Perhaps she should have told someone where she was heading since the night didn't seem to be going her way.

The two men led her up the stairs to the balcony where Tristan stood and she once more fought her regular emotions, hiding them from her countenance as she looked over the tall gentleman.

Trinity Parks felt a frown trying to curve its way onto her lips but she stopped, setting her mouth into a straight line instead. Should she pretend to be confused or play it straight with him? Right now, he only assumed... What? That she was some Good Samaritan citizen that informed the police whenever she saw bad things happen? Or did he know that she was undercover? If he knew that, her entire job was in jeopardy and she would be reassigned to who knows what.

So, she decided to play it by ear, giving answers that were generic enough not to implicate her as well as throw questions back to him so that he might forget his interrogation. "If a moral compass is impeding your business and your ability to gain wealth then perhaps you should look into another form of employment." Her eyes studied him intently as she spoke and she did her best to appear nonchalant, going so far as to lean against the railing of the balcony and casting a quick glance down to see how far up they were standing.

God damn magic users. Trinity thought with a huff, folding her arms beneath her breasts as Tristan called her by her full name and title. [i]Is this how he has so many cops on his payroll, then? Diviners find the moles, the informants, and then the big man himself deals with them? Wing City at its finest, it seemed...

"We have no business to conduct, Mr. Provenchar. So if there's nothing else to discuss...." Her torso turned as she pushed away from the railing, appearing to head for the stairs.

Trinity Parks scowled at the guard that stepped in front of her and tried her best not to snarl. She had her firearm tucked in the back of her jeans by the small of her back but she knew it would be pointless to try to pull it on any of the men. Three versus one wasn't exactly in her favor, now was it? Still, there was no way she would serve someone like Tristan. In fact, men like him were the reason why she had gotten into this business.

Turning on her heel, she cast a glare down at the paper that the man held. "What makes you think that I would help you? You may know enough about me now to make my informant gig useless but that doesn't mean I'm going to flip sides. You're on your own. I'm sure you have a dozen women in your employ that would fall over themselves to help you out."

"The only reason you're turning on him is because he is cutting into your profits, I bet." She said with slight attitude. "I doubt he's quite as high on the list of most wanted criminals in Wing City as you are." A poke, a prod, to get through his arrogant exterior. How used to having people bow to his every whim he must be! "I am sure that if the WCPD wants him, they would get him. Or are they too busy doing your bidding to actually be of any help to the City's actual law abiding citizens?"

Trinity cast another look back over her shoulder, frowning at the two guards that stood by the stairway. She wondered how much they were paid for such things. Obviously many people either lacked morality or could be bought for the right price. A sad state of affairs and one she was trying to rectify.

Trinity couldn't help it as a smirk crossed her mouth. "Mr. Provenchar. Obviously your mages haven't done their jobs if you even attempt to make such threats. I have no family, anymore, and my own death wouldn't worry me in the least." Then I would, perhaps, see my husband again.... she thought but it was a bit too morbid so she shook her head to dismiss the notion.

Another narrowing of her eyes occurred as Tristan threatened to burn down the entire police department. That threat made her pause but her own arrogance welled up as she countered. "Would you really burn down the entire PD due to a hissy fit, Mr. Provencher? Think about it. All of the small time thugs like this Shadow Thief that are cutting into your profits now would increase tenfold. You would have anarchy on the streets and more to contend with and then what? Are you going to silence every underling that tries to compete?" Crossing over to the railing, she folded her arms over it, leaning across the railing to stare at the people beneath. Wing City had some incredibly strong species in its ranks but what of their morality? What would they do if the PD was burned down and their lives threatened daily?

Trinity Parks scowled after the man as he ascended the stairs up to the Hotel levels of the building and she remained on the balcony for a bit longer, pondering their conversation. Obviously he thought of himself as some sort of beneficiary to this City but she couldn't decide whether he was simply delusional, lying or actually telling the truth. His face held none of the non-verbal indicators attribtued to lying but that didn't mean that he wasn't crazy enough to believe he was telling the truth. She had dealt with quite a few people that lied well enough to eventually believe their own lies.

His second revelation was that the Shadow Thief was higher on the list than he was. That was impossible, wasn't it? She couldn't currently recall all of the names on the list but she knew most of the aliases/nick names and none of them had been Shadow Thief. Another lie? Another manipulation used to lure her into helping him? She couldn't decide. Perhaps she would take some time to think of the situation, investigate a little bit and if it came to it... Perhaps even talk to Mr. Provencher again. Sighing, she walked back down the staircase to the bar area, slipping her half-full drink onto the counter as she threaded her way through the crowd and pushed her way out onto Main Street.

Trinity strolled into Giovanni's Italian Restaurant on Main Street looking as if she belonged there. Other than the oddly-colored blue eyes, she could fit in easily enough. The place was filled with a plethora of people- tourists, workers, regulars.... Mobsters. It was this last group that caused her to venture into the rather elegantly designed eatery. She was working undercover for the WCPD to see if she could worm her way in to one of Wing City's more nefarious organizations and it was rumored that several Dons and their boys ate here on occasion.

Wearing a little black dress with her long brown hair pulled back into a french twist, the undercover cop looked quite elegant as she approached the hostess for a table. "Of course, right this way ma'am." The slender teen addressed her with a beaming smile, taking her to one of the corner tables near the back wall. A menu was handed to her before the hostess scurried away and Trinity pretended to peruse it while actually peering over the top of the menu, keeping an eye out for anyone interesting.

Trinity lifted the menu, allowing it to hide half of her face so that she could smirk slightly in response without the man across from her seeing such an expression. The waiter came by after a few minutes with his pad poised to take her order and she lowered her menu, casting a look over to Ricco before inquiring, "That man there...." she paused, allowing the waiter to follow her gaze, "Who is he?"

The waiter blinked and fidgeted a bit, running his finger beneath the collar to his white dress shirt before saying, "Ahhh. Him? That, ma'am is Signor Corleone. He's.... Important. So can I take your order?"

Apparently that was the signal that he wasn't going to give her any more information, so she let her gaze drop down to the menu once more so she could select her dinner- chicken marsala with a dry, white wine. Folding the menu when she was done with it, she handed it back and before the waiter could leave she laid a hand upon his arm and said, "You know what? Tell Mr. Corleone that if he's lonely when he is done with his gathering than I would be more than ecstatic if he ate with me."
