Description

American X stands strong and tall over most men, his body crafted to the heights of human capability. His built physique showing off the muscles clearly as they ripple with every move he makes. His face smooth with the exception of his five-o-clock shadow that always dubs his features. The jawline under squared and strong and casts a shadow on his thick neck. His brown eyebrows thick and sit above his blue eyes. His auburn hair thicker still, cut short, and styled back. His clothing is leaves much to be desired. His dark brown leather jacket is dirty at best, and armor plating sits over his white tank top. His jeans are a bootcut that have seen plenty of wear and some tear. His shoes though are always new running models that keep him well on his feet. His face is always covered from the nose down by an old dirty American flag that wraps it's comfortable but tightly so as not to fall of by sudden or fast movement.

Personality

The man is a programmed vigilante created by the American government to be the ultimate agent in cases both foreign and domestic. With the absence of America in this new world he finds himself out of place but still compelled to follow his programming. He's cold, strong, unfriendly, a loudmouth, and a heavy drinker. Though he usually has a soft spot for women and children. As long as these women and children aren't shooting at him of course. His hate for the Aschen knows no bonds as they are the ones that have done away with the America that he use to know and protect. His way of life at first lost because of them but now finding new purpose in killing the criminals on the streets of wing city. Letting the streets run red in their blood in honor of America.

The doors swung open with a heavy strike as a large almost homeless looking man entered the bar. His dark brown hair was thick but looked unkept at the moment with curls and spikes naturally sticking straight up as if he just crawled out of bed. His face supporting a full on five-o-clock shadow on his large squared jaw. His dark brown leather jacket was dirty at best, and an armor plating vest sat over his white tank top. His jeans were a bootcut that have seen plenty of wear and some tear. His neck had an old dirty american flag wrapped around it like a scurf. His presence was unwelcoming to most onlookers and he didn't seem like the friendliest man. No, with his large size and well built body along with his unpleasant disposition one would think he would attempt to snap them like a stick if they so much as said the wrong thing.

American X was all he was known by. The recent vigilante that had been cleaning the streets of criminals in his own brand of justice. In his hand was a bowling bag though and he walked with it in strides -- not giving anyone a second look if they should step into his gaze. The bag though was dripping was he walked leaving a small drip trail of crimson all the way to the counter that he sat down at. Ordering himself a whole bottle of whiskey and a glass.

American X sat there at the counter looking at the bottle of whiskey and the glass that was given to him by the automated barkeeps. He played around with the glass a bit with his finger until he looked up and saw the barkeep waiting for payment. He looked at the robot and looked down at the bowling bag he placed at his feet. He bent down, picked the bag up, and opened it. He took out a stack of bills that seemed slightly stained with blood. He took a few from the stack and gave it to the bot. And of course the machine took the money with no problem. Cash was cash to a robot no matter how badly drenched in blood it was. American X then looked at the stack of bills he held in his hands and put it in his jacket pocket. Sniffing some and then pouring himself a drink from the bottle.

Down went the first drink, then just as quickly the second was gone, then a third, and a forth shot of whiskey. The man was downing each shot faster then most people could keep up, but through it all he wasn't drunk yet not even buzzed. He sighed as he looked at the bottle of whiskey. All those experiments, making him into a human weapon, turning him into one of the strongest super soldiers that could be produced during his time. His age slowed down to such a point that he no longer kept track at how old he was and his rapid metabolism and healing rate broke down the booze almost as fast as he could drink it. Making getting drunk a hard and very expensive endeavor. He just glared at that whiskey bottle for a second then just picked the damn thing up. Guzzling it down as fast as he could without stopping for a break. Until the bottle was drained. Damnit! He slammed the bottle on the counter and looked around the bar. Things were fuzzy and he was buzzed but he could already feel the affects wearing off.

The door to Gambit's would swing open with a loud thud as it hit the wall a little too hard. The man stepping in looked almost homeless thanks to his dirty brown leather jacket, and his worn out bootcut jeans. Though he also wore a new pair of running shoes and what looked like an armor vest over a white men's tank-top. An old dirty American Flag wrapped around his neck like a scurf and covering his face from the nose down. His thick dirty auburn hair curled and spiked up like it hadn't been washed and combed in quite some time. He didn't have the friendliest looking disposition. And the intimidation was only increased by the rugged definition of the man's large bulky body. A burley man he was.

His steps were heavy and with each one he took he made some noise, but it was still a little too subtle to see unless someone was paying attention. He combed his hair with his hand in vain since it just went back to looking awful. When he finally got to the bar counter he ordered his bottle of his usual beer. A little something to calm the nerves before he went out to play vigilante. Recently causing an uproar in the underground world for dangerous beings and criminals alike. A man that was programmed by America's home land security before the nation was fused with the Aschen Empire. A secret supersoldier raised to kill criminals. American X.

Just across the alley that faced the old factory there would be a sudden beam of car lights that would shine. The engine would rev up and produce a very loud roar that would most likely be heard from across the street. And if one looked they would notice that the vehicle itself was large semi-truck. For a short time the blinding lights produced from the truck would black out the appearance of anyone that stood behind it. And it looked like a very large man was hanging on the outside of the truck with the door open and the silhouette of a concert block in the figures free hand. He would stand there as he just watched the men packing up the last of the shipments into their trucks. Waiting for someone to look his direction. And once someone stepped in to the driver seat of the truck carrying the contraband the man would throw the block into the truck and jump off. The Semi-Truck rushing straight out of the alleyway and going for a head on crash of the contraband truck. And of course with a good sized fertilizer bomb in the front seat.

American X now stood in that dark alley way throwing his old brown leather jacket unto the ground and reaching for a very large black bag that he placed against the wall of the building. He unsized the bag and threw a full body kevlar suit with a neck and groin protecters. He pushed his thick brown down but it remained the same spiky mess as if he just crawled out of the bed. He then took his old dirty American Flag and wrapped it around his face as a mask. Taking out a belt that had ammo clips of all kinds. A shotgun that he strapped to his back, two holstered m1911 pistols, a snub nose revolver with an american flag grip, a grenade, and one assault Ak-75 with a one drum magazine. And just as quickly as he suited up after sending that truck out he came stepping out of that dark alley as well. His Ak-75 prepped and ready and firing on the closest of his targets that came rushing from the building to stop what ever was happening.

American X was fast and agile for a man that was his size and build though he wasn't just some average man or even an average soldier for that matter. His body moved fast even in his heavy armor and while he took a few bullets to the vest he would remain mostly unharmed by the small caliber bullets that these men were in possession of. And his distance keeping the spaz shotguns from harming him too much as they hit his large vest. The bullets that were lucky and hit his legs would be taken in but they wouldn't go far into his body. The man was an American super soldier and these smaller bullets didn't seem to phase him much. American X continued to pepper the men with his Ak-74 and it's large drum magazine. At one point running behind the cover of a car. Taking his grenade, pulling the pin, cooking it for a second and then tossing it out towards the group of men.

American X kept on fighting all those that kept showing up until his drum was empty. He cursed under his breath at the sheer number of the men that kept showing up and was easily getting pissed at the situation repeating itself. That was until the all the men were all falling back into the warehouse to withdraw. They were still shooting at him as they all fell back to the inside of course but they were retreating and that was all that mattered. American X looked at his Ak-75 and took out the empty drum and then put in one of the two extra magazines he had attached to his belt. Once everyone was inside the the warehouse American X stood up from his cover and looked out towards the old building. Walking over to it slowly as he watched the windows and doors. A man struggling to live as he was laying in the pools of blood. He looked up at American X as he passed him and looked like he was about to say something until X just threw his rifle in one hand and just shot the man again at point blank then kept on walking.

He looked at the surroundings of the warehouse. It was old and broken looking and now filled with gun wielding criminals now fighting for their lives. He then looked over at the burning reck that was the trucks. He walked over to it and put his rifle down for a second. He looked at both the trucks and saw a box of burning drugs in the back of the contraband truck. He then looked at the windows of the the warehouse. He took his rifle again and began shooting out the windows. Then reached in the box grabbing areas of the bags that weren't burning and began throwing the burning drugs into the windows like make shift Molotovs.

American X would keep throwing the burning drugs in through the broken windows until he couldn't go further into the truck due to the fire. Which turned out to be only a few more bag alone or the burning drugs would have scattered on him. He then took his rifle again and began examining the building again, but this time he had to be quick while everyone on the inside was still confused and chaos was was spreading. He couldn't let the mass majority regain their senses. Finally he went around back to see the warehouses metal doors that were built to let people leave through them but getting back in was a different story. One would need the key to twist in the door to open it and American X didn't have that key, but he had a different kind of keys.

American X stood back some and then struck the metal door with a kick from his boot. The door was dented in but it wasn't going anywhere just yet. He then kicked the door again this time a little harder and it was about to cave in. X kicked the door one final time and it finally crashed through. The second that door went flying through the frame and into that warehouse American X had his Ak-75 ready and began firing into the crowd of men that were close to making that mistake of leaving out the back.

American X would be firing at a few men when he noticed the shadow copy of Tristan shooting out the lights to the building and at the man. While under the impression that these bullets were the same as the others whose guns couldn't get past the vest or knock down the man. Though these bullets packed a much harder punch that caused the supersoldier to stagger and he could feel the bullets themselves attempting to get through his vest. Thankfully the vest slowed down the power of the bullet enough that American X's semi-resistant skin could withstand these. He immediately went for cover and ditched his now empty ak-75 and pulled out his pump action shotgun that was the standard for many policemen.

Things were getting dark but X remembered the man's eyes glowing and hopped they still were. Though his advanced sense of hearing and smell might be able to help guide him in the dark. He pumped his shotgun and quickly jumped from behind his cover to shoot out towards the man then after the shot flip back over to the cover and pump the shotgun again.

American X's sense of hearing and smell were there and he could vaguely make out what was going on in the darkness thanks to those. His shotgun blast sounded like it hit some sort of wall when all the pellets fell to the ground. The sound of each pellet falling onto the ground as if each hit some kind of solid matter. Though it also sounded like the man's barrier was moving with him since the footsteps were getting closer and the pellets dropped at a different distance. He smelled the air and giving the fact he was a supersoldier it was almost like having the sense of smell that a dog had. He could smell the drugs burning outside. Things were dark...too dark for X too see but this being preferred the dark which either meant light was something it didn't like or it drew it's power from it. Either way light was the key to this battle.

American X heard everything the man was saying but he didn't want to encourage the criminal by talking. Though the man's footsteps and his talking did give him a pretty clear picture of where the man was. "No I don't think I do. I just take the trash out so I don't normally take the fucking time the time to get to know it." he yelled. His yell and his advanced hearing giving him a general idea in his mind what his side of the cover looked like. The Smell of drugs was close which meant light from the outside was close. American X drew one of his m1911s from their holster. Placed it in the hand closest to the shadow man and held the shotgun in the other. He angled the pistol around the corner and fired blindly trying to at least get the best shot he could think off by the postion of the voice.

American X heard the sound of the bullets all dropping to the ground when he shot out towards the darkness. The man was close though after saying something he just seemed to fade from X's senses but what took his place where dogs. American X could hear the patter of the emerging claws from the dogs appearing from the darkness. As well as the other sounds that wild dogs make. American X groaned at that sound. "Fuck, I hate dogs." he said. He sniffed the air again to get a good idea of where he was in this dark. He could smell urine, shit, and the smell of generic air freshener which meant a bathroom was close by. American X took no time and made a mad dash for that bathroom by running down the hall that his cover was connected too. Smelling and hearing his way down the hall from the sounds of his own boots running. Making his way for the bathroom his sense of smell would signal for him to stop. He wasn't sure so he fired a round from his gun towards into the room. The darkness was engulfing but after a few shots and the flashes they made he could make out the image of urinals and sink cabinets. Bingo.

He ran inside towards where he saw the sink cabinet and opened it open. He felt around until he he could feel the the smooth metallic can of spray. He put his shotgun away and with that hand really free he took the can of spray, shook it, and pressed on the nozzle. Spraying the contents and then firing a bullet near the mist causing the can to become a makeshift torch and flamethrower until it can out. But now he had a source of light.

American X nearly fell on his ass when he hear the dog coming from him and the eyes flying towards him until the light itself ate the mutt away. So then the light was pretty deadly to this thing and he could only imagine that it could harm the owner of these mutts. He'll have to remember that next time if he comes across any more shadow beings. And it wouldn't hurt to carry a flashlight around next time he hit up one of Tristan's operations again. American X quickly stood up and ran to the toilets and began setting fire to the toilet paper. Causing the bathroom itself to become lit up from the glow of the fire. Which created a safe heaven for a good two minutes at best. Though it wouldn't take that long for what he had planed. He put his spray down and went back to the cabinet where he found a few more cans of spray. He took his knife from his boot and and began cutting into all the different sprays. He would then grab his spray and use it as a torch as he went outside the the bathroom and rolled those cut cans down the hall. Then lit the trial they made on fire. Causing the hallway to not just light up but begin to catch the building on fire.

American X had been following Tristan's car for the past few blocks in his own little run down version of some junk yard version of an old chevy impala. When the estate came into view that was when he decided to turn a different way and leave. Only to return only a few short moments and head closer to that grand house of Wing City's crime lord. The entire thing surrounded by a beautiful stone wall and the iron gate that only opened for those who lived here or were invited. American X stepped out of his junk yard impala and gave the house a quick look.

It was pretty late and there wasn't a lot of light, but American X knew the man's powers and it's weakness. Time to fuck up Tristan's orders and plans again. This time taking out the home of the man that ran the crime of the city was the best place to start. And if he died in the process then just another bonus for the whole vigilante job. American X quickly tied his old worn out flag around his face to act as a mask. Walking over to his trunk to reveal his arsenal.

A few dozen inferno grenades, M1911 with blinding flashlight attachment and silencer, M4 carbine with blinding flashlight attachment, sawed off pump action shotgun, and his favorite revolver. Quite the little armament for the long forgotten super-soldier. Though In his mind cleaning the streets in this fashion is the best thing he could be doing.

A large ruff looking man walked into the infamous Gambit's bar with his hear messed up in it's normal fashion. The man wearing a old dirty jacket, which looked as if it spent time in a dumpster. Though what made this man stand out more then his homely outfit was the old tattered american flag he had wrapped around his face which covered it from the nose down.

American X walked towards the bar counter with a slow and steady pace when he saw a dark creature and Alastar fighting with their words. Though he just walked over to the priest and took a seat next to him and gave him a look and then sighed. Simply not saying a word to him and then ordering a beer from the bartender.

American X looked at the priest and shook his head and then took a grip of the beer that was placed in-front of him. "These damn creatures they don't deserve to live if you ask me. Possible terrorists against the citizens of this free nation," American X said as he shook his head some with a small grunt. "Land of the free and home of the brave..." He again grunted as he said this and shook his head. The old world American programming was still in his head and it still caused unpredictable bursts of violence and rage in the man. Causing American X to jump up and attack gang leaders and known criminals seemingly random.

"Yes, I should be careful...John Smith says he can make the voices calm down...those old american voices still ringing in my head. Like the sweet bells of liberty!" He shouted and pushed the glass of beer over the counter to have it shatter.

American X would be breathing heavily and then looked up with his brow in a cold sweat when he saw Nobody cleaning his mess. "Thank you." he said. Though he said it as if he were forced and it came off a bit cold. He didn't mean it though he was actively fighting off per-programming that was brainwashed into his head. Drilled into the ex super-soldier's mind like a small child reciting the pledge in class. He heard the voices of the others talking and talking to him and he would grab the priest's arm and squeeze, not in an attempt to hurt him but to try to calm himself down.

"A sweet land of liberty," he began singing under his breath, which soon turned into humming. "Father, have you ever heard of the monarch project? The CIA when america was still in power kidnapped innocent people and brainwashed them...prefect mind control...It's so hard to fight." he said. "They made me irrational...made me violent..."

American X was about to speak when he began to feel the programming reacting to the chain of thoughts. His head began pounding and he his vision was blurring. He couldn't speak of what happened without everything going to hell in his own head. A defensive program implanted in his mind long ago by that old fallen nation.

"I have to go...I have to speak with John Smith...He found me he said he'll find a way to make it all go away." he said. American X stood up from his chair and then looked at the priest with a nod. "Thank you...for trying." he said. He then began walking out towards the door. He had to speak with John Smith, the leader of Silver, to help make everything alright.

There sitting on the street corner, much like the bum he was, was the American X with his ragged dirt covered brown jacket and messy blue jeans. His face unkempt at best and his thick straight black hair spiked out randomly like he had just woken up from bed. But of course that wasn't the truth as this strange individual didn't have a bed-- just a old thrown out couch in a makeshift home under the overpass.

But despite his appearances he was no one to trifle with, and he had made himself known to some small gangs in wing city. The man who wore a flag of a long forgotten nation like a mask and whose fist hit as hard as a mad bull. And here he was eyeing the strange looking vans that didn't look like the kind the police or military have been driving since the zomborg attacks. No, these vans were the usual vehicles that were driven by those in well organized criminal empires. Especially with the black bag going from hand to hand with the men coming out, and a brief glimpse of a high-powered assault weapon was all American X needed to see. Probable cause was all this vigilante needed to end a few lives.

American X opened up his jacket, his black bullet vest covered his bare chest, and checked the inside pocket for his iconic revolver. A .44 colt with an american flag. Six bullets were in the chamber and this was the only gun he usually carried, but he was sure that a few of those thugs wouldn't miss a few of their weapons once they were dead.

The homeless wall of a man stood up and walked over to the group. Holding a dirty american flag bandana in one hand and reaching out his other hand to gasp the shoulder of one of the men in the group.

"Could you spare just a little something, sir?" he asked, his voice low and gruff.
